Had an overnight stay with my family. The bedroom that the hotel gave us had 3 double beds but one of the beds was not comfortable enough to sleep with. Itchy rashes appear on my legs after a few minutes of using the blanket, and a continous sneezes which is not good to an asthmatic like me. As a result, we ended up using only 2 beds. 4 consumable bottled water was also in the room but 2 were already unsealed. And the most frustrating stay was when we were charged 200 pesos for a washable tiny stain in the towel.'Been to local & international hotels but this is the first time we experience this.👎🙄👎

Probably the most affordable hotel with the view of Taal Lake.

Stayed here for a night for $80. Right on the main road and very accessible. There’s a McDonalds next to it.

Got the Lakeview room. Room is clean. And what I really like about my stay is that there are plenty of pillows. It has a shared a veranda overlooking the pool and the lake.

Also the cable TV is good as it has a lot of entertainment channel. But TV is small.

Ordered room service for dinner. Price is reasonable and food is okay.

Travelled with 2 dogs and they do not charge pet fee. They just ask for a $20 security deposit and to sign the pet waiver.

Rate comes with breakfast and is served at their Korean restaurant. Typical silog meals and pets are allowed at the dining area. But the table we were on was greasy.

Overall, reasonably priced pet friendly hotel with a view of Taal and a very good place to stay if you’re just looking for a place to sleep in Tagaytay.

This is a great place for people looking for a place to stay on a mid-range budget.

Location
The hotel belongs with other establishments in the center. It's a 5 to 10-minute walk from the rotonda. It's surrounded by restaurants and convinience stores in case you need anything which the hotel can't provide.

Amenities
This passes as a botique hotel. It has 4 floors and offers 30 rooms. The down side is, parking is not enough. The parking at the basement can only hold 15 at most and the parking in front of the hotel can hold only 8. The hotel also has a restaurant, and parking for the restaurant and hotel is shared. The hotel has no room service for food. The room i checked in, king size lake view has a veranda. However, the veranda is not dedicated to our room. It is shared between 3 other rooms within the same floor. Our room could also use better storage space. There was only 1 cabinet which held the tv and functioned as our cabinet. There could have been another one specifically to put down our luggage for easy access instead of putting them all in the cabinet. The hotel also does not have laundry services, or at least they dont publish it.

Pandemic pointers
Unlike other hotels which detail their sanitation procedures, this hotel doesn't. However, they provided facemasks and a bottle of alcohol for us.

Goodnight sleep
The bed was comfortable. The airconditioning is great. The room was relatively quiet although i heard a couple of guests go in and out of their rooms because the door was slammed hard. Acoustics could be improved.

Price and overall stay
For the price we got the room for, our experience was great. This can't be compared to how your experience is with 5 star hotels because there's a lot of difference. However, you can expect the staff to be friendly and attentive. You can expect a great panoramic view in some of the rooms. You can expect the location to be accessible. Finally, you can expect your money's worth for a comfortable mid range tagaytay vacation experience.

First of all i booked a room with lake view and when we arrived there they gave us a room that looks like a bunker without windows and so humid, it was also haunted by spirit( yeah spirit it sounds funny but in the Philippines they arw real) the beds where not ergonomics for your back and they gave you a thin blanket with old smelly pillows, when i complained at the reception they said i needed to upgrade the room if i wanted the services and the room it was said i booked, s i upgraded the room they gave us the room with view and a terrace, the bathroom light is so dim that you dont see anything, and also the breakfast has little to offer, thw hall smells of fried meat, the hotel menu doesnt have choice, fortunately there’s a mcdonald near the hotel !
WORST HOTEL, picture is not like the hotel is !
Worst part you have to remind them to clean your room everyday !
Reception staff is so unpolite !
But the cleaning staff is polite and kind!

The only thing nice of the hotel is the view and the location out of that is the worst !
