This is our favourite place to stay when we’re in Tagaytay, the hotel is clean, serene and very cozy. Tipanan restaurant inside serves the best Filipino food and super love hanging out in their coffee shop Facio. They have the best customer service as well, from the managers, staff and chefs, they were all super accommodating, friendly, and kind. Thank you a lot! Highly recommended!

the cottage structure, the mini garden outside the cottage and at the coffee shop and the clean dining area are the best reasons we chose this property. it made us feel we are not in the city , we can just sit at the chairs provided at the gaden of the coffee shop without the need to go out around tagaytay. it would be better if the garden is bigger , and if the resort can provide more activities for children and teens like bike basketball , dart or other activitties. pool should be upgraded. elevated sitting area of the garden should have ample light or signs so that nobody can fell. internet is poor in the cottages.

The restaurant experience was excellent. The food was served fast, hot and on pont . Service was impeccable. Special mention to the GM of the hotel Mr. Thor for accommodating us with my son's special request to go swimming ( my son has autism) even though we were not booked there since it was full. I was happy for my son and he enjoyed his time there . I am recommending this hotel to families ...rarely can you find a hotel that shows compassion above profit ❤️😊

We saw an FB ad for a 20% off promo and decided to try this hotel out. It is located just along the Tagaytay Nasugbu a few hundred meters after Taal Vista. The room we got was clean although I felt it needed some renovating. Management informed us that they are actually constructing a new wing with new facilities and once construction is complete, they will start renovating the old wing where we stayed at. That’s great news! One thing I love about Hortz Hotel is that it has a pool, a coffee shop and a restaurant. The food and service at the coffee shop and restaurant was so good that we didn’t have to think of going out to dine elsewhere. Another thing I am thankful for is how management is hands on in providing excellent customer service. During our stay, my son unfortunately was scratched by a stray cat in the open grounds of the hotel. The General Manager, Mr Nestor Lacanlale Jr, himself accompanied us to the nearest hospital and paid for all the medical bills for the anti rabies shots needed. I was so thankful for their concern and support. I think this is the first time for me to experience such heart-felt service. Kudos to Mr Lacanlale and the Hortz Hotel! …

I love the ambience. Very accomodating staff especially at Facio alfresco coffee shop. Just to enhance the service, i would suggest to provide side station to keep and gather those condiments and trays for easy access for servers. Tray are used in transporting food and beverage. A bit of product knowledge. I've asked for stevia and it seems i have to mention other brand of artificial sweetener for him to understand. When i said equal, shoot! He got it! The rest are brillian! I love the room with Bali inspired. Unfortunately there was an awefull smell in the bathroom with traditional "timba" and "tabo".

We had a wonderful experience in the hotel. Not sure how the hotel looks like until, we arrived but we were pleasantly surprised with the location. It's "Everything Except Excess" The rates are reasonable, Great food, Consistent Service, variety. Facilities and ammonites to keep the customers satisfied. We are extremely happy for selecting this hotel and had a wonderful experience. Rooms are well equipped and clean. Service quality was excellent.
