There seems to be two separate areas where the rooms are located. One is like a converted motel with a garage at the bottom of the room, while the other is in a separate building at the back of the reception area. I requested for a room upgrade, and this was in the latter. While the room was quite spacious (it had a matrimonial bed), the cable TV reception was poor (snowy) and the wi-fi was also very weak. The wifi would disconnect very often. There was a heavy feeling inside the room which was hard to explain. Room service was ok, I ordered a breakfast set (available all day) of beef tapa and hotdog. Menu could be improved to add variety.

Highly compact room but doesn't compromise on the amenities. It is very peaceful ambience and comfortable pathways. I think there is a possibility to park your car close to your room. Did not get an opportunity to taste there food.

we chose La Piazza as the hotel for our Business Trip in Legazpi because of it nicely price accommodation. as a pleasant surprise, it is not more than the published price but more. The lobby is good, spacious and with nice architecture. The rooms are very cozy and with nice interiors. The buffet breakfast served daily is appetizing

I have stated in many hotels in the Philippines this in fact was the worst stay ever The hotel has a 2pm check in and we arrived early due to our flight, they would not allow us to book in one second before 2pm and receptionist was so arrogant about it that when two o click came asked me if i could wait later to check in. The Internet is poor and ineffective Breakfast greasy mess and not appetising at all and choices are minimal. Rewarmed from previous day. Sheets and towels are grubby and grey Cold showers Dirty pots stacked in corridors Dirty toilets in reception There is works ongoing with noise all day including Sunday with no hint of an apology by the staff and we weren’t informed before. The hotel and staff used to be one of the best however the arrogance and unfriendly staff and lack of effort and resource make it a hotel to avoid from now on. Its not the cheapest hotel and there are many choices in Legazpi giving far better service than this hotel. If you want to enjoy your stay avoid this hotel at all costs!!!

The Hotel is located very near the airport, about 2.8km or 7-10 mins by public transportation (tricycle). It is simple yet elegant. They have a small restaurant and cafe that can seat approximately 16-20 diners at a time. The buffet breakfast comes with the room reservation. They serve limited viands but what i like is they have an egg station. The de luxe room is spacious. I got a king-sized bed. It has the basic amenities like A/C, cable TV, bath towels, a nights supply of shampoo and dental kits. They have a large conference hall which can be subdivided to suit the needs of the client. They have Mole parking spaces. There even is a known Chinese restaurant inside the lobby. It a good choice of venue.

Stayed Between June 29, 2018 and July 1, 2018. Room is very spacious, clean. Accommodation came with a free breakfast. Fairly good breakfast buffet. Location is the plus factor, since it is near the airport, the malls and several tourist spots, such as Embarcadero, Lignon Hills. They have good food from their Bel Cibo Cafe. Room service is available. If you need to stay in a decent yet affordable hotel. This is a good place.

Our room is old, poor wi-fi connection, breakfast is so so. If you want a place to stay in overnight, this is ok, but not for staying and working, coz you won't have a very good access of internet connection.

Garage-type room (Rm34) assigned had the same room rate versus the room in another building (Rm204) but they did not have the same amenities. The previous did not have coffee set and there was no wifi signal there. Rm34 was located at the distant far end and it was dark there. It’s toilet bowl was moving at the base (not safe). At first the front desk said they were fully booked and they could not transfer me to a different room (which was absurd because there was safety concern with regard to the condition of the toilet bowl). Eventually they moved me to a deluxe room (Rm6) which was just okay. Experience in the hotel turned from 1 to 3 stars. Anyway, good side is that staff were courteous and assistive even if we came in late on our first night.

Th pros first: their wifi is good. the hotel has good location in the city. The bad: their breakfast is very lacking in terms of quantity; their front desk staff seems not even aware of tourist destinations when we asked for recommendations; their employees (an example is Ms Lai) does not seem to care when tourists ask for assistance where to find directions; the rooms is not well maintained and there were ants in the room and inside their dresser. Take note as well that it is motel-designed hotel which we did not expect

Free airport shuttle arrived late for pick up, no airport representative present and had to contact hotel. Check in quick but no room available until 2pm, even if check out time is 12noon, and despite repeated inquiries. Waited for 7 hrs. Front desk counter looks rundown. Standard Room is basic with 2 single beds, 32" flat tv with cignal cable, a/c, toilet & bath with soap & toothpaste/brush, a carport. Complimentary breakfast offered no variety , though there's a omelet station. Free airport shuttle to airport was delayed 20 minutes, requested for a specific time but front desk called shuttle only upon inquiry. Only the housekeeping is worth commending. Dining option limited to HapChan inside hotel & pricey hotel food. On a clear & sunny day, great view of Mayon from the hotel.
