This budgetel Hotel was ok for overnight stay, If you are pratical, you can stay here for a short time. The room was quite nice and clean the only problem is they have only 2 T&B inside the place, and to think that there are other guest who will use it. It was clean but its better if they built more, just incase of emergency e.g LBM or even when you really want to pee and all toilets are in used. Feels sucks. No breakfast, you can ask them to make coffee for you but u need to pay 20.00 each.-3 in 1 coffee i think. The parking area also was not spacious..only 3 big cars can park.

Its really easy to find. from Olivarez you just need to locate City Land Condominium and walk right side straight on that street.Best deal to get is through Agoda.com thou we end up as walk ins. There were five of us and we got the room for only Php 2,500.00/night. Upon arrival you'll be impress with its ambiance. The room is okay for the price, its not that grand. Its homey. Bathroom is clean and well maintained. No cable TV. mobile reception is terrible and Wifi-connection is bit slow too, but we find these things alright as no anti-social devices distracting us, and we get to bond more. You can even socialize with other guests. The staffs are friendly and helpful too.

This was my first time to go to Tagaytay alone for an event and my first time to book an accommodation in booking.com. I stayed for a night at Tagaytay Garden Budgetel.
The place was nice. The room that I got was good. The price of the room was cheap. They only have common toilets for their guests.
I will still book in this place if given a chance.

Not a good place for a family. They only have 2 public toilets for 9 big rooms in which every room accommodates 10 person. How is that possible? It would be best if every room has their own toilet. Absolutely not recommended!

When I saw the prize, the first thought was "450PHP is too expensive for a shared room" but then I went inside and saw the cleanest place in all Philippines. The accommodation in Tagaytay is expensive, but you can find interesting discounts in agoda. We paid 325/PAX, that is perfect. The common space is amazing, with comfortable sofas in a nice garden, that makes the perfect atmosphere to talk to other guests and find people to share the boat to go to the volcano. Everything is new and it was the only place I've seen a partition between the wc and the shower!!!! The only but is there are only 2 bathrooms for a lot of people, so you have to be patient.
