Certainly no frills in terms of the rooms pretty much a concrete room with a bed, toilet/shower area, a couple of shelves and a TV. Host was friendly, and breakfast was good, however the air con unit was incredibly loud we found it difficult to sleep and when it says mountain view rooms it isnt the volcano , to see that you need to climb up on a viewing platform on the roof.
Clean room with terasse in front of room. Hot and cold water dispencer abailable. 1 KM from Pacific mall and also a 30 pesos ride by trycicle from SM Mall and bus station. Helpfull personal. Can arrange Mayon vulcano ATV Trip with pick up from the hotel
If the weather is good you get a nice view from the rooftop deck. Not a real formal hotel, more of a guest house. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had breakfast both mornings and the amount and variety were both good. We even bought some fresh fish and Hilda cooked it for our breakfast. The room was Spartan, but clean and fresh. I would suggest the staff tour newcomers to the hotel pointing out the dining area, drinking water stations, and the rooftop deck on checkin. This location is on the main jeep route through town to the terminal next to SM. SM is within walking distance.
This was our first time in Legazpi and so we searched ahead the internet for a quite accomodation. Third and Sean's we choose and we did it well. Not far away from Rizal Avenue, a main road of Legazpi City, located Emerald Steet a dead-end road. Away from the street noise is this nice Home from Home located. As we arrived by car, there is secured parking space available, we immediately got helped by two friendly joung man to carry our luggage upstairs to the reception. The reception is a huge wooden table in the large breakfast room beside the open kitchen. First we got served a welcome fruit drink and where heartly welcomed. After getting our keys we where guided to our rooms at third floor. In front of the rooms you have a sideview of Mt.Mayon. Only a few steps away there is a view deck from there you have a really nice Mt.Mayon sight. The airconditioned daylight rooms are basic, nice and very clean. You can comfortable relax and the flat screen tv is provided via their cable tv. There is no fridge in the room, but simply ask the friendly people from this nice hotel, they will put your drinks in thier fridge. In the room you will also find cups and instant coffee. Outside the room is a hot and cold water dispenser. The bathroom is also very clean and maintained and fuctional and amenities, like toothbrush and paste and soap. The service level here far exceeds my expectations for that daily rate. Their plated breakfast is a must. They have two main dishes, several of side dishes, fruits, rice cakes, pancakes, fried eggs, coffee, toast, marmelade and everything else for a breakfast. Delicious, Yummi, Maserap. Our stay at Third and Sean's place was a pleasure. All people they are very welcoming and hospitable, very kind and friendly. Definitely we will stay again here during our next visit to Legazpi.…
It's nice to be back here after 2years. I'm happy that there are now more rooms available; that would mean more people would get to experience Third and Sean's hospitality. It's always a homey feeling staying here. Tita Nitz is always bubbly as it is. She always extend her best to give you the best customer experience. By the way, thank you so much for the free breakfast. I also need to commend the staff. Great initiative especially when they offer to fetch a tricycle for us. They are really trained well. This is a place that I would always recommend to friends whenever they're looking for a place to stay in Legazpi. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality Third and Sean's. 😊
My family and I planned a last minute trip to Bicol and was lucky to steal a great room with the hotel. The hotel my not be your typical hotel rather it is a big historical home turned into a hotel with a cozy and friendly ambience. It also has a rooftop with a breath taking view of the Mayon Volcano. Someone who is traveling to a new placement the hotel can really make you feel at home. Going to Bicol with only 3 days to spare to explore the beautiful province and having no itinerary can sound very stressful, but with the help from the owner of the hotel she made this trip planning a breeze and stress-free. She listed down all the possible activities to do and places to see that were easily accessible and helped us booked an ATV adventure up the lava rock trail of the Mayan Volcano. Which is a Must Do during your stay in Bicol. Following her itinerary made our our 3-day trip fun and packed with adventures. Such as taking a "banca" on the sumlang lake, visiting the Daraca Church, Cagsawa church, hoyop-hoyopan cave and swimming in the fresh water of the Busay falls and many more. Our trip would of not been easy without the help of the hotel. It made traveling to Bicol hassle free and overloaded with fun and beautiful scenic of the province.…
Third and Sean's place is a quaint bed and breakfast situated in a quiet neighborhood. The facilities are as basic as one gets, but there is a working water heater with very good water pressure in the bathroom and the water closet has a hand-held bidet. You get the basic amenities one can expect from any inn but the service level here far exceeds my expectations for the price. Everyone is attentive to my needs, and the owner is such a charming and lovely woman. She goes the extra mile to please her guests. Their plated breakfast is also glorious. They have two main dishes with plenty of side dishes, fruits in season, rice cakes, coffee, and everything else just for a meal. It's really that good. Never miss it!
My stay at Third and Sean's place really feels I am home, they are very welcoming and hospitable. The owner were very kind and friendly. The room are nice and clean, that you can comfortable just relax and even enjoy movies via their cable tv. Solo traveller like me concerns security, with Third and Sean's you would really feel secured. It was also a nice place to have a view of the majestic Mt Mayon from their viewing deck. Breakfast was great as well 😉 next time I'd visit Legazpi, I would definitely look forward to stay at Third and Sean's Bed & Breakfast.😉
I had a clean room with a warm shower and everything else you needed was available. The thing that makes this place worth to book is the hospitality of the hosts. They make you feel immediately at home and give great travel information. Another asset was their royal breakfast which was delicious.
If you want to experience Bicolano's hospitality and culture, this is definitely the place to be. The owners of this place are so great and kind! Treating each and every guest as their own family! Breakfast is superb and awesome! Nutritious and delicious! Very good location.. away from the street noise. Clean rooms and very safe. Picked the rooms on the third so you can have a good and better view of the Mt. Mayon! (They also have a view deck here) Friendly staffs. Our short stay in Legazpi was all worth it and hassle free even after a tiring and hectic schedule we had for attending a national event.
