Musty and mosquito filled rooms, no water at the time we were there, terribly untrained staff. We were the only ones there at that time, we reserved the rooms so that they can prepare, yet, state of rooms are sad. Bathrooms smelled too

We were able to check in at night via walk in and we were lucky that they are offering a 20% off promo to us. The location of the place was very nice because there is a lot of food places within the vicinity like the newly built mcdonalds. Beside it is the Dreamland which is listed in booky as one of the top 10 must eat places in tagaytay. And a big 7/11 store. Anyway, the staff were very accommodating to us, they also offer us liscensed tours, they also respond fast to our requests. The only problem in our stay there was that they do not have disposable slippers, so at first, we were only on our bare feet in the room and I can say that the floor was dusty as my foot shows after some minutes of roaming around the room lol. But the room itself was quite nice, the TV was working well with all of its channels, there is a refrigerator, water heater etc. The experience would have been better if they fix some things in the rooms. 😊

Disappointed! Dirty room, cockroaches in the bathroom, very poor water supply(it seems that they're turning off the water pump, there is always a need to call the front desk officer to turn on the water), backboard, tiles, walls, ceilings are cracked up, bath tub, sink and tiles are all nasty, bath towels have red stains and the staff especially in the morning shift are all rude, unfriendly and not accomodating at all. This is seriously messed up. The owner should really look into this. Bad hotel bad service.

When we're on our way home from sky ranch, We've decided to stay for an overnight in Verazza since this is our last vacation trip for this summer. By the way this is not our first time to stay in Verazza but first time to have a room on the lower ground of the hotel. The room have 1 queen size, 1 double and a double deck i think it can accomodate 8-10 persons (good for a family). We took our dinner in their restaurant. The food was great which made me very full (good job chef). After checking out we've already in the car, Suddenly one of the hotel personnel/crew running towards us, i think we forgot something in the hotel room and guess what, i was definitely correct, my eldest daughter forgot her IPad (Thankyou for bringing back my daughter's gadget). Definitely its not our last stay here. I would strongly recommend you to my friends and relatives. This hotel is full of integrity. It's been a GREAT stay.

If you're looking for comfort then you might look for another place to stay.. Let me start with the prize.. we stayed in a deluxe room which is originally prized at 3,9++.. but they said that they are offering a discount which made it to 3,1++ only.. so we grabbed it... 1st, the room was small with 1 queen size bed, 1 24" tv and the bathroom.. just the basics. no complimentary water provided unlike the other hotels.. 2nd, the airconditioner is just a blower... i had to ask for room service so we can adjust it because we dont have the remote (again, unlike the other hotel rooms that i've been).. the room service told me that its already the coldest as the airconditioner is centralized for the 2 rooms. (another first time for me to hear).. overnight we couldnt sleep as it feels like we're jnside a sauna the whole time!! the corridors are much colder compared to the rooms!! 3rd, brakfast time! the room includes a plated filipino breakfast.. when they served the food, the serving was sooooo small..(this is good if you're on a diet, unfortunately we're not).. to be fair, the cafeteria is cold and comfortable to the point that i would've chosen to sleep there than to stay in their room! when we got back to the sauna (hotel room) we decided to pack our stuff immediately as it's really uncomfortable to stay there.. 9AM we're out already... if i only know a safe place to park we would've just stayed in the car and sleep overnight than stay in this hotel.. so if you're.looking for a comfortable place to stay with an affordable prize and good food, then this is not the place to be..

We stayed for couple of nights to see the nearby Taal lake and vulcano, which was a fatastic trip and highly recommended. The hotel itself is rather new, smells like chewy gum from all the refreshners around. We had a room with a window facing a street. Other rooms may just have indoor facing windows. Rooms are smaller but beddings are clean. Bathroom had a toilette just next to the sink which was funny. Quite a bit if ants walking around, which seems common for Philipino 3* hotels and lower. Great thing was they had a hot shower! The owner was really nice too. Breakfast was super simple and you have too order it night before. Reasonable stay overall.

My family checked in here Dec.25-26. It was not good at all and it was very fraustrating. I tried to understand the management side since it was Christmas, thinking maybe they were really very busy. But my patience has limits too. I'm a guest, I paid, and I know 100% I was never demanding and did not intend to demand anything at all. But really, my stay was NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. I had to ask for EVERYTHING!! 1.We checked in late already around 3:45pm and we booked 2 rooms. The front desk agent then told us that one room is ready but the other one is still being cleaned. We waited another 45mins. Given the rooms that was not on the picture at Tripadvisor. Do not be fooled. 2.We went out and got back at around 11pm, parking was full except for one but it was RESERVED already for another guest. Nobody informed us about PARKING RESERVATION!!!! 3.Around 12 midnight, we were about to fix and sleep. We noticed that there were couple of busted light in the restroom. Tried calling the reception phone but it was too busy (or the phone is not working too) I went down to the reception personally and reported 2 busted lights. Room was very dark, we needed those lights. They acknowledge, we waited for maybe 30mins or more but no one was coming up to our room. We went down again for updates, just then they told us they don't have spare lights anymore. WASTE OF TIME, THEY COULD HAVE TOLD US EARLIER! 4. Upon checking in they'll get your orders for breakfast the next day. (Which is good so it'll be prepared ahead and you dont have to wait anymore.) The next day they called us early morning and informed us there's no more tapa anymore (okay, forgiven) we changed it to cornedbeef. They served it in the room (8am) without spoon and fork and you have to ask for it! On the other hand, my parents (2nd room) got what they ordered (9am) including the tapa BUT without coffee. So my mom had to call for the coffee, and just then informed us that they ran out of coffee-AMAZING!!!! ---THINK! How can that also be possible that around 8am there was no tapa but around 9am there was?! 5.WORST PART!! In the middle of my shower THEY RAN OUT OF WATER!!! We called the reception they told us they would open up their water tank. After 15-20mins still no water. My husband went down for updates, they told us, "oh you still don't have water?" -pretending not to know. Finally after 30mins or so shower was working back. Upon checking out, we noticed two 5 water gallons outside our door and a pail. COOL!!! Nobody knocked on the door to inform us about it!! 6.They don't issue official receipt! Even if you ask for one, they'll just give you a copy of the registration paper with a PAID stamped on it! 7.They have WiFi, but you won't be connected forever. 8.If you have asthma, don't book here anymore. The floor smells like downy, restroom smells like Zonrox and they'll spray room airfresher. Imagine all three strong scents mixed up! 9.Loud speakers outside their coffee shop, you'll be able to hear it inside the room. (Not sure if it's still the same on regular days.) you have free alarm clocks! Enjoy! THAT'S HOW I SPENT CHRISTMAS IN VERAZZA HOTEL EVERYONE!!

My family and I, together with 2 drivers, stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights during Christmas of this year. We occupied two rooms (one for 7 girls and another for 4 boys). Its close proximity to Tagaytay Rotonda was an advantage to us because the heavy traffic did not get in our way. We just step out of the hotel and take 3-5 minute walks to the restaurants around the Rotonda. The hotel is also near the highway and beside a very nice and cozy cafe (dreamland arts and crafts cafe). The rooms given to us were, however, unexpected of a Tagaytay hotel. They were was actually located in the basement so there was no sight of Taal Volcano at all. I understand the fact that it was peak season so we did not have any choice. During the Christmas Eve, they served free food for all the guests and held a Christmas party for everyone in the hotel. My family and I were very tired after spending the day outside the hotel, but we appreciated their gesture of still inviting us to join their celebration. Food, however was not as competitive as other hotels' offer. Anyway, their service was EXCELLENT. The staff were commendable for their prompt response to requests and inquiries. We were particularly impressed by a staff member named Kuya Bong. My dad got drunk on the night of Christmas and he looked for someone to talk to (because all of us were asleep). He saw Bong and invited him in their room. Bong, apparently, stayed with my dad and even listened to my dad's repeated stories until dad fell asleep at around 4am. We did not know this until the next morning. Really, their service really defines hospitality. Kudos to the staff. We are definetly coming back.

Employees are very accomodating, honest and genuine. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Ambiance is telaxing and rates are affordable with free videoke in a big screen.
