Detailed Reviews
+ We got a very large room with 4 beds to accommodate our overnight stay for our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers); saving us some money because other hotels asked us to get 2 separate rooms. Room was spacious even if it had 4 beds.
+ The bathroom layout was perfect to allow 3 people to use it simultaneously because the shower and toilet had their own glass doors separating them from the sink.
+ Front desk was helpful in assisting our teenagers receive their fast food deliveries from the delivery boys...while their parents were out.
- Refrigerator in our room was out of order. It had a foul smell when we opened it. We complained, but they insisted it was working. However, for some reason, their maintenance staff showed up at our door about an hour later with a replacement refrigerator.
- The shower could only provide very hot water; no cold water. So it was difficult to take a shower.
- Pool is advertised to be heated. But only the small shallow pool was heated, not the lap pool.
Rating could have been 5 stars if not for the refrigerator and shower.

+1
There's nothing luxurious about this hotel (notwithstanding its 4-star category), but it has the basic amenities you need ... AC rooms with private shower room/toilet, a restaurant/café, function rooms, a souvenir shop, a swimming pool, spacious parking space, and so on. Its location is also good. Very accessible to restaurants, shopping malls, tourist destinations, etc. However, WIFI signal is quite weak on the upper floors. The complimentary breakfast buffet also has very limited selection. Room service is only until 8:00 PM. The structure in general is also quite old. Only the side facing the Taal Lake and Volcano offers a nice view.

I didn’t expect I would enjoy my stay here.
The staff were friendly and very accommodating. They always smile and say hello whenever they see us.
They gave us a room with a great morning view.
Free breakfast was okay. A guest can choose to eat your free breakfast in their hotel restaurant or to be served in the guest’s room.

It was our first time staying in this hotel and we were impressed with the excellent service. Security and Front desk were polite and accommodating, we were given a room with a great view as well. Breakfast options were okay, room service did a great job in delivering our meal on time. The location of the hotel isn’t that far from cafes and restaurants, there’s no pool but it’s fine considering that it was rainy season when we were there. Would recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives.

The hotel manager is very responsive to all inquiries and staff are accommodating. If there is something not available, they extend assistance in finding whatever you need. I chose this hotel because I noticed how responsive the hotel are with the reviews. When I started booking, the manager Mr. Binay was very responsive. You can sense the sincerity of the staff from this hotel when dealing with their guests. The hotel is also very clean, nice and welcoming. The view is already wonderful but the people who works in this hotel makes it much more pleasing to stay. Definitely staying there again and might be my only hotel choice in Tagaytay area from now on. Thank you, Manager Binay and staff.

Hotel is very easy to access. Staff was very accommodating, Room 309 Some traces of water marks on the ceiling, there is molds in the shower room. Faucet/tap in the washroom is loose. The furniture have some stain on it, some drawers have stiffness on its rail, have some difficulty pulling the drawers. A/C filter in room 301 visibly not clean ( full on dust ).

Located along Aguinaldo Highway, Kaybagal South, Tagaytay. A boutique modern hotel with warm ambiance as you enter the lobby. I attended a seminar with co-workers and we used the conference room at the ground floor. Food were on modified buffet....with the kitchen staff giving only a tablespoon for each viand. All the participants were in total dismay. We felt as if it's a kid's meal given to us. One more thing, several of us experienced that the server already getting our plates even if we're still chewing our last bite. When it comes to the rooms....it is cozy. However, the hot water is not dependable. No shampoo or lotion in the bathroom. Only toothbrush kit and a small soap. There is an electric kettle but no coffee sachets as complimentary. Definitely, this hotel needs to improve....A LOT!

We enjoyed our stay here. But maybe can improve more- the breakfast is just ok, the swimming pool would be more enjoyable if it is heated, and to add more lights so it doesn't look too dim or dark specially at night. I have to mention that security guards are very attentive! Good job!
