Staff are very accommodating and very welcoming.. especially Ms. Eenah who always assisting us to our reservation and accommodation.. The hotel is simple, elegant, clean and huge room perfect for Family.. I always felt like home whenever i stayed here in The Oriental Albay though, the amenities are being constructed but the purpose of my stay here is for work so theres no problem with me because the location is perfect without staying away in the urban comforts..

it was our wedding anniversary (Dec.14,2019),that my hubby and i decided to spend it @ Oriental Hotel Albay.Am speechless,maganda po talaga.Very accomodating and friendly staff.Superb foods and well maintained facilities.

We are suppose to book in The Oriental Legazpi but they are already fully booked. We checked out The Oriental Albay and it did not disappoint. This hotel is smaller (not over looking unlike the other hotel, so I just didn't keep my hopes up), but I am impressed with their service. It didn't felt like our stay was downgraded considering we initially had a preferred location. It also cheaper but they said they had a promo price since their just opened this year. Place was clean and neat though there are still some parts of the hotel that is being constructed so you would hear some noise in the morning (but it didn't bothered me that much). They only have their pool and function hall as their amenities for now. We were informed that soon there will be a syamgupsal area and a gym.…

We've tried to visit the new hotel at Legaspi which is The Oriental Albay. The staff were very accomodating and the foods were very fantastic especially the grilled blue marlin with ratatouille. If you're looking for an accommodation thats near the city and easily accessible to public transpo, its the hotel for you. The bed, especially the pillows are so comfy. Me and my family had a great time. Everything in the room was working. However, some amenities were upon request. Breakfast buffet was nice. I loved it that they serve warm taho (silken tofu with syrup and tapioca). You can also choose different varieties of syrup and sinkers like nata de coco and gulaman. They serve my favorite kakanins too! They also serve dinner buffet on selected days. We tried the seafood buffet and it was fantastic! Perfect for seafood and cajun spice lovers out there. This hotel have a big Jacuzzi type pool and one kiddie pool. Lastly, one thing that I will come back for is their service.…

This review is about the very good experience we had in a function held at the hotel in August 2019. Our family just had a rather large and momentous celebration of our Mother- Mommy Mellie Serrano's milestone celebration last year when she turned 90 in 2018. We had it in another hotel in Legazpi City with about 250 guests. This year, it being her 91st Birthday celebration, we opted to keep the celebration a bit low key, modest and with a guest list that was rather small at around 50-60. One of our Legazpi based brothers recommended and reserved a rather new hotel, at least for us Manila based siblings, and this was the Oriental Hotel Albay. We decided to dine in at Jeremy's kitchen with family for scandinavian buffet.The food was great and so deliscious and felt like we visited scandinavian country.The staff were very accomodating. Kudos to the management. See you again Oriental albay.
