Hotel is ok, admin is superb, Very friendly staff, accommodating and easy going. It’s the restaurant that irks me a lot, Our company has stayed at this hotel for the 2nd year now, traveling by chartered bus from Makati city, Entourage of 27pax, we booked 14rooms for an overnight stay. We only had one breakfast buffet, And as our employees enjoyed our meal, some sent a plate of bacon, Which wasn’t consumed coz it was sent at the end of our meal, and for that, We were not given any consideration or preferred client treatment, letting the senior citizens consume the so Called “left over food” which was a plate of bacon. knowing that Naga is a province from far far away, and they only get a few company booking like ours once in a blue moon, plus the restaurant is not friendly to senior citizens, attention restaurant manager Noel and darlene.…

Room is clean with enough space, good breakfast buffet. Service is great and wifi in my room is fast. One improvement is that they need to put at least a cabinet in the room. Overall, my experience in Villa Caceres is wonderful. Thank you so much

Staffs are courteous and aside from other hotels, they are good in check in and check out service. The food for breakfast is also extraordinary and worth the price. All of the equipments in the room are working and my overall stay is comfortable and convenient.

Our Traslacion tradition was made special by our accommodation in VCH. The staff was friendly, helpful and made you extra special by letting you feel that you have an extended family in Naga City. From our booking by Ms Odette and constantly making sure our stay is memorable. Gelline the front office staff made sure we can check in as early as possible because we arrived earlier than planned as we do not want to be burdened by massive traffic due to the upcoming traslacion procession. Security personnel was top notch. The pillows are really the fluffiest. The shower is like a driving rain. The Lomi surprisingly was the bomb, nothing beats it in this side of the planet. We will surely be back and we will stay longer next time. 9/10 for you Guys! Keep it up!

For the venue, the hall is large and comfortable for the meeting or workshop. For accommodation, it is comfy and clean and safe to sleep at night. For the food, I will give an average rating because of lack of variety of food was served.

The Best . Staff make a Venue , and the staff here are excellent, being a foreigner sometimes translation can be a problem but this hotel goes above and beyond all expectations, food is good and the bar is fantastic with bands 6 nights a week makes this the best place to stay in Naga City .
