Staff are very nice and accommodating. Friendly and very quick to action on any concerns. The hotel is of good value for money and location is accessible making it easier to move around Naga. The amenities are also up to standards and will definitely refer to others.

Pros: Easy and hassle-free check-in process, staffs are approachable and attentive to every request. Accessible to nearby restaurants and malls. Budget-friendly.

The best staff that I've experienced. Everyone was very much willing to help me out and accommodate my requests. The bedroom, comfort room are clean and spacious for business travellers like me. If ever I'll be back in Naga, I'll still choose this hotel.

I recently stayed at Robertson Hotel and overall, I had a decent experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had any questions or requests. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. However, complimentary breakfast is what is lacking. Overall, it was a decent hotel experience.

Everything is clean, accomodating staffs, good for business stays.
The hot shower is not hot enough for me becauce i like really hot water, but it's alright for me.

I stayed 5 days in this hotel. Parking is always full. Room is small, clean, comfy and with fast wifi connection. I was stressed for 3 days because of my key card. 3 consecutive days that my key card is not working. Everyday, i have to go the receptionist to fix it. Other than that it was a nice stay and affordable.
