Stayed in Palm Vivo Inn for 4 days for a seminar in Naga City.
We had trouble finding it at first because the direction given in Google Maps wasn't entirely accurate. Close, but no. The tip is to tell your cab/tricycle driver to go to Integrated Hospital, or simply Integrated. The inn is diagonally in front of the hospital.
One landmark you should look out for is the E-Mall. Once you see that, you're about 2 blocks away.
The room was big enough for me and 2 other officemates. The airconditioning was cool enough.
But for the price, just don't expect too much. The TV has only around 2 channels or so. The water heater is almost non-existent. The pillows, however... it's much better to bring a cover of your own or wrap it in a shirt or something as they tend to be stained. There is WiFi but it didn't reach our room in the second floor. And there's no elevator so you should be careful when planning and bringing your luggage because the stairs are kind of steep.
The Inn is very close to the downtown area though. So there's a lot of food choices at walking distances. There are also a few churches nearby as well.
The staff is very friendly though. They do try their best in giving directions and what transportation to take when you want to go somewhere.
I'd recommend this place for backpackers and budget travelers who are just looking for the basic amenities while they're in town.

If you want cheap this is it, my room had a single bed and fan and cost £5. You share a bathroom toilet and it had the usual smell of urine which I think comes from used toilet paper in the bin. I must admit I decided not to shower here and wait until our next stop. I slept well though. The owner is a lovely gentleman and he even agreed to drive us to the airport for a very reasonable fee. If your looking for a cheap nights accomodation, then you cant go.wrong with spending a night here. They even have free wifi. I would recommend your own sleeping bag liner as with any other budget accomodation, just makes for a better sleep :)
