HONEST REVIEW to help those who are looking for Accommodation & Events Place for their future events. 1. SAFETY & SECURITY a. Gates are always open & NO GUARDS ON DUTY. Bath Tub and shower area are FILTHY g. NO WATER specifically in Morning around 3 a.m. h. Poor acoustics with its thin walls and doors, you can hear the other room's tv. i. Not PWD friendly. Projector & Projector Screen, provided but was NOT INSTALLED by the Hotel during the Event i. LIMITED Parking Space j. NO PARKING VALLET/ASSISTANT k. NO DESIGNATED PANTRY for Caterer 4. Manager - Responsive into inquiries specially in Messenger and offers options/solutions to concerns d. General Manager - With her minimal interaction, RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL e. UNAUTHORIZED sharing of Private Conversation in Messenger The place and location was nice for the price. But when the consequence are the cons presented above, would NOT RECOMMENDED at all. Our day would have been perfect if these issues and service were resolved in a better way. We're wishing that these can be improved for their next clients.

In dire need of further improvement. Rooms weren't equally maintained, unsatisfying and weren't exactly inviting— similar to the staff that lacked common guest courtesy and hospitality during our stay.

Not recommended. Rooms and facilities doesnt match the idea of a hotel. Complaints were not entertained but rather criticized. Too much charges for a cheap experience. The hotel doesnt even have security which is alarming especially because it is located in a secluded area.

They do not meet the basic standard offerings of a hotel. No security on site. Standard rooms has no natural light and ventilation. Its basically a storage room with a bed. Definitely not recommended.

Very low water pressure. Aircon is faulty, we barely slept since it goes off from to time to time, room has no windows so the heat is intolerable. Floors are cracked. Cabinet interiors are dusty, best to keep your clothes in your suitcase.

The place can only be accessed by a car. The lobby particularly gives a warmth more of a home than a hotel. As I was registering, I was excited to see my room as I expected it to be somewhere in the 2nd or 3rd levels of the house. But instead I felt like I was sent to the dirty kitchen area. The rooms were stationed there, somewhat at the back of the house. The rooms are big but the walls/door are terribly thin! I could hear everyone chatting and walking the corridor. I’m never booking this place again.

My husband & I regret that we booked this hotel. We were attracted to this place when we saw it online because of its seemingly beautiful, cozy, & peaceful ambiance. The place was yes, peaceful, and the exterior & surrounding garden were actually nice, as well as the receiving area, but the rest, especially the rooms, were not. We don't mind simple amenities & basic furnishings, as long as it's clean & comfy. However, we were disappointed when we checked into the standard room. First, it has no windows, & the smell of the room deodorizer that they used was too strong. They may have oversprayed. Unfortunately, when we requested to be transferred to a room with a window, the available rooms left were worse. One had a leaking lavatory & unpleasant smell (a bowl of charcoal was on the table but obviously, it wasn't working), while the other one was at the farthest backside of the place near the road & quite "secluded". (My husband saw a spider.) In fairness, the staff was honest enough to tell us that we might not like the other rooms & was hesitant to let us transfer there. She admitted that some rooms are due for repair. So, we had no choice but to stay in the original room. She also apologized for not being able to give us a better room as most of the rooms were already occupied. Our room was not thoroughly clean. The headboard was dusty & the walls had stains & cracks. The ceiling had molds & watermarks, too. The toilet & bath is cramped & dimly lit. There was also no shower curtain so after showering, it was wet all over. Soundproofing is also poor as we could loudy hear the guests in the next room. I only saw 4 all-around staff when we were there who were just in houseclothes most of the time. One guy was even shirtless during breakfast. They were very kind & accommodating, though. I wouldn't call the place a hotel. A guesthouse or inn would probably be a more appropriate term. The standard room had towels & basic toiletries. However, they forgot to put a tissue roll in the toilet so we had to ask. Then, a flat-screen wall TV , a small table, 1 chair, & a large wardrobe cabinet. No coffee-making amenities & refrigerator in the room. The supposed free wifi was not working because signal was very weak. The free set breakfast, including the dining area, was average. It could have been a nice place with a homey feel to it if only they would renovate/improve the rooms & perhaps add more staff. For now, I think it's a nice venue for functions, better than for overnight stays, but they have limited parking space. The good thing about the place is the hospitality of the staff & location is quite okay. They also have a lot of books. So if you're a bookworm, you might like it there.

Great place to stay if you like a calm and quite accommodation. Away from the noise of the City and there were no shops nearby. As of this writing, the Hotel is still under renovation. And the dining place is disorganised, the food is not good, wifi is only available at the reception area. I dont know if there were ghosts but from time to time, sounds like someone is randomly checking the doorknobs. There are 2 doors in my room and the other one is condemned? Also there were no security nor fences on the premises.

Service is great. Thanks to Q Hotel staffs, they are all helpful. The place is far from the noisy street of Tagaytay.I suggest you should bring your own food, restaurant is not operational at this time. If you want, Leslies , RSM, Picnic Groove is just 15 to 25mins drive. The ambiance is so relaxing and quiet place to bond with your family and love ones. I just hope they'll fix the flickering light at the shower room and the dripping of the waters at Room 1. Overall stay is relaxing.
