We stayed here because they offer affordable rates and they were on a promo. The room is spacious, bathroom is ok with hot shower but the water is very weak. Water from the faucet had a taste which made it difficult to brush our teeth. Aircon is ok. They also offer extra beds at cost.

Accessible, just walking distance from major malls within the city. You can practically take a trike or jeepney ride in front of the hotel to take you anywhere within the vicinity. Very friendly staff. The security guard even lent us an umbrella.

The cons:
1. Not advisable for senior citizens as they don't have elevators and the flight of stairs is too steep for someone really old or having difficulty climbing stairs.

2. They don't have in-house resto. We have to walk for several yards to have our free breakfast(we booked the tour via travel agency).

3. They should consider providing a water dispenser at least in the reception area.

4. The room assigned to us looks like a prison cell with very small window that only a portion of the sky can be seen.

5. They should consider adding shower curtains in their bathroom.

Some of the pros:
1. Accommodating staff
2. Location
3. Basic toiletries were provided for each of the guest. They even have slippers.

All in all, it was an average stay but there must be other better accommodations to stay in Legaspi for our next visit.

Service and amenities are fine. The hotel has free wifi, cable TV, hot and cold water, and complimentary bottled water every day. What's also good is the standby generator set in case of blackouts. We were stuck in the hotel during the typhoon and we felt safe.

* Limited parking space is provided for guests with vehicle.

* No space for meetings and conferences

* Relatively small standard single rooms and hallways/corridor; may not be suitable for claustrophobic

* Non-smoking area (province-wide)

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Located in the commercial district of the City, it is walking distance from a couple of department stores, a shopping mall, some banks and can easily be reached by public transportation yet it is quiet enough for you to have a good night's sleep.

The rooms look new and fairly average, even the size is average relative to the other hotels in Legazpi City. They provide basic amenities such as towels, shampoo/body wash, toothbrush with toothpaste, hand soap and bottled water. There's also free wifi and it is ok by Philippine standards.

Breakfast (plated) is included in the cost of the room. The staff provides you with the menu the night before and takes your order. In the morning, breakfast is brought to your room. I hope they construct a dining area as the only place you can put your breakfast is on top of the dresser.

I literally hated the whole experience because of this!

We were just going to stay for a few hours but didn't get any information with the counter regarding the additional costs that would be needed to be paid due to the beds and stuff.

The front desk did not carry the luggage, the cable TV seemed like it was put up by children due to the fuzzy screen, the extra bed wasn't made (the house keeping personnel just put the bed and linen on the floor.

Ugh! Just horrible service and management! Hated the whole place because of this first impression they gave me! Will definitely NOT advise anybody I know to go here.

What a happy coincidence to bump into this hotel.
Observation though, most hotels here love scripted fonts that made it hard to read and remember.
They just opened in july. I had to climb three flowers. People here love second floors too.
Standard bedroom got me. Include Matic door, 32" tv, enough wifi speed, soft bed, warm usher 'Sandra'
Neutral. They suit me taste. Nice place to rest.

We booked two rooms/double bed last may 2018. The location is good and close to ayala mall and lcc. Easy to get transportation like jeep and tricycle since it is just along the road. The hotel was under renovation, the room was small and the aircon were not properly working and so noisy. Our rooms were close to the reception area and the receptionist and housekeeping were so noisy early in the morning. Wish they can be a little considerate since there were guest. We asked 2 for extra towel and they gave us only 1 otherwise we need to pay the extra one. The towel they gave was used, wet and dirty.
Booking rooms here is thru facebook, their website is not working well. Easy to book hotels via facebook. The receptionist that I am talking with in fb was friendly and helpful.
Budget hotel. Only recommend to stay here 1day and not for long. Too hot and noisy. There is no elevator as well so it is difficult to bring luggage upstairs, especially their rooms are all uptairs and difficult when you have 2 or more big suitcase with you. Maybe after the renovation they will improve.

So far my favorite hotel in Legazpi City for its location. Room is all right. Amenities needs improvement. Some receptionist need to be more accommodating and attentive. Moreover, parking space need to be addressed (limited space).
