good thing the place was wazeable, otherwise there's a bigger chance to lose your way to get there. parking has an uneven surface so you better manoeuvre your car carefully to avoid any untoward event. the function room assigned to us has no comfort rooms of its own. we need to traverse a path that is not fully covered so imagine us trying to walk at the edges to avoid getting wet in the rain. the room we stayed in was too small to fit four people. it was so cramped i could barely avoid not stepping on the pull-out bed of my roommate. it was such a balancing act. the food was average. nothing enticing to share with relatives and friends.

We had our pre-wedding dinner here and we stayed with a group of people at this resort. We can really recommend the food here. We know how much effort goes into finding the best ingredients and preparing the food. Also, the owners and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful.

We arrived in the afternoon at around past 3 pm and were immediately sent to our designated rooms after a quick chit chat in the front office. Their front office is situated in front of a vast literal playground. It is an actual playground for basketball, volleyball, open area and play place equipped with swings, see-saws and slides. Great for outdoor activities and team building workshops.Great for kids and kids at heart as well. The casitas were equipped with one common bathroom and a kitchen area plus a sala that can also be made into another room were spacey and suitable for groups and families. As for the premiere and junior villas were equipped with one common bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and dinner table good for 4-6 pax. For our junior villa, where we were checked in, there are 2 terraces on both sides of the villa. It is situated on the second floor equipped with veranda/porch lights. Bathroom has a bidet, sink, bath tub and hot and cold shower. They provided us with a shampoo dispenser and an individually wrapped soap. The junior villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 pax since the 2 beds per room with pull out beds under each are found in the 2 bedroom villa. The view on the left side of the villa are pineapple farms whereas at the back is a landscape and parking area where the new villas are built. It as quiet all throughout our stay since the place prohibits a lot of noise and partying which was great for retreats and R and Rs. Breakfast, dinners, lunches and snacks are served at the Garden Cafe. There's unlimited brewed coffee in the morning and hot and cold water from 2 water dispensers at the restaurant. In front of the villas, is another wide space for family or group activities great for picture taking and simply just for fun with the kids and again, kids at heart. Facing this area, on your right is a separate parking lot with a high fence maybe to limit where the people go to avoid accidents when guests are parking their vehicles or arriving/leaving the premises. Two very cute and homey rabbits roam the whole area. Sometimes, you find them in the parking lot, playground area and cafe gnawing on fresh vegetation and grass. Staff are friendly and approachable and are on duty 24/7. Also, the cafe and villas are equipped with wifi. The breakfast was composed of scrambled eggs, 2 pieces longganisa, rice, 1 banana and unlimited brewed coffee with sugar and creamer. Snacks were tuna sandwich and water on the first day and pansit with bread and pineapple juice the second day. Dinner was superb composed of fish fillet with curry and herb sauce, grilled liempo with either sweet liver sauce (Mang Tomas) or vinegar, and grilled chicken with herbs plus rice of course and melon juice for drinks. Lunch the following day before we left was composed of spicy caldereta, steamed tilapia with tomatoes and onions, grilled eggplant with sauteed shrimp paste, chilled sweet fruit salad and iced tea for drinks. 15-30 minutes away from Our Lady of Manaoag Shrine, Picnic Grove and People's Park in the Sky. 15-30 minutes away from Sonya's Garden, Alfonso, Summit Ridge, Bag of Beans, Taal Vista, Rowena's, Fruit Market and Mahogany. Generally, it was a very pleasant visit. #may2018 #Christmas2018

We have been to this resort twice already. We liked the environment which is great for relaxation, and the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The food may not be that great but the service was awesome.

The place has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the commercial district. You will definitely enjoy their lutong bahay cuisine and a face to face with the rabbits hopping around.

Two days prior to intended stay, I sent sms to them asking about room availability. I promptly got a polite phone call to inform and confirm the details. appreciate this kind of gesture. During our stay, they allowed early check in with possible additional per hour charge depending on our check out time. This kind of flexibility is great specially for a family with kid/s. The 2BR deluxe room is spacious. You can request type of beds per room. There's cable TV in the living area; both rooms have a/c, one also with fan. Dining area sits 4 plus there are arm chairs available. It is indicated though that cooking utensils/facility are available but upon checking, I would rather not use them. Still not bad since they have room service (from their resto), with additional 15% charge. Food is not outstanding but not bad. Bulalo is melt in your mouth though. Do order it! Spa is reasonably priced. My mom had the massage in our room, while my husband and I had it in their spa area. Same price either way. My kid looooved the playground. it is sloping though so one has to be careful that the kids dont trip over. We didnt try the pool, but looks OK. What we love with this place is that it is relatively nearer (just after Ming's) and far from the hustle and bustle of Tagaytay proper. On a busy weekend, this is a major plus.

The place is nice for those who wants to relax and escape the busy life of the city. You can have a good night sleep. No sounds coming from different vehicles. It is far from the main road of Tagaytay. It can only be reached if you have a car or rent a tricycle. The place has a clean air. And around the resort, you can see pine trees and a lot of pineapples! The amenities are good. They have swimming pool, cafeteria, parking space, and a playground (for team building). The staffs were nice and the spa is good. The food is good. We are in 3rd floor of the resort building. The room was good. The building is newly built that's why there is no wifi according to the staffs. We've got some problem at the CR. The flush sometimes didn't work but the staffs are there to fix it. Overall, I was really relaxed during my stay in this place.

Piña Colina was recommended for group or team building events. They have these villas where you and your friends/families can stay with. Each villa had kitchen utensils where you can cook your own food, doing some ihaw-ihaw and bbq thing but if you're tired to do some stuffs they had a resto inside the resort with good food but it's up until 8pm only. They also have these pool and jacuzzi to relax with. Sad to say you have to pay for the jacuzzi if you want to use it. Videoke is also available but with limited time up until late night. Overall, we had a good stay at the resort

This place was huge, perfect for family with kids, they were happy because of the huge playground I even enjoyed the swing 😂 . I got a chance to dip at the pool but grrrr its really cold, sad part is the pool was dirty at that time, lot of leaves and insects floating in the water. We stayed at Casita, its really huge and great for big families, BUT i sneezed from the time I stepped onto the room, its a bit dusty, I opened the aircon and the dirt was blown from the inside, though the aircon looks old, it was cold, the curtains felt like it wasnt washed for months, luckily we did not stay here for a night we rent it for a day tour. What i love here was the relaxing ambience caused by a lot of pine trees, It adds up cold wind and felt like rejuvenating 😍 make sure you bring insect repelant as there are lot of BIG as in big mosquitoes in the area especially during night, but with the amenities inside and outside the room Pina Colina is perfect, I think they should hire more staff so that the place will be kept well maintained,by d way, staffs are accommodating and helpful that adds a positive point. ❤

Stayed here just for a night or a few hours just to sleep. Coming from a wedding from a nearby resort, we were booked here to spend the night. I am so glad it was just one night!! We stayed in the 2 bedroom deluxe and it's one of the worst places we have stayed. There were no amenities in the unit considering it had a kitchen. Not even a drinking glass! We requested for 2 extra pillows and they said we will be charged for it! Bathroom was just disgusting, was flooding after you showered. Towels provided were as thin as and smelled like they were not washed. Over all - very filthy! Will never never be back here! Don't be fooled by the photos they have!
