We came for the UK and Australia and stayed for two lots of a few days. Excellent service, good price, great room, comfortable, relaxed, fab food (lots in the Bicol tradition) and I cannot fault the staff or service. Well done.

New ,zen-inspired, modern, clean with excellent customer service from initial reservation to check-out! It was a pleasure dealing with GM Aileen who promptly replied to all my inquiries and requests either by email or by calling. No problem asking to be fetched from another hotel and leaving our bags with them, even bringing/fetching us to/from the bus terminal, no problem also asking for a family room to accommodate us 4 adults, hair dryer and extra pillows! Daily replenishment of bottles of mineral water, coffee and soap/shampoo .There's a well-stuffed mini-bar, hot water electric pot and free wi-fi! Daily buffet breakfast offered varied choices of fried/ dried fish, corned beef, eggs, congee, some local delicacies ,banana and coffee. The hotel is centrally-located as it is along the jeepney route, right infront of PNB, 5-minute walk to Embarcadero and LCC on the other side. Customer service from the GM, receptionists, room cleaners, waiters and guards was excellent. Once during a rainy day, the guard even lent us an umbrella. The waiter also referred us to the van that we used to tour Tabaco, Tiwi and Daraga. Free van service to airport was provided. For a boutique hotel, service is definitely 5-star. If they had an elevator, it would have been perfect though this can be looked upon as a much-needed exercise!!

On the way to Legazpi, we got caught by heavy downpour and stranded in the flood in Rizal ave. After 2 hours of finding the way around to Tyche Boutique hotel, it was nice to be assisted by Bernadette at the reception. She was very helpful in finding deliveries for food that serves after 9 PM. She and other staff were very helpful at check in and check out.

The rooms were clean and the beds were firm but comfortable with strong WIFi.
The hotel is value for the money.

The Superior Room is spacious enough and I like the layout in that there is a space for everything. There's a personal ref, a good sized closet, and a working area with power outlets that's great for business trips. Room's clean and the staff are friendly!

I would like to compare this to a tune hotel without the elevator but with the benefits of a breakfast (either plated or buffet style depending on the number of guests at the time of check-in)

PROS
-nice location in the city
- awesome bed and buddings
- i requested a packed breakfast at 4:30 am and had it for us when we left for the atv :) nice!
-accommodating staff

CONS
-no elevator
- "so-so" breakfast

Stayed last 26-28 March 2012 and 27-29 April 2014, nothing changes aside from the free native slippers they gave in 2012 because no free slippers this time. The receptionist was accommodating. The other staff are helpful too. Free toothbrush toothpaste soap and shampoo everyday. They provided free towels for the kids. Food in the restaurant is our favorite. No need to go far, some of the famous bicolano dishes are here. Breakfast is only a la carte so if you want more, the prices are reasonable. They have free shuttle to the airport. Definitely will stay again when we get back to Legazpi City.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Good selection of restaurant food. Room was comfortable for resting up from holiday parties.
A bit of a challenging area at night to me. Convenient walk to shopping/ market area though congested due to News Year preparations.

The Tyche hotel is only 3 years old so expected a clean modern hotel and wasn't disappointed. I stayed 2 nights in one of their one bedroom suites. The room was big and kept very clean with a big bathroom. The staff are very attentive to all your needs and even more than happy to orginise an all day tour for us. The restaurant served a wide variety of reasonably priced delicious food and supplied free airport transfers. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone contemplating a stay in Legaspi.

It's a low cost hotel in the city. No elevator so you have to carry your luggage going on 2nd floor. They do not have vaccine so I was wondering how they clean the room. The cabinet in the room were broken and it fell onto my husband feet. No Wi-Fi and bathroom was small and shower was old and rusty. We will not recommend this hotel
