For 500 pesos you'll get a room with aircon. There's a TV but there's no cable connection. The hotel has bad internet connection (there was no wifi when I checked in). The room needs additional cleaning. There is no security guard at the front of the hotel. The hotel does not serve breakfast. The hallways look dirty. The hotel looks old and in bad shape. Parking space is limited. For the same price you can find a better place to stay when you're in Naga.
This hotel is a good place to stay for those who are in a tight budget. There are a lot of budget hotels around Naga but I preferred this hotel whenever I visit there. The room is clean but the bed, flooring, and the comfort room needs refurbishing. The air conditioning is good too although the Television is a bit old. It is a safe place to stay.
I've been to a lot of backpacker hostel from the past yet so far this is the worst ever. AS IN! I can't even pee inside the bathroom or even brush my teeth, it is so stinky. Everything in this hotel is worst and they don't even take cleanliness seriously.
We chose this hotel because of the cheap rate and its close proximity with SM Mall which is just about 5 minutes from the hotel. It was just an overnight stay and we took a room with 2 beds on the 2nd floor for the price of Php.650.00 (US$ 14.50). Our experience with this hotel was not as bad as that of the first reviewer. We just wanted a cheap hotel where we can sleep for the night; found a room with a bath that was below average practically got just what we paid for- no fuzz about it. Although this hotel may be one of the cheapest around the city; but with a little more time and patience, one's efforts will be rewarded as there are many other hotels /inns around ( only a few are listed here) which offer rooms with better amenities at a similar rate, or maybe even less. PROS: Cheap, near the mall, AC worked very well, with cable TV, clean sheets and pillow cases; good water pressure, working standby generator which the management switched on automatically during a day time power outage; not far from the city-center & nightlife action; friendly and attentive staff. CONS: Toilet bowl flush is not working; no shower so you'll take a bath the old-fashioned way using pail and dipper , no glasses provided for brushing, etc..bathroom tiles need a lot of scrubbing; no mirror inside the bathroom; in-house restaurant not operating; only 3-4 clear channels on the cable TV. In spite of the limitations, I still recommended this hotel for the budget traveler with below average expectations.…
PROS: -good location (walking distance to SM Naga) - friendy staffs - inexpensive CONS: - clogged toilet and bathroom drainage - ants in the rooms - Toilets are looking very old and stained. Overall: We were horrified at our first night in this hotel because the ants were everywhere, My boyfriend and I went to sleep with earplugs! We were so scared that the ants will crawl into our ears! When I was going to take a shower after my boyfriend just got out from the bathroom, I noticed that the bathroom drainage was clogged so I took a shower standing on a chair because the water on the floor was rising and I saw some insects floating in it! It was the worst shower experience I've ever had! Additionally, the toilet was also clogged! Despite a horrible night we managed to fall asleep but as soon as we woke up we called the receptionist and asked for another room. The next room was a little bit better, the toilet was okay but the ants seemed to invade the whole hotel!!…
