Entering the hotel, I had to get the attention of the guards on the gate, just to get information. There was no greeting, there was no feeling of being welcomed. Once inside we went to the restaurant to have some coffee, and the place was filthy. Dirty Windows, dusty tables and chairs.. While we were having coffee, we could hear swear words flying across the room from staff talking. This instantly set off whatever mood that's left of our morning. We decided to go to the garden, to somehow get away from the depressing dining room. As we went to pay for our coffee, we were told they didn't have change. Instead of having one of their staff get some change, we were told to go back to our car in the parking lot to get coins. When I resisted, the staff rolled her eyes at me and grudgingly went back room to find some change. A few seconds later she came back saying they don't have any (She didn't look at all). So we were forced to go back to our car and pay with coins. We took a quick look at their garden to get some air after the stressful chain of events, and was not surprised to see an unmaintained garden and amenities. Right there and then we decided to get out of the place.

Stayed overnight for a work thing. We stayed at the family villa. it's like an apartment with three rooms. but very big room -- can accommodate around 7 people. Complimentary bottled water was provided. Wifi is too weak when you're inside the room. Had to stay at the "sala" outside. They have a garden where you can have your events outdoor parties. Good for relaxation and family trips/training.

We were here last December 2017 - we were enticed by the Bali inspired look of the resort. We booked the Bali Family room because of the great photos in their website. When I checked in they informed me that the rate changed, 5,000 higher that the published Internet rate, we were already there so I have no choice but to pay it out. When we get to the room, the smell is overwhelming. It is like a dried sweat with Dog poop plus the entire house is full of dust. The resort informed us that it is built using logs that it is the natural rustic smell, my Mom was not pleased as even the beddings are filthy. They transferred us to a larger clean room. The breakfast was also a disappointment, the tapa was so bad that you won’t be able to chew it. The staff’s attitude is also worse, it is like they are God’s given gift to mankind. Will really not come back here, you will just certainly get disappointed and waste money.

Great stay during the training, I love the food. The staff in the souvenir shop was very accomodating! What I do not like was the house-type rooms (1 Lot, 3 Bed Rooms, 1 Comfort Room), I need to wait for others to finish before I can use it.

let’s say you want a relaxing atmosphere and conducive environment for a nice staycation. yes, you’ll get it here from this resort. but the thing is, mosquitoes abound, the pool is not heated, hair dryer is not available and most of their comfort rooms in each room are old and untidy. the food is great and the service is warm but there will always be something that can contradict the positive things you can tell about this hotel. if you’re after comfort and relaxation, come to this place. if you want something else, there are other hotels that can offer some more.

Nice place, kind and attentive staff, nice food.. but your spa drastically needs a lot of improvement (sauna is part of a spa service package but is defective) as this is part of your tradename.. relocate it to a much bigger space with better waiting room...

Upon entering the compound of the hotel you'll feel as if you've gone to Bali, the architecture and design of the place simply screams Bali. The rooms are a bit cramped but is relatively comfortable. They have pretty good facilities, if you're looking for a relaxing time try their spa and get a massage. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

We decided book a "Bali Room" worth of Php 3,500 in this resort. I booked a month ago and recieved an email that they recieved my booking and the price rate with booking reference number. During check-in, the attendant said they've changed the rate since its peak. I said that you don't even called or emailed that there will be change in rate. So from Php 3,500 the rate became Php 4,200. To cut the story short I paid the Php 4,200 rate only to find out that the assigned room given to us is the Economy Room based on their website worth Php 3,200. When you request for an extra towel, you need to pay extra Php 100. The room is too small. The cabinet is too old. The door lock is broken. The shower room does not have enough space. The aircon is too noisy. Then I went to the reception that there maybe a mistake in our room. I show the room type I booked based on their site which has minibar. The attendant said they accept a corporate booking, so no other room is available. And I realized, all comfortable room were assigned to the corporate account and all left were too ugly rooms for individual account regardless how early you booked your stay. We also cannot connect to their wifi and different alibis were made. So by 9pm, I decided to refund the 700php and told that based on email confirmation, its only 3500php. No indicated that may subject to increase. And I told the attendant their room is not what we expect and we cannot connect to the internet. She told that she will going to ask her manager, I followed up every 15min because I already cannot trusts those attendants because of their alibis. Until, finally! They refund my Php700. The food (plated breakfast meal) is not delicious. Poor Room Management Incompetent Staff Poor Service If you are planning to have your wedding reception and preparation in this hotel, you may think 10x. Don't consider the rate but always think your convenience and if it is "stress free" hotel.

PROS: -- Courteous staff members -- Nice ambiance -- Free toiletries and 2 bottles of water -- Our room has its own veranda with a table and we love it. Can be a place to eat or just to hangout -- Their pancit bihon and clubhouse sandwich tastes good (but overpriced, but that's fine) -- Their sauna is AMAZING, everyone should try it! -- We availed their couples package in the spa (sauna, body scrub and massage), and it was okay. CONS -- "Shampoo and conditioner" doesn't seem to have conditioner in it. Made our hair dry. -- There was an insect (centipede or millipede, hard to tell) crawling in the bathroom. I killed it before it killed me (kidding) -- There is a 50-pesos fee when you ask for a new fresh towel. We initially asked for 2 towels, but 100 pesos just for fresh dry towels is a rip off. I can already buy another towel for 100 pesos. We just cancelled it. -- We actually asked for fresh towels because the towels provided to us were damp. We showered the day before, and it is still wet the next morning because THERE IS NOWHERE TO HANG MORE THAN ONE TOWEL or any of our clothes. There is a single towel rack on top of the toilet, but it can only accommodate one towel -- Linens have little dots, probably stains. -- We considered this hotel because we knew that they have spa services. When we checked in, we were told that the spa is open until 10PM. We tried to book the massage 15 minutes before 9PM and they said that the spa is already closed since 8PM, and that they can't do anything about it anymore because the staff went home already. After 15 minutes, I informed them that I will be booking massages from a spa that offers hotel services and they flipped. Suddenly, they are able to ask their spa staff to come back and to open the spa again.

We expected more from this hotel as the first time we saw the place we had the 'this is it' feel for our wedding prep because of the spacious family rooms and the ambiance of the place. We booked Bali Family room for Bride's tribe and Villa Family for the groom's. We stayed on May 19, a day prior the wedding on May 20, 9am. It was clear with the management that we will just stay for one night. Upon check in, we have lots of boxes to bring in the room but not a single staff helped us with our things. The rooms need super improvement/renovation as there are stains in the bedroom and bathroom. Part of the bedroom wooden floor tiles is broken and is prone to accident. There are 2 bathrooms in the bedroom. The one on the left side, heater is not working and water drainage is clogged. With the bathroom on the right side, there's a water leak on the shower head. We still had to call the staff to fix these problems. There were also cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room. In short, it was not well maintained. Room needs more lightings as it has dark ambiance. We had our dinner in their restaurant, food was good i must say. And i was able to settle the bill afterwards. So here comes the wedding day. Prior leaving the hotel, the groom settled the bills and balances we had in the reception. And the wedding coordinator already informed the FO of the check out. Keys were left in the room as advised by the coordinator so as for the housekeeping to make up the room. After the wedding reception program, around 4pm, I was informed that we were not able to check out and that room charges are still running. So we went back to Bali to talk to the FO. And there i was surprised. We were charged 4k for 4hrs charges on 2 rooms. Unbelievable. They said they were calling us several attempts but to no answer. But not a single missed call from them appeared with both our cellphones. And upon checking of the receipt of the payment made that morning, they still included the meal we had last night which was paid already. So we were double charged by Bali. They were even looking for the room keys as according to them they cannot clean the room. And as per checking in the reception, THE KEYS ARE THERE! Bang! That's the time i burst out. They already ruined our day. The manager was there and did not even bother to talk to us. She just reminded her staff to inform guests upon check-in to approach the reception for proper check out i guess, which we were not informed. And then the manager left with her car without a word to us. How irresponsible. But was able to downgrade the charges to an hour for the 2rooms. Still not fair. Anyways, just to finish the argument, i agreed to just deduct the double charge they had to our meal and just paid the balance. I just wanted to leave their premises ASAP. They are the worst!
