The rate is reasonable as compared with type of hotel. It is clean and free wifi. When we first check in last 2021 it was very good but now in 2022 it turned bad. The aircon is noisy, clog toilet, internet is week, no light outside at night time. The shower is also clog. They also don't have outlet for your cell phone charging. The place is dirty. The receptionist is also the cleaner and taking care of the place. It is horrible now. I suggest you look for other alternative.

We booked a room through internet and paid for a de luxe room at an affordable price. The staffs are responsive to our calls and texts. When we got there, we got lost because the google maps showed it near the Rotunda but when we asked around, we found out that there are two Sierra Inns, one is near the Rotunda and another near the Pink Sisters. Ours is near the Pink Sisters and Angel's Hills (Sierra Inn Maitim East). The room is small but clean. There's free wifi though weak at night, clean sheets, hot/cold shower in good working condition, CRT TV hehe. The staffs are attentive and pleasant. There are no free breakfast but they do serve breakfast at an affordable price. No complimentary drinks, no intercom, lack of security personnel, no Taal views. We never minded that it is small cause we're almost out the whole day. However if you find having no security personnel uncomfortable, you might want to check the hotel in front of it. Overall, Sierra Inn is cheap and quite good if you're on a budget.…
