We should have booked somewhere else. First, there is no parking as opposed to what is specified online. Next, the bathroom needs a lot of renovation; shower head and doors are broken, you won’t be able to come out if you close it. Lastly, you can connect to wifi but it’s not working. The price is good, but we did not get what we paid for.

Nice friendly staff, reasonable rates, the bathroom & shower was excellent I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Naga. Located in the centre of town close to everything, the food was ok over all nice place.

I booked a room with this hotel through booking.com from sept19-22 so me and my husband can celebrate the peñafrancia festival. Upon confirming my reservation, i was advised to pay at the hotel directly as it was one of their agreements. I called several times with the manager of the hotel to make sure I get a river view room and the manager confirmed with me that I did and that they will accept my payment upon my arrival even if I am already willing to pay in advance. Upon my arrival, I was told that the reserved room I have is superior twin since I requested for a river view room even if it is stated on my reservation with booking.com that I reserved for a queen size bed and even if the manager confirmed that i get a river view room.Aside from this, I was told that my room rate was changed from 5,400php to 5,700 because of the river view request. I was tired that day and absolutely had no energy to discuss and argue so i paid them in full. Upon reviewing their regular rates, i found out that the regular charge for the room i paid is 1,900. Clearly the hotel is taking advantage of the festivity for that weekend but 200% additional is insane! I haven't gone up to my room yet when one of the hotel staff approached me and asked how many are staying kn the room to which i responded 2 but since she saw me i have 4kids with me she said they are nit allowing extra guests. I told her i would only freshen up, leave my things and go and that's when she just left which for me is absolutely professional! I paid the full price without heading to my room yet and was already being questioned by the staff as to who is staying with me? I feel like complaining abt the quality of the room will be useless but for the benefit of those making their research, beds and linens are horrible!. I have yet to make a few research to file a complaint to the department of city of naga against hotels overcharging during the Peñafrancia festival and I will make sure this issue is raised so they can look at hotels taking advantage of this season. I will also file a complaint to booking.com if that is possible. Lesson. learned, record every conversation if possible and of course never go to Eurotel.

I am currently checked in here in Eurotel Naga City. When i made the reservation via frontdesk i was clear that im staying for 3 nights. I gave my debit card and paid for the 1st night. Nobody told me abt payment cut-off the next day i checked in. My first day went well until last night at 10:30pm awakened by a loud voice saying "room check", twice and when i reached the door it was already opened..good that i had the upper lock secured. I didn't fully open the door and asked them to call me via room phone which they did not so i called the frontdesk myself to ask why the unacceptable protocol of room check late at night. To quote the frontdesk "room check po yun to find out kung nandyan na po kayo kasi kanina ka pa namin inaabangan" so i asked why. She said because i didnt pay yet and it's turn over time. I could not believe what i was hearing. 1st, when i checked in nobody informed me that i should pay daily. My understanding was after check out i can settle the last two days. Have i known why should i not do that? 2nd, why on earth should it be opening the door of your guest late at night first before calling via room phone to check if the guest is in the room 3rd, when i asked for a manager, the girl said she is still in manila and they don't know when she is coming back from a conference and that they only have a supervisor. When i asked for the supervisor, the frontdesk rep said it was one of the two guys who opened my door and will be back 6am today. Really? Imagine the fear of a guest, alone and sleeping to be awakened by this situation. Now, please tell me, anyone from your managememt that you indeed practice this protocol/rule and deemed as proper/right. Nonetheless, I am giving the place a 4 star rating for it being clean, large and near dowtown.

This place is so bad I'm trying to think of a word that I don't have to use stars to block the letters out.

We treated ourselves to staying in a hotel and I wish we hadn't bothered and just slept in a cardboard box.

I'll start with the room: dull, unclean and badly lit. Our bathroom was covered in black mould and there were several bugs crawling around.
We found a bowl of charcoal (?) and horrible clumps of black hair under the bed and the bed mattress was made of something worse than foam...might aswell of slept on the floor.

The breakfast...well considering this hotel is called 'EUROtel' the breakfast they serve is so far from European it's almost hilarious. The heaters are left on at all time so the food that comes out already cooked becomes burnt and over done. I swear the eggs could of been used as a type of rubber. There is no fruit just noodles rice and meat. All overbooked in oil.

But what annoyed me the most is the utter lack of customer service that goes on in this hotel.
After returning the bowel of God knows what ( maybe the leftovers of some weird ceremony) there were no apologies or anything and when it came to us checking out it got even worse.

After explaining our hygiene levels in our room were below standard. It was then blamed on us as we didn't request our room to be cleaned ( we hadn't even been asked if we wanted that service in the first place) as if room service was going to get rid of months of mould growing in the tiles!
The supervisor then refused any form of compensation and would not look at me in the eyes and continued to try and speak to my partner. I found this so incredibly sexist and rude, if you are going to adopt a 'euro' name in your title, then adopt the euro ways and treat woman equally to men. Eventually they gave us an insulting 10% back but I couldn't be bothered putting up with his demeaning attitude.

As you can see I would not recommend this GHASTLY hotel. I think I would rather poo in my hands and clap than stay here again.

Stayed with my family for more than 10 days in this hotel last April. Got 2 Euro suite rooms. The rooms were clean and large. The staff were excellent and very attentive to your needs. I've checked in to different hotels in different parts of the world and I will definitely will be recommending this hotel and staying again when I'm back.

My partner and I had arrived from a long motorcycle ride from Luciana. I was parking the Motorcycle in their non existent car park. The 3 staff behind the counter did not even acknowledge her or even look up when she tried to get their attention. I tried to cancel my booking as the parking for my motorcycle was not secure and they would not accept. Do not stay here. Rude.

Wow can I just say even for the Philippines (a third world country) the room smelled horrible from the moment you open the door. The bed was a piece of foam and sheets where paper thin, no blanket was provided and it was not possible to adjust the climate control. The bathroom spray had feces on it and the towels smelled like feces. Even for the price you're better sleeping on the side of the road. The tv has an alarm (for what?!? It was probably worth 50 USD) the remote was tethered to the wall and the walls where full of mold and stains from who knows what. The bathroom shower barely worked and unfortunately we had no other choice to stay the night because other hotels where all booked ( I wonder why?!?) the staff was friendly but that's about it. If you're American; don't bother with this place it's a zero star in our book. (Unless you're a big fan of mold)

This is a new hotel about two years old by the riverside. It is also opposite the public market so can be interesting to look around and experience local culture.

As expected of new hotels, the room, bathroom, linens and carpets are all very clean and fresh smelling. The room is also spacious with a small dining table for two and a desk for working. Hot water for the hot water kettle can be requested if you want to prepare your 3 in 1 coffee in the room which are all provided free. Beds have a simple foam mattresses but clean and reasonably comfortable. Only negative comment is with the bathroom. This is not tall people friendly as the overhead shower is installed too low just inches above my head and I am not even very tall. There is no provision for shower curtain but only a half shower enclosure so we had to shower with care so that water is not dripping to the floor outside the tub. Breakfast, which is served at the lobby is simple with only a few dishes and bread but acceptable with hot coffee and juice (too sweet).

We would still go back to this hotel as this is good value for money
