I booked for an airconditioned room. The cashier did not give the change of 500. I just figured out when I went home and tried to do the accounting of my expenses. I felt I was budol budol. I was interrupted when she already gave the keys, towel. When I went to the ropm no soap nor toothbrush as what other hotels give.

This is a budget friendly hotel however, the staffs are not so well trained in entertaining guests and inquiries. Been calling several times- it's either they don't answer your call or they would hung up! Please- to the management of this hotel, hire customer oriented and friendly staffs or train them well enough. They are representing your company and are the front liners of your business!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were not so friendly. Towels are dirty white (I suggest you bring your own towel). The good thing was near in the mall, restaurants, and the room is very affordable.

Budget friendly but room seems to be under maintained. Towels were dirty white. There were ants in our room. You can request an extra pillow by 100pesos deposit refundable upon check out. Wifi was weak and you can only connect if you are in the first floor.

All the hotel staff specially at the dinning and bar sucks. Everybody is a s**t. I will not recommend this hotel because of the bad customer service.. It is affordable but the staffs will be the one who will destroy the reputation of the hotel.. Masungit ang mga tao lalo na yung babae na nagtake ng order sa restaurant. At yung lalake na nagseserve sa dinning. Parang ayaw magtrabaho nakasimangot pag tinawag mo for help..

Stopped at the Hotel 1.6.17 to get some Information. The lady at the front desk explained everything. I asked for their phone number and she handed me their business card. After 4 days I called from out of town the landline number to make reservation, but it was always busy. Arriving at the Hotel I confronted her about the phone always busy, she said:"oh,,,it is not working for a long time". LOL. I like to stay here for two weeks and here is my credit card. "Sorry sir, cash only". Never again will I stay here or recommend this place, because of the customer service and the neanderthal system.

The room was not big but everything we need was inside. In the beginning we fear it could be noise because of the road next to the hotel. But it wasn`t. So we had a really good and relaxing night there

We only needed a place to crash for the night, but this should not have been it. I have it a two because it was really very cheap. But is guess you get what you paid for. The room was tiny, and the sheets were threadbare. The bathroom is very small too, and the toilet bowl had no lid. I keep thinking I was going to fall in it. I ordered chicken adobo from their restaurant, and it was tough, and mixed in with pork. Unless your budget is very tight, go with another place.

I happened upon this place and thought it looked nice enough. It has the feel of a 1970s beach resort. The rooms are distinctly no frills, but the prices reflect this. It's an easy walk to either the bus station or the town centre.
