We stayed here for a few nights as it was opposite my parents home. Staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The place was kept clean. If you are looking for a place to rest without any frills this is it. We were always out and when we get back from our daily adventures the swimming pool was just a lovely welcome especially to the kids. Thank you so much.

No complementary breakfast, poor room service as toilet is limited to one flush. Friendly and nice customer service in the front desk entirely opposite to service for breakfast, we informed the staff that we are ready to have our order but she said “wait Lang” and she continue to do her stuff (preparing condiments). We waited like 5 mins and I told to my husband to have breakfast in some other place instead. We left our table and went back to our room, the lady knock to our door and she said she ready to take our order. Im supposed to complain her but my husband told me not to, (Baka may pinagdadaanan Lang si ate). Overall, will surely not going back anymore. Stay for 3 days and 2 night (sponsored by a good friend).

The place is nice for a quick overnight stay. Their room rates are a bit expensive compared to similar type of budget hotels in the area. The pool is an added bonus for travellers who needs a quick dip.

It was Oct 17 to 26, 2016 total 10 days I had stayed at the above mentioned hotel. It was very homely, staffs were very cordial and maintained well hygiene.I enjoyed complementary breakfast at every morning in that hotel. It was affordable to any one who wish to stay several days and enjoy Philippines nights. I felt there full of comfort as because tried to enjoy that time very well rather than finding cozy belly. I hope it would be enough to book closing your eyes if started from any point of the world. I visited their in the name of Naheed.

We ended our trip with a night in the city to have a tour to the famous Cagsawa Ruins. Vista Al Mayon offers a simple yet great place and service staff. Ate Annie greeted us with a warm welcome and was kind enought to get us a tryce ride to Cagsawa Ruins. The room and place is clean! All staff are nice! A great place to spend a night, plus the Mayon View while having breakfast coffee is a PLUS!

The place was OK but the Mayon view from the place is magnificent and the staff were honest! After we have checked out, we realized we left behind 2 things in our room and we are so thankful to their staff who returned them all to us, including one other thing we did not know we have also left behind. Will recommend it!

I am a traveller who doesn't complain much about my hotel stays but I guess this time I have to narrate my experienced about Vista Al Mayon. I would have been happy with this hotel if not for the following: We were at the hotel at 11AM but not able to checked-in until 2PM due to the cleaning of several rooms which were occupied by a group from PBB prior to us , all at the same time by 2 to 3 staffs. I did not see any urgency by the staff to prioritized the room reserved to us, knowing or seeing us at the lobby waiting, let alone the reservation was made 2 months before. I don't know if we need to request for it or not, but the room and bathroom were never cleaned and linens and towels were never replaced during our 4D3N stay. The foot rug under the toilet bowl was soaking wet from the leaking toilet tank and was never replaced. The things I consider as a plus are: the staff are friendly, the breakfast is good especially the corned beef, and some of their ala carte menu (forget their beef mushroom for the toughness tho') are decent enough. But as far as my adventure in Legazpi is concern? I enjoyed it very much.

A friend referred this hotel to me and told me that it was really nice so I booked it. Upon checking in, I realized that it is an old hotel. It was dark on the hallways and you can consider it outdated. The nicest things though are their bed that is really soft and comfortable as well as their pillows. The shower and comfort rooms are also huge. They also have a pool but I was not able to try it.

Stayed here overnight. We are a group of 10 and we got 3 rooms in total. Staff were very accommodating. Place is dated but is comfortable enough for a night's stay. Basic amenities are not complete so better bring your own shampoo (towels and soap are provided). No free breakfast or drinking water either. But you really cant complain much for the price is affordable. Cleanliness is just average. There are ants in the bedroom and toilet walls. Sheets do not smell that fresh. There's free Wi-Fi. Speed is okay but fluctuates from time to time. Location is good. Few minutes drive to attractions such as Lignon Hill and Cagsawa Ruins. There are also buffet restaurants near the hotel that are really affordable.
