Stayed for 2 nights for our road trip to Bicol. Location: along the highway, near restaurants, fast foods, and such. Their parking space is across the street from the hotel, but you can park along the front of the hotel at your own risk. Reservation was a breeze, we were not even asked to settle for a payment/fee even if it was a peak season. Front desk was very accommodating. Staffs are nice and approachable. Room: basic but clean. Complete with toiletries, bottled water was provided. Deluxe Room has no fridge, no view. AC was working great, strong water in the bathroom, hot water was okay. We had an issue on the bathroom door knob, but was attended and repaired immediately. On the side note, maybe they can make the room more sound proof. We can hear the noise from the corridor and the other rooms inside our room. Breakfast buffet was included. They offer good variety of foods. The dining area was quite crowded during our stay, but they do strictly implement the wearing of face mask, social distancing not so much. Pool area was nice, clean. And they also provide towels in the pool area.…
Overpriced. Tiny, cheap room for a high cost. I used to stay at this hotel years ago. The price was fair and the rooms were big. Now the price has doubled and they put us in a tiny room. The room just felt cheap. Then the bathroom was cheap looking as well with only the curtain to separate the water from the rest of the bathroom. Price was P2500. Price used to be P1500 a night but had a bigger, nicer room. The location is still great of course. Then the staff was very nice as well. However, I'll check out other hotels nearby next time I visit.
This is really a small businessman’s hotel. The room was very small. Main lobby is old with different old style sofas. My room, although the bed was large, didn’t leave much space for anything else. No closet. Toilet and shower was small. No frills. My room was on the third floor, but the music from the club/bar on the first floor could really be heard. Problem if you have a hard time sleeping. Breakfast buffet was decent, nothing to crow about. A 3 star hotel at the most.
Nice hotel! Front desk was very accommodating. =) Room was nice & cozy and we had a good view of the city. Food was great!👌 We enjoyed the breakfast buffet the most. The staff went the extra mile to make our stay special.😍 Will definitely be coming back!😉💯
The thing is we booked the Robertson Hotel but apparently it's the same hotel but the Robertson Hotel is in the back of this one. So I'm reviewing this one. The hot shower was working great and i'm always picky about the hot showers. most hotels just don't really care if the showers work or not. Funny thing though about the hotel is that every amenity in the hotel is not free. you have to pay for everything, although it has a discount for guests. Like you can't use the pool without paying. You can't use the gym without paying. Also a cash deposit of P1000 is needed. Most hotels use your credit card for that. Anyways, staff was great, lobby was fancier than expected. The kids seemed to enjoy it so ok. But what really bugged me was the noise. 6am or 7am you could hear all the cleaning staff laughing in the hallway. Not just staff but also other guests. The doors are so thin that you could hear the conversation down the hall clearly in your room. The noise level is like the person outside is inside your room having a conversation with you while you're trying to sleep. The key card was also confusing because they asked you to validate the key card everyday. No other hotel in the world i've ever stayed at would ask you to validate your key card daily. But for all the nuisances mentioned above the staff was great and honest so I do recommend this hotel if you need one in Naga City. The hotel also has 2 restaurants on the grounds and several other restaurants nearby-walking distance.…
It was a great stay! front office and housekeeping are always the best ❤ To Ms. Judy of front office made our stay more comfortable, thank you for being so flexible with us and Sir Leo for assisting us throughout our stay despite some inconveniences you've done everything you can to make us feel home.
Stayed for an overnight in their Economy Room. I extremely enjoyed the spacious bed. It is too big for an Economy Room. The Covid-19 protocols and guidelines were also strictly followed by the staff. Comfortable accommodation with well-trained staff, from Security to Front Desk to Housekeeping and the rest of the team!
Only cold water so we changed room. At fiest the wares was cold butvthe lest 3 days hot water. No tv 5 days, then the tv returned The staff very friendly, but the owner cheap. The 2nd room crcwas dangerous, no handles, they said handles in disabled rooms, im 71 healthy, but worried as i got in & out of the bath i would slip. There was nobshaving mirror. Electrical outlet near bath taped over. Broken break glass ouit ib corridor
Villa Caceres is our family's go to hotel when visiting Naga. They have good customer service, everyone is very friendly and approachable. Room is clean and great, buffet breakfast was excellent! Love the ameneties (pool & gym). Plus they're location is surrounded by restos & convenience stores.
I chose this hotel over other nearby hotels per recommendation of local professor-friend. This hotel jas a lot of potential because of the helpful and proactive staff who seemed to think ahead of your needs. Nice facility, good daily breakfast buffet, full-gym and swimming pool. At mid-week I have to move another room because of building construction next door and dog-barking religiously every morning! I ended in a room above the restaurant where loud noise emanates due to wedding reception area. After staying full-week at this hotel, so it seemed the staff know me personally!
