I have the best experience here at Via Appia Hotel Tagaytay. The Security Guard are very courteous they assist us with our luggage and where to park our car. The Front Office staff are very accommodating on welcoming us and attentive on our request/concern throughout our stay. The Housekeeping staff are very accommodating as well they assist our luggage to our room. They are very eager on fulfilling our request and assistance. I really appreciate how hardworking they are to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the room. The Waiters and Chefs on their Filipino restaurant are really nice. The service is good and the food is very delicious that I want to come back more. You should try their Filipino restaurant called Caffe La Via and according to the staff, they also accept walk in guest on their restaurant. I really enjoy their signature Filipino food and during our stay they have an acoustic night. They also have a chapel which is not usual on other hotels I visited and according to the staff, they have an anticipated Mass every Saturday on its second and last week of the Month. They also have a playground for kids to play and a Game Room. I really enjoy their indoor heated swimming pool especially the kids despite the cold weather of Tagaytay. I capture the best mermories on their wide veranda called La Fiesta which is overlooking away from the city. I really recommend this hotel for you all to try this is the best hotel if you are looking for a staycation to unwind and relax. They have the best discounted price that is affordable for all. They also have promos which I always stay tune on their Facebook page. Thank You Via Appia Tagaytay see you soon!

The facade was very italian and I love how the staff greet the guest with warm smile on their faces. The room smell elegant. The breeze in tagaytay is fresh in Via Appia because its located inside tagaytay, no traffic and very accessible. I love their longanisa and their homemade beef tapa. We will go back with family.

This place transports you to the Italian countryside, and is wonderful for a small-ish wedding for 100 people or so, as they have around 50 rooms. There is a chapel right on the property, just a minute’s walk from the rooms. At the reception we felt free to drink and party as much as we wanted, and not have to worry about driving anywhere afterward. The breakfast buffet was all right. There was an Italian restaurant in the lobby with overpriced dishes. The swimming pool is very small, as is the game room, and we didn’t use those facilities. A word of caution- don’t use Agoda or other online booking sites to reserve here, as I overheard many complaints of overbooking. Just contact the property directly.

We stayed in this hotel with a family of three during weekend. If you are looking for a quick getaway, for me this is a place to be. If you are a type of person which is simple and not on to any luxurious and updated version of hotel, I recommend this. This is much accessible when you have your own car since this is not located to highway. The place is quiet and relaxing because this is far to the busiest part of Tagaytay. Bed is spacious and the room is clean. They have swimming pool at the lower ground, which is best for kids and young at heart because it is I think around 3feet only. Food is not expensive but delicious. For breakfast inclusion, you will choose your main course as it was plated but the rest of the food like bread, soap, juice are serve as buffet. They also had acoustic night so if you're lazy to go out you can have your drinks here. What is best and unique for me about this hotel is the chapel inside which they also held a mass. Hotel staff also are accommodating. I will definitely come back and looking forward for many new amenities. Kudos Via Appia

This hotel is over priced! We’ve been to tagaytay many times and you can find better hotels with the same rate but better amenities and dining experience. We paid 6k plus per night. This is without bfast buffet. And if you order bfast meal, its 300 per plate weather its a simple rice meal or just omelette with a piece of bread. Their tapa by the way is too salty. Rooms are small , no fridge. The pool is not pretty and a bit small. They said its heated but when we went, the heater is defective.

The staffs were accomodating and patient from the time that I have so many inquiries about the rooms, ammenities and all other small things that we needed. The food and ambiance were great, we also experience the live band on our first night that made it so welcoming. To also add that it is located in tagaytay made it very accesible to the tourist spots and bulalohan nearby that makes this a commute friendly hotel to stay. It is a straight from the airport stay that I booked for my husband and I to relax all in all we had a pleasant stay. Bonus is that we also get to experience their massage and the heated pool completes the relaxation package everyone should experience every once in a while. Thank you and we'll definitely go back.

A secluded small hotel but the hospitality is unquestionable. They have their own catholic chapel and a beautiful Italian style garden. Private Car park is free and security round the clock.
All the staffs are so accommodating and whenever u request for something they will serve u with a sweet smile!
The room is just right for a twin sharing but I’m sure it is more spacious for a double room. The bathroom is clean but only have a shower with all the amenities needed.
Downside, no ref and microwave but not essential for most. Aircon is very good and quiet. They have a coffee lounge and an al fresco tables as well. The hotel was opened only last 2021. Highly recommended for budget travellers.
