We stayed here last oct 31-nov 1, 2013.

We dont have a reservation so we came in as a walk in customer at 9pm. Cant believe the rates! We paid also for the towel but its reimbursable.

We had the matrimonal room (w/ aircon, hot&cold shower with balcony) for only 700 pesos.

Dont expect for a grandous room for this amount. The bed is ok. Tv with cable is just fine. There is a small table to put the laptop in. Comfort room is normal. With two small soap. Toilet flush is working as well as the hot&cold shower.

On d balcony u can see the bay and the bridge.

Its a pretty good room on the purpose of sleep & spending the night.

Well we stayed here for a day due to a flight delay because it's one of the nearest place from the airport that we can get without prior notice. First off their contact number from their website doesn't work. They don't even have a mobile phone number! I have to repeat my questions to the front desk personnel. The room was okay given the price of Php700 for 3 persons for an overnight stay but the comfort room sucks! The door doesn't have a lock! The shower doesn't work! The toilet's flush doesn't work! There's also my uncertainty how the pillow case and blanket was washed! It doesn't stink but there's stain on it. I'm never coming back here!

thank goodness we only stayed here for one night!!

cons:
- filthy rooms
- filthy toilet / bathroom
- smelly sink in the bathroom
- weird placement of the toilet "exhaust" (a little jalousied window placed in the wall dividing it from the room where the bed is)
- broken window
- no extra electrical sockets to charge your phones and/or other gadgets, you need to unplug the TV set to charge your gadgets, one at a time! And asking the front desk for an extension was useless cause they don't have any.
- filthy bedsheets (you can clearly see large marks of "whatever-it-is" on the sheets)
- most of the staffs are unfriendly and sleeping/eating during their work shifts
- we were later told that this place is where couple's do their "short-time" thinggies, if you know what i mean.

pros:
- cheap price
- the guard was kind and friendly

I booked for an airconditioned room. The cashier did not give the change of 500. I just figured out when I went home and tried to do the accounting of my expenses. I felt I was budol budol. I was interrupted when she already gave the keys, towel. When I went to the ropm no soap nor toothbrush as what other hotels give.

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon, overnight in Naga. We got the Bridal Suite. It had a small baclcony, a hot showder, air conditioning, cable tv, and the hotel had room service (which came in quite handy). Though it was a small room, it was 100 times nicer than a room we looked at next door at the Sunny View Hotel. It was also cheaper as well. My wife and I enjoyed it very much. I would highly recomed staying here if you are looking for something for a overnight stay. This was a visit in March of 2010, but there was no listing for that time frame below, so I marked it as March of 2011.

Stopped at the Hotel 1.6.17 to get some Information. The lady at the front desk explained everything. I asked for their phone number and she handed me their business card. After 4 days I called from out of town the landline number to make reservation, but it was always busy. Arriving at the Hotel I confronted her about the phone always busy, she said:"oh,,,it is not working for a long time". LOL. I like to stay here for two weeks and here is my credit card. "Sorry sir, cash only". Never again will I stay here or recommend this place, because of the customer service and the neanderthal system.

Me and my family decided to stay in Naga City for the night. I was looking for budget hotels on the internet and I stumbled upon this place. I checked the reviews and I chose it inspite of the negative comments.

First, the front desk staff were not courteous. They dont know how to welcome guests and one of them answered, "Oo" (Yes) on a tone I didnt expect. Like she answered a friend of hers.

Second, we had our dinner at their restaurant. We were all tired and to look for another place to eat is really out of the question. We ordered pansit canton, pansit bihon, clubhouse, and sinigang na baboy with rice. The pansit canton was really good I gotta say. For Php150 its reasonable. The 6 of us shared it. The pansit bihon though, was dry. We didnt like it. And then for the sinigang na baboy, it was really disappointing. We paid Php100 for a bowl, which is good for one person including a cup of dry rice. We didnt finish eating it.

Third, the towels they gave us stinks and have stains on it. It was disgusting. The flush doesnt work and the shower is somehow broken. The water is coming out of the handle. I ended up using the dipper amd pale.

For the room, we had the family room with air-conditioning but no hot shower. It was okay. We also had the balcony.

OKAY... its a budget hotel, but it doesnt mean guests should experience what we experienced. I hope the management gets to read this.

Sad to say, but we are not coming back.

We arrived to Naga completely tired, exhausted and sleepy without pre-arranged room. All what we needed was a decent but cheap accommodation suitable for us, backpackers. Most places were fully booked or pricey so we were seriously worried. And then, we walked-in to Sampaguita. The best price offered (around 400 pisos for the most basic room).

OK, there were some minor cons for instance there is no elevator so we had to walk up to the 4th floor where was our room. Wifi is only on the ground floor where you can actually spend the whole day using restaurant tables as your remote office which was pretty cool and we were not the only digital nomads there. Meals in restaurant are tasty but little pricey and you shouldn´t expect to get any convenient advice from the staff.

Expect for those small cons, it was most probably our best accommodation during month of backpacking in the Philippines. Room was clean and decent. They arranged laundry for us. For the first time in the cheapest filipino hostels, I had the chance to watch international channels even in the basic room. We stayed 3 nights and would definitely recommend!

The room was not big but everything we need was inside. In the beginning we fear it could be noise because of the road next to the hotel. But it wasn`t. So we had a really good and relaxing night there

We only needed a place to crash for the night, but this should not have been it. I have it a two because it was really very cheap. But is guess you get what you paid for. The room was tiny, and the sheets were threadbare. The bathroom is very small too, and the toilet bowl had no lid. I keep thinking I was going to fall in it. I ordered chicken adobo from their restaurant, and it was tough, and mixed in with pork. Unless your budget is very tight, go with another place.
