#2 of 15 hotels in Naga
The Carmen Hotel is on Peñafrancia Avenue in the quiet part of downtown Naga, located just off Naga City's busy central district. It is very accessible for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is a few minutes' walk away from a major mall, a 24-hour convenience store, and 24-hour food establishments, as well notable tourist spots such as the Naga City Cathedral, the Archbishop's Palace, the San Francisco Church, and Plaza Quince Martires. Other popular Naga City cultural and dining destinations are a few minutes away via tricycle, taxicle, e-trike, or taxi rides. The Carmen Hotel is the only hotel in Naga City that offers a vantage point to two major Peñafrancia Festival events: the Traslacion and the Fluvial Procession. It lies between Peñafrancia Avenue (the route of the Traslacion procession) and the Naga River (the site of the Fluvial Procession). The Carmen Hotel is the best hotel in Naga to enjoy the Peñafrancia Fiesta held every September.

This was my third stay in Carmen Hotel. I would say, I can still look forward in staying in the hotel once again. Great ambiance, nice staffs. (Willie, I should remember him as he assisted me even though it's late already.) Jorgina, though I did not meet her, she's so nice in taking my reservations over the phone. just a point to improve: The wi-fi in the third floor is really poor. I stayed in room 305 and I cannot work due to wi-fi failure.

Respectful crew and child friendly hotel. It's my 3rd stay and will be back for more. The food was okay too. One thing to improve is the internet connection. It was so slow and unstable. But it was probably because it's just after the typhoons. Aside from that, it was a very pleasant experience.

Highly recommended! Truly your home away from home. My son loved the room we stayed in! It was comfy and clean. The staff were all accommodating and friendly. The food at Baba are superb! They have big servings, you get your money's worth. But the smile on my son's face says it all when he was at the pool. I hope you will keep it regularly maintained for family visitors. Kudos!

Adequate accommodation ! Rooms on street side can be noisy with traffic noise! Pool view rooms much quieter! Room is very large with adequate furnishings! Easily one of the better hotels to stay at whilst in the area

The Carmen Hotel is a good place to stay with minor improvements. Staffs - average but needs advance customer service. Facility - very good though elevator wasn’t working in 3 days of stay and without receiving an update. Cleanliness - average but consistently served 1 set of toiletries for 4 people. Food - very good with a lot of varieties.
