Check in was fast, 5 minutes. The front desk officer kind enought to wait for us even if it was past their check in time. The room is okay. The aircon, while massive, barely cooled the room. It needs to be cleaned or upgraded. The bed and sheets were great, way better than other bed and breakfasts of the similar price point. Internet speed was slow to okay, one device at a time can stream video. Breakfast is plated Filipino standard. Okay quality. The difficult thing with this B&B is that the main hall is locater maybe 50 steps down below the main highway and parking level. It is quite a work out to get to your room. Overall, okay. But there maybe similar rooms at similar price points that are easier to get to.

I was trying to had my reservation changed under my name since the original names I have listed were not able to come. The front desk agent that I have spoken on the phone had given us a difficult time of doing this. It was my wedding day and I was willing to send my infos (CC used to pay and my ID) on my email but to no avail. Worst experience on a hotel that has been paid already. So disappointing!

This inn is small and perfect for those who want a quiet place away from the city. They only have 7 rooms and offer simple breakfast. They provide parking space so it will not be a concern. No view of Taal volcano.

This hotel only cares for their income and not on the satisfaction of the guests. I will never book here again. They made us paid for extra people who are visitors only. Take note “visitors” only. They didnt even sleep in our room. This is the worst hotel i experienced. We paid for the extra people but they didnt provide even free breakfast for them.

Location is an advantage because it is right along the main highway and close to major restaurants / malls in the area. Unfortunately, the place is not well maintained. Our room looked and smelled old. The bathroom was a huge disappointment; shower area and toilet seat was very dirty. There were also holes in our bed sheets. Front desk personnel was friendly but she wasn't even wearing shoes when she assisted us (and I found this to be very unprofessional). It wasn't worth the Php2,800 i spent for the overnight stay.

Location is right along the highway, very near popular establishments, easy to miss though because their signage is way off to the side of the road. Place is relatively quiet. There are country style rooms with very basic decor. Take note that the bed is a tad small especially for a tall person, I wish they'd do away with the footrest at the end of the bed. My fiance who's more than 6 ft tall, had to sleep angled to the side so that he could fit. Breakfast is just okay. If you just want a weekend away from the city and just to relax, this is a good place to stay in. Lights out in the entire house at past midnight.

Chateau Beatrice is located along highway which is really an advantage for us. We arrived around 4pm and were accompanied asap to our room to rest for a while. The place is clean, staffs are friendly, and the room itself is good. The room rate for 2800 on my own opinion is a lil expensive I am kinda hoping for a newer place but i will be honest its smell a little old.. Out of 5 ratings in maintenance of the place ill go for 3.5... For their breakfast ill rate it for 4 out of 5, worth it and taste good. I also want to commend the security that waited for us and guide us down to remind us lock the door... Will surely refer to my friends..

This is an okay place to stay, for one or two nights. I stayed 6 nights. It's a B & B not a hotel. The room on line said it was a room with a view. Well it kind of had a view. The view of the back of another hotel and off to the left was a mountain. Not bad, I was just expecting a view of the lake. The room with that view is the one room , on the next level. I had the room below that and you could hear the people stumping up and down the stairs leading to that room. The breakfast was okay. Very limited. If you stay here, you must have the ability to walk up and down many stairs. From the street there is a couple of flights of stairs.

Had a quick overnight stay here. No overlooking of tagaytay or taal, no spectacular entrance and not that attentive staff so dont expect the best out of it. Its just average guys but not bad. Its just your normal overnight stay if you just want to get out of manila and stay somewhere else. The place is like an old house or rest house converted to a semi hotel. Room is big enough and is complete with your own, clean comfort room. Food here is average which will served in the dining area near a small garden when you go down your room. It also has a billiards area in basement level which has a small garden also. Oh by the way, not good for those who have knee problems or oldies since going to the room will require to take stairs which is a bit tiring. Overall stay was plain, nice and simple if you just wanna cuddle up with someone.
