We were just so tired that's why we checked in here. Cheap but you get what you paid for. Free bfast was included. There was no elevator and our room was located at the 5th floor. Bed and room was ok. White towels are kinda blackish already. Hot and cold shower is available. Cable tv and wifi are available. It started raining and water started dripping from the ceiling. Upon checking out i found out that there was no electricity in Bicol but good thing the hotel has a generator.

Check in because of the seminar venue. Old outdated hotel. No elevator, stayed at the 3rd flr which is actually the 4th flr because of the mezzanine after the ground floor. Only updated thing is the good wifi reception.

I recently checked in in this hotel because it was convenient for the purpose of my visit.I cannot complain about the staff. They were courteous and helpful. I ordered a superior room on the second floor because I was informed there is no elevator in this 5 floor building. However, the room is dirty, the bed linen showed years of use, discolored and smelly. I could not sleep the first night and decided to check out the following day and cancelling the rest of my booking. It would need a better management to put this hotel up to par.

The hotel seemed alright at first glance: it was cheap at 1,100 a night and it had ample parking space, a problem we encountered with other hotels in the area. However, a survey of the rooms revealed why it was rated so low. We booked three rooms and were given ones on the 4th floor - upon which we were informed that there were no elevators, a chore for my senior father and my 4-year old niece. One room we got was newly renovated, and was to be the template for the other rooms, and it was pretty good. The other two rooms clearly needed a facelift. It was dank and musty, and the bathrooms were mildewy and rusted. The beds were stiff and the aircons needed some time to cool the room properly.

Dirty rooms, check in rules that don't even make sense (can't check in before 2 even if room is ready - unless you pay extra), bad value for money in restaurant and really poor breakfast set included, awful coffee 3-in-1 in a hotel - ridiculous. Toilet hardly flushes, aircon and tv are probably 50 years old, old furniture, really rough stay. The only good thing is the location. Unfortunately it is still the best option for accommodation in Legazpi. Avoid it if you can - a nightmare!

My husband couldn't sleep at all because he's been saying that he felt something in the place. Might be because the place was too old. Prices in their resto is way too expensive. Though the place is very near with so many establishments.

PRO: Near establishments and downtown area CON: 1. Little consideration would have been nicer. I got there at 11:30 am, and I was told that they can not let me check in yet because it was too early. The front desk lady told me that in a not so nice way. In my opinion, you only follow the check in time if you are fully booked. And this hotel is no where near fully book. In fact i doubt they will ever be full booked. 2. Of course, I had to wait until 2 PM so I decided to eat lunch at hotel restaurant, the food was expensive for something ordinary. P200 for Bicol Express, where which it was just mostly eggplant. 3. So finally at 2 PM, I was allowed to check in. I was given a room but it was on the 4th floor. There wasn't a heads up that there wasn't an elevator. 4th floor is a pretend 4th floor because it is technically 5th floor. I had to climb so many flights of stairs, I was short of breath when I got to the floor where my room was. 4. First word that popped in my head when I reached 4th floor was: CREEPY! Electric cables were hanging by the ceiling. The tiled floor screams late 70s to 80s. To be fair, the whole floor doesn't smell musty (in fact it smelled like fresh sheets and pillow case). 5. In my room are two beds that looked like it was made during the 80s. The mattress isn't soft (felt like they just piled up 5 comforters. Banig would have been better) and was very itchy! My skin looked like it was engraved with different writtings because I had to scratch it. 6. There is only one electric socket. I had to buy my own extension so that I can plug my laptop and charge my cellphone all at the same time. 7. An old television that is hunchback but pregnant. Remote control wont work. I had to move near the TV for it to work. 7. The lights are yellow. A friend who went to visit me in my room said it felt like there is funeral wake going on because of the yellow llight. 8. The bathroom is small and the showerhead has grime all over it. Yuck! 9. Biggest bummer of all is that the toilet wont flush what it needs to be flushed. You probably would have to ask for a plunger. 10. Very little serving of breakfast. One small longganisa that they had to cut in half to make it look like it is a lot. I thought they were going to serve brewed coffee, but I was so disappointed because they served Nescafe 3 in 1. The next day I asked for a chocolate drink, the waiter said "Ma'am its not really chocolate, its Milo". I agreed anyways, when it was served, dead black ants were floating, I told the waiter about it, and to be fair, he replaced it. I asked for scrambled eggs to go with my choice of breakfast, they served me sunny side up, so I told him that it wasn't what I ordered, so he changed it too. I was really holding my temper that morning. 11. Wifi stopped working on my 5th day of stay. 12. AC's casing is turning yellow because it is really old, the kind that you can see in your grandma's house. It can not even make the room cooler. You want to request for a fan if you want your room to be cooler. AC filter was dirty. 13. This hotel is very creepy. If you don't like the idea of ghost etc. do not check in here because you probably will see one. When I shower I would keep the door open even though my friend is outside the bathroom. We had to keep it open whenever one of us showers because the feel of the bathroom is really different. My friend and I would get goose bumps for no reason at all every time we were in our room. I experienced something creepy but I am not going to share it here because I wouldn't want people to think that I am crazy. That experience though was really spooky. Not a very pleasant stay. Too stressful actually. I will never go back here!

Avoid this hotel. Rooms are dark, maybe to hide the dirt. Even the light switches dont get wiped, the showers are blackened with slime, beds are dusty, AND THE CARPETS ARE MUSTY, SLIMY, AND VERY WORN OUT. As i sit on the toilet bowl, water dripped from the floor above! hopefully its not toilet water! I am still itchy hours after i have checked out of room 206. Breakfast was very bad. salty, with very small portions! waiter said the free breakfast is not same as ala carte and that normally they just buy cheapest kinds in the market to serve for bfast. oh, btw, rooms are exorbitant for such lousy hotel. I WILL NOT COME BACK HERE EVER!
