the mattress with the linens was comfy enough to make my shut-eye unremarkable overnight. too bad the TV is not wifi ready to be hooked to netflix.
bathroom amenities are present, except for a shower cap.
we conducted a training seminar here for our stakeholders and the prepared meals were in excess of the actual participants present. we just asked for the leftover food to be packed for take-out. i was the last person who requested to take home the four small remaining chicken pieces. upon reaching home, lo and behold, there were only two pieces when i opened my box. hmmm....

Still, the place was ok. The wifi in the workshop area was ok. Aircon was soooo cold, we had to request it to be shut down for a few hours. There's a pool in the hotel but because of the recent advisory by the Dept of Health and the Ofc of the Mayor, we weren't allowed to use it.
Hot and cold shower working properly (I have to say that coz for some hotels this feature usually dont work when there's a lot of guests in the hotel). The hygiene kit didn't cotton buds though hehe.

Second day was no problem as we were out the whole day. Had breakfast (buffet) and it was okay. Although the hotel does not include bread on the buffet table.
Third day was a big letdown. Beginning from breakfast, the fried rice that was served was spoiled and smell so bad. Was not able to eat well. Then we requested for a room make up but when we returned, the beddings were not replaced. The girl staff said that they changed every 3 days only. Really????
Last day was another bad day to start with. Breakfast is no longer buffet and served on individual plate. Serving is good for a kid, not for an adult.
I do not know how previous reviews seems okay but what we experienced is another. For a 2,500 pesos room per day in a province, the cost is too much.
Its only pros is its near the airport, walking distance to supermarket (Robinsons), Jollibee, Biggs, Cathedral & others.
BTW, this is my first review and I'm so disgusted. My husband is a top contributor here and he rated this place POOR. However for me this is TERRIBLE.

Second, we requested for a room make up & when we returned the bedsheets and pillow cases were not changed. Accordingly these are being changed every 3 days in time fordelivery of laundry.
Last, though not really a major item, the room has no drawers, ref, safety box & slippers.
As mentioned earlier, I could have made a good review because of its location, friendly staff, new building but the last few days of our stay make me changed my mind.

(1) Location - Ninong’s is very close to the airport, the city hall, a grocery, and a number of good restaurants.
(2) Room service is inexpensive and efficient.
(3) There’s an option for early check-in. For a thousand pesos (20USD), you check in early several hours before the standard time.
Misses
(1) The airconditioning took so long to cool the room.
(2) When I got into the room, the TV and the fridge were unplugged. Although you can forget about watching TV, because it had the worst cable reception.
(3) The bathroom door creaked a lot; the showerhead spewed water all over the place.
(4) No sound proofing at all. I can hear the phone in the hallway every single time it rang.
(5) The only thing they did when I asked for the room to be made up was to replace the towels.
(6) There were no reception staff after midnight. They had to be woken up when asked for assistance.
If you don’t need to be near the City Hall, I suggest booking a different hotel.
Ninong's has also a lot of nearby restaurants. It is just walking distance to the famous Small Talk Cafe. Bigg's Diner is also closeby where you can have their very good goto! It's open 24 hours! Pharmacy store is also nearby.
If you have your reservation with Ninong's, they have a round trip transfers to the airport which is included to their service. You don't have to think about how to go to your hotel. Driver is very helpful to help you with your luggage. Just be reminded that don't be to late to come out of the airport because he might go back to the hotel. We were a little late of coming out and we have to find him and good thing all drivers know each other there and we were directed to the van of Ninong's
My overall stay with Ninong's is okay, very pleasant and very convenient since my cousin's clinic is just a few meters away. I just have some issues with the reservations who handled my account. When I was having my booking I already told them that we were party of four so they did not allow me to get the standard room so we agreed on the Executive Deluxe Room and email me a confirmation voucher. Then, I called to inform them that we are now party of three so I was hoping to lower my room category or rate since we are now 3. But they told me it will be the same and told me that they have to charge an additional one thousand pesos for person #3. I explained to them everything again and even get a confirmation voucher with party of 4 for the room, Anyway, they agreed so I thought my explanations were already clear but when we arrived, the front desk again told me to pay for an additional one thousand per night for person #3. I was really upset and have to explain again. I hope the management do something about this. They should put a history on their system or a note in their record on what was being agreed between them and their customer.
