nice place ,very good services ,staff ,cleaning and food ,with little swimming pool, air-con is very good and cr decor is very convenient. professional people including security outside , a good place indeed ,parking is good ,accessible to many tourist areas in Tagaytay like sky ranch ,ridge house restaurant and malls .if in Tagaytay will visit again. thank you and warm people.

The hotel is situated along JP Rizal Avenue, the street in Tagatay going to Amadeo Market. Rates are reasonable, rooms are clean though the walls needs to be repaired. They have a small swimming pool at the back area. Parking is limited. Staff is very courteous. Breakfast is included in the room reservation plus wifi. They also serve dinner but their place is very near the good restaurants along the ridge. A good weekend staycation.

We had our wedding and reception here. Prior to the date, the ladies are very lovely and accommodating. They did a fantastic job coordinating the wedding with me and my parents as we didn't hire a wedding coordinator. Caren was our point person and she was amazing! The other girls were fantastic too! :) The hotel rooms are clean, the food is delicious. They serve mostly Filipino dish and it is delectable! The service is top notch. I recommend this hotel for couples and for families but it's also a good venue for business functions. Again, thank you Caren, Liann and the whole staff and management of Country Chateau for making our Wedding Day memorable and for making our stay enjoyable!!!! :) *A suggestion though, since there are no taxis in Tagaytay it would be nice to have a service car (and driver-optional) for your guest's convenience. In case they want to explore or go to the mall especially when you have Balikbayan guests or foreign guests without their own means of transportation.…

"Small but fancy" that's how my 5 year old girl described this hotel when she 1st step foot on this hotel... She was able to swim with his brother and cousins despite the cold weather.. The pool is well maintained and we can see the kids swim from the balcony of the room which is a big plus for us..as for the rest of the family we really had a wonderful dinning experience.. They have few choices but i guess if everything is good you don't need more.. Yummy fried chicken the kids had it in all their meal.. So over all it was good food, clean rooms, cordial staff.. What more can you ask for.. For such a small hotel, it was indeed very fancy.. 👏👏👏👏👏👏

We stayed for our Holy Week Vacation and We are so pleased and very much contented in our entire stay here. All the staff from the housekeeping to up to the GM were ALL very respectful and competent. The rooms are clean and the pool was sanitary. Kudos to the all the staff who are working hard in this hotel. We'll definitely comeback!

Rooms were super clean and smells fresh,Good ambiance. Lunch at the Chateau was simply the Best part of the experience, Tried their affordable and Yummy Bulalo top with the pancit for start, All of the hotel staff was really very accomodating, friendly and gives you a feeling that they know what your needs are and excellent service was provided during the stay

A pleasant surprise as we walked in at the Country Chateau. very Clean, spacious rooms and lounge/ dining areas. Welcoming staff. well trained, congenial. We stayed in the family suite as we had 2 grandchildren ages 7 and 2 years old. 2 queen size comfortable beds. Kid friendly hotel. Breakfast is filling. They gave the kids free pancakes as freebies. They even proposed double mattress for the extra beds as it was cold. Definitely had an impressive overnight stay. Warm and hospitable including the guards. Highly recommendable.

A very nice clean and convenient place to stay. We stayed here for 3 nights and 2 days and me and my husband enjoyed our stay with the nice and friendly hotel staff. Their food was tasty and filling. Thanks for making our wedding anniversary get away a memorable one.

A new & nice hotel away from the busy road of Tagaytay-Nasugbu. Stayed at Room 10 with a small balcony and a stunning view of the sunrise and the pool. Bathroom is clean with hot shower. Everyone is smiling and very nice and accomodating. Breakfast is good and served with 2 eggs instead of the usual one. All in all we had a nice and relaxing experience.
