Pros: 1. Location is the best if you want to be near all the shopping malls and easy access to food. 2. The price is reasonable. 3. Don't expect too much for the price you pay. 4. The cleaning of the room is by request. That is why they don't have the do not disturb door signs. Cons: 1. If there is a choice between a junior suite (rm. 4) and an executive suite (rm. 5 and 6) and the price is right, go for the executive suite because it is bigger. 2. I saw a small live cockroach in the bathroom (rm.4) 3. The rainfall and hand held shower heads have molds (rm. 4) 4. The bidet water head also has some mold (rm. 4) 5. The junior suite (Rm. 4) is really small for a queen bed which takes over the whole room. No place to put your luggage. 6. I first booked a junior suite for the first 3 nights and 4 nights were booked on the executive suite. They were not able to give me the executive suite to some mix-up in their booking. I had to have a discussion with the manager (I think she's the owner too) Ms. Elaine to see what they will do about it. At first I was promised she'll fix it but on the day of my move to the executive suite they want me to just stay on the junior suite. After some back and forth with Ms. Elain and a bit of minor arguing they just gave me a 10% discount on the remainder of my stay, Even though that ruined my expectations to have a bigger room, I don't want to be unfair.…
I was there in January (17-19) I was in the standard room it was small but the view of Mayon volcano is amazing. It’s clean and the bed is fine. It’s very closed to the Pacific mall. Within minutes you are in the city.
This is a decent place to stay for a budget-travel in Lgazpi City, Albay. Great location it's near the malls, restaurants, and even the market. The room was clean, comfortable bed, there's tv and a good wifi connection. The staff were friendly. The best of all is the view of the perfect-coned Mayon Volcano from our window.
The day of my arrival, the hotel staff texted me asking my arrival time. I told them the scheduled time of my flight's arrival. Response was "ok". What they didn't tell me is that the front desk closes at the end of the business day. So, I arrived by taxi about 8 pm. The driver pointed me to a dimly lit stairway...it's the gray tiled stairway behind the double glass doors next to the massage spa. There are NO SIGNS out front saying that there is a hotel in the building. There is no sign on the door saying that this is the door to the hotel. There is no sign saying that the hotel starts on the second floor (where the front desk is closed and dark.) So I texted the number that contacted me earlier and about five minute later someone showed up with my key for my room (#5) on the third floor. (There is no elevator. No bellman to carry your luggage.) My room had no windows. Not even a tiny one in the bathroom. No telephone, which makes sense because the front office is closed more often than not. Vent fan was noisy. Aircon worked very well, though, which was nice. TV cable was fuzzy, but watchable. There is a refridgerator that doesn't get very cold. Internet was adequate, but would not win any races. They provde a dispenser in the shower with three choices, two of which were empty, but there appeared to be a few drips of shampoo available (I alwasy travel with my own bar of soap for just places like this who can be bothered to check that their rooms are stocked before they rent them.) Shower was marginal...low pressure and the shower head was too big for the low pressure. They did have a hand-held spray nozzle for the toilet, which is always nice. I stayed 4 nights, three of which were quite peaceful. No windows means no traffic noise although the hotel is not on a high traffic street anyway. I think there were no other guests in the two other rooms on my floor until my last night when folks moved next door and loudly opened and closed their door every ten or fifteen minutes (probably a smoker going out.) No phone to call closed office to ask them to be aware that they are not the center of the universe. I was ready to use this hotel on my next visit until the noisy last night. Time to look for someplace else. One very nice thing....the hotel is just adjacent to the Metro Mall, also called the Pacific Mall, also called Gaisano Mall (and it actually has another name, too, but I didn't quite catch that one.)…
It seemed to me that most of the residents of the F2M Tower are permanent residents. During my first night it was hard to sleep because the neighbours were noisy. It got better in the second and third night. The room was alright, but there were several ants which probably came through the bathroom window which couldn't be shut entirely. There was no socket next to the bed. I stayed for three nights but the room was not cleaned up a single time. Cleanliness is an aspect, the management of the F2M Tower will have to work on. The manager was friendly.
I stayed over a week at F2M totally enjoyed it, very chic, very clean and modern with great hotel facilities and amazing view of Mt Mayon. Walking distance to all the Malls and only few minutes to some major city attractions, on top of it the price is cheaper than other hotels. Totally recommend and looking forward booking next year. Thanks again guys
I had to cut short my business trip in Pilar, Sorsogon and was looking for a nice, comfy place for an overnight stay i Legazpi. Found F2M tower in the internet. Staff was very accommodating and waited for us until we arrived a little after 6PM. The place is quite new. Super clean, well-furnished, nice bathroom, comfy beddings/linens. Room had strong wifi, refrigerator and facilities for making coffee. would definitely stay here again.
Great location, just beside Pacific Mall (Gaisano Mall). We booked room 2 (3rd floor) in Airbnb and had the amazing view of Mayon Volcano at night. Room is trendy and clean. Wifi is fast. Air-conditioning is fair. Our bathroom was smelly, smells like someone pooped before we arrived but I guess it's just the smell of the bathroom because it was still the same when we left..Staff Ate is a bit masungit when I called her when there was a power blockout (we didn't know that there is a power rotation something in Legazpi). Also, STAIRS! Sadly, no elevator in the building.
Stayed here for 2 nights and will stay here again when we come back to Legazpi. Perfect location. It is near the grand terminal, malls, pasalubong center, etc. Everything you need is in walking distance. Although some tricycle drivers are not familiar with F2M, but they know where Pacific Mall is so you could just say that as landmark. The room has great view of Mayon. The room is really clean and still quite new so our stay was really pleasant. It has everything we need in a room. In the common area outside the room, there are plates and utensils that we used when we brought in leftover food. There is also a microwave oven to re-heat food. During our stay, they are working on additional rooms so there is noise coming from the workers but we didn't mind because they only work during the day. The cable tv was also affected but it was fine because they had really good wifi. Will recommend this place to our friends. …
