The hotel staff are among the most accommodating staff I have encountered in my many years of travel. I put a very high premium on staff humanity. The hotel provides for airport shuttle service so that's another convenience. I really enjoyed my stay.
A P50 tricycle trip saw me at this hotel less than five minutes after collecting my bag from Legaspi Airport. The hotel is on a main road but some of its 32 rooms are at the back, poolside. The stay started poorly as receptionist May struggled to explain why the credit card machine was inoperable. I had to pay P2350 in cash as she could not tell me if it would be repaired to orrow. I wondered if the hotel simply prefers cash. My room, 11, was next to the clean but small pool - over 160cm deep at one end, but lacking delineation - that at 1700 wascold to swim in as the buildings restrict the hours it gets sunlight. Immediately I entered the room I could tell the hotel was under old style, not great Filipino management. There were signs on a table advising that blood etc. bedding stains would be charged to guests and that no refunds were given if checkout was before 12 noon. Unnecessary and unfriendly. The room was tiled and in reasonable condition but lighting from four small uplights was poor. The bed was very firm, not uncommon in Asia, and the doona or blanket thick. A top sheet was sadly not supplied. There was a phone on oneif the bedside tables. Curtains blocked light well but one of the heavier ones was immovable. There was a basic wardrobe. No drinking water was supplied. Nor was there a minibar or suitcase shelf. At this price point one might expect these. The aircon was older style and fairly noisy but effective. There was a power point near the main table and chairs. The bathroom was poorly designed as the shower water went onto most of that room, as there was no tiling to separate the shower, nor a curtain. It drained fairly quickly but meant the bathmat was soaked. Free shampoo, soap and toothbrushes were provided but no hairdryer. Bathroom lighting was not first class but hot water was satisfactory. Breakfast in the ground floor Zandee's coffee shop was very basic with only bacon and eggs plus toast and waremelon on offer for Westerners. No mango or bananas, or offer of a pancake. Inflexibility another sign of old style Filipino management. The waiter and especially the waitress in her 20s were lazy. She stood with her back to me for five minutes when I entered, writing something. Not good enough. Receiving a free late 1230 hours checkout was easy. This hotel could easily improve. The day of my stay was a one off public holiday so that may explain why only six of 32 rooms were occupied. It charged do…
A hotel to stay at comfortable rooms. Lovely staff/employee, a good service. They are always smiling by the time I arrived until I left. Plus a great location to stay, near at the airport, many tourist attraction to go with and also it is close to my destination.
If you’re looking for a hotel near the airport, this place is good for you. This hotel has 2 buildings. An annex was located across the street. Annex (I stayed in room 22): It looks like a drive inn from the outside as you have your own parking but the interior of the room is spacious and clean. The toilet and shower room is spacious and modern with operational hot shower. However, during my stay, the annex area has a low internet connection (data and wifi). So, I opted to transfer to the main hotel rooms. I stayed in room 1. First thing in room 1 is the colored and ichy blanket which I found troublesome. It’s so unconfortable to sleep. The rooms in the main building and even in the restaurant has a good internet connection (data and wifi). Fast and reliable. The food in the hotel is very average. Nothing remarkable. But the hotel provides a welcome drink of your choice upon arrival. You can choose any beverage from beers to soda or iced tea. The pool is rather small. I never used it. Overall, it’s okay.…
I would like to commend the food on this hotel. I would like to stay and go back to this place again on my next visit. Also about the customer service , I would like to commend your staff , they are very helpful.
Have stayed twice and the quality service and attention remains. All the staff is amazing. Have been comfortable with the room I've stayed, which is room 5, It was so nice. I will certainly be staying here again.
Lets start with hotel staff, I like their warm welcome to the guest. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. When it comes to the hotel amenities like food,pool and rooms it was good. I could say that there are room for improvements, but overall I love it!.

Came here with my husband on a business trip. The resto got my attention. Plating was good . That time, I was starving already, and was not helping lols., the smell of food we ordered waiting from the kitchen. That was what I missed here in the Philippines, the Filipino food. The waiting service was efficient. All in all, it was reasonably priced. Good job! Will definitely come back.
We were charged P400 dahil yung cleaners ay may nakita na very faint black ink. Na sigurado kaming hindi galing samin. Wala kaming idea paano kami makaka stain ng ganun. Walang naglabas ng ballpen, walang naka dye yung hair samin, walang naka black samin na shirt -- as in no idea how that very faint black ink (halos hindi kita) was there. Sinabi namin na baka nandun na siya una palang pero sure daw sila na hindi. At ang pinaka hindi namin nagustuhan, the manager refused to talk with us kahit na iniinsist namin.
