Check-in : March 12 [Saturday - 3:00pm]

Very nice and clean hotel. Greeted with a friendly and accommodating staff. Parking is available. Location is on Mahogany Ave which is very good, away from the busy streets of Tagaytay-Nasugbu highway. If you are fond of walking, you can walk from the hotel going to SkyRach (18 mins.) and nearby business establishments going via Tagaytay City Hall.

Room was clean. Fresh sheets and towels. Hot shower, air conditioning, fridge units are available, works well. Our room is situated at the back of the hotel facing a subdivision which is quiet, away from the main road.

Free wifi with ◼︎◼︎◼︎◼︎ signal! :)

Had an early Sunday morning jog to the 'Oval', only 9 mins from the hotel. The Breakfast : You can either choose Ham and Egg, Filipino Omelette, or Egg with Corned Beef . All served with rice and hot chocolate or coffee.

Check-out : March 13 [Sunday - 1:00am]

Need to keep your receipts, booking info and payment details if you pay in full. They will ask it on check-out. I think they have no system (POS-MIS). Hassle if you misplaced your receipts.

Overall: Nice place to stay will come back and will recommend to my friends and family!

Stayed here for two nights just the past weekend, its is our third stay actually, and this review is a bit delayed already! This hotel is our go-to place when we are in Tagaytay. The location is in Mahogany ave., which is NOT on the main road where the traafic is. The room( queen bedroom and comnecting suite) are both spacious & bed is comfortable. Bathroom is also spacious, water supply no problem. The check in comes with free breakfast, which was served at the hotel's resto. Bfast meals are good, specially the Tapa meal & the french toast with bacon strips. i love their coffee! Bells & Whistles Bar & Resto is a really a good place to dine and relax. There was a band playing when we were there ( its a Saturday night) and well, we enjoyed the time unwinding and listening to the music. We would definitely stay again on our next trip, Price is ok ( but this comes more cheaper when booked thru Agoda) Oh by the way, top notch service from the guys at the resto bar and the front desk ( ms Eoniz)..we do highly recommend this hotel.

The Junction is a small, unassuming hotel but has all the basic necessities, as well as a restaurant with an in-house band, a function hall for parties/gatherings, & a souvenir shop. There's enough parking space, too. Nothing luxurious but it was clean, comfy, & service was fast & efficient. If you need extra room amenities (hair dryer, etc.), they would be easily available upon request.

The room that we got is like a small 1-bedroom condo unit. It has a separate living & dining area with a sofa, another TV, a kitchen sink, & dining table. The ref is bigger than the usual mini bar in most hotels.

Ideal for families. Aside from their family rooms, there's also a connecting door (in our room, not sure about the others) if you want to "combine" but still retain privacy. The hotel is also near Sky Ranch, Mahogany Market, & restaurants.

The staff were nice, friendly, & helpful. Only downside is the soundproofing. We could hear the housekeeper cleaning the room next to us, & since the hotel is along a main road, we could also hear the vehicles passing. Nevertheless, we had a restful stay.

Please note that there's no elevator but it's only two-storey & the staff were always ready to assist, & helped carry our bags.

Breakfast was good, too. There are many options on the restaurant's menu so getting hungry won't be a problem. Room service is also available.

We stayed here last March 16-18 .. arrived there at around 11pm (March16) but they still accommodate and welcomed us with a smile. :)

The Room: we booked a family room good for 6 adults? i guess.. but we are a group of 10 (6 adults, 4 kids) but still the room is very spacious :)

Bathroom: Good. the heater works perfectly. and we love the sliding door. we can use the toilet even if there's someone using the shower. hehehe

Breakfast: Excellenet! Filipino style food. we are always full. :) Saraaaap! and their brewed coffee, the best! the kids love their pancakes too. the place is big and with stage for the band.

Location: Good. close to some food chains .. walking distance to some, hehe, not noisy even though there are cars/jeepneys coming.

Staff: we salute you! ;) Thanks to Anne and to all :)

This is a great budget hotel and I will surely recommend this to my friends :)

First, the plus points: The hotel and room were clean. The bed was just about comfortable. The service at the reception desk was great. It has a restaurant.

Now, the negative points:

I paid USD 68.33 per night. For that rate, the amenities that I get in hotels of other parts of the Philippines are much more: better beds, better rooms, better housekeeping. It does not have any nearby malls or a view of the Taal Lake.

The quality of housekeeping was not good. I have three main reasons for that: (1) They do not make-up your room unless you tell them to do so. (2) The washbasin was clogged throughout my three days of stay. They did not fix it because they want us to tell them to do so. They do not check that themselves. (3) The floor seemed unclean although they may have cleaned it. I do not know why. The dirt may be coming from the floor mat. I am not sure.

The hotel rate included breakfast. However, I tried that only on the first morning. They had nothing interesting for a vegetarian like me. They cooked some rice and veggies for me. But the veggie did not taste good at all. It seemed like the cook had cooked it half-heartedly. But this just a vegetarian's experience. I do not know about the non-vegetarian food there.

It's a 4 month new hotel, 18 rooms, situated near the Junction (probably where it's name was derived from). If one is looking for a serene modern get away venue, The Junction Tagaytay is the place. One can spend some quiet time inside the hotel, to work or rest.. If shopping for fresh fruits, vegetables or dried fish, the hotel is near the Mahogany market. Their restaurant, Bells and Whistles, offers a Menu of various meals at reasonable prices. The restaurant transforms into a venue of entertainment, where great bands play during weekends and Karaoke nights during weekdays. Other things we loved about this new place were their friendly and efficient staff, cleanliness, and overall experience.

Impressive space. The place is better in actual compared to the photos. We stayed for 2 nights and we didn't have problem with our stay. Maybe just the cable since its kinda rainy and the cable doesn't have signal. But aside from that our stay is amazing! There's a free parking for those who will bring their car.

The place is near Mahogany Market, and other restaurants along the street. Accessible for those commuters, there's a jeep and tricycle passing by the road.

The complimentary breakfast is amazing! Love the Tapa and Bacon set. Overall our stay is smooth and cozy. The room smells good and it feels secured around the area. Recommended!!

This is a clean, spacious and great place to stay in Tagaytay. It is very near the highway so expect a little traffic noise once in a while but otherwise, it feels like an apartment unit with a reception area/sala and dining area as soon as you open your room door, and another door leading to your room so if you decide to order for room service food (try their lasagna, it's super delicious), your bedroom and specially the sheets will not smell like food. There is a resto bar downstairs that serves delicious food and bands also perform on weekends, so after a long tiring day of field work, you can unwind downstairs and listen to good music while eating good food. Their staff is very accommodating and they attend to all your needs. This is my go to hotel in Tagaytay. Nevermind if breakfast is only a choice among their breakfast menu. What is important is the cleanliness and a good night's sleep after a tiring day.

We stayed at The Junction Tagaytay Boutique Hotel during our trip to Taal Volcano and our trek to Mt Batulao. The location was very convenient. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
The hotel has its own full service restaurant with live band entertainment. It was very lovely to dine here on one of our night’s stay; a relaxing night while listening to the live band.
The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They also helped us to find a rental private van on both trips to Taal Volcano and Mt Batulao. One staff member also volunteered to accompany us on our hike to Mt Batulao on his day off and helped us find a local tour guide.
