Pay as you go kind of place. The room was really dirty and condom wrappers under bed and on top of units.... dirty dirty place, not cleaned properly at all. On a good note, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately this place should be closed down.

We travel all the way from Bukidnon to CDO because our flight is 10:55am. Better to spend the night in CDO than be stuck in traffic. The place is affordable, booked via Agoda. It has basic amenity-shower, towel, soap, aircon. Accessible with nearby atm, fastfood, park, convenience and pasalubong store. With strong wifi, as for me it is good given the price. Maybe for the management a bit of muriatic acid and thorough scrubbing of the bathroom could make the hotel better.

The place is dirty. I don’t think they bother mopping. I had to call front desk because our sheets had bloody stains. It was an uncomfortable stay. They do have free WiFi and parking, and location is close to Xavier University.

Easy to get to places you needed to go specially business trip. Room are nice I have 2 room staying 4to five nights safe neighborhood nice. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The price is right. Comftable beds big enought room shower is warm toilets in bahtroom are in good conditions.aircon works good it's cold.
