Detailed Reviews
Had a superb stay in this hotel! One of the best hotels I've stayed at yet. The staff, from the front desk to the guard to the food service to the room attendees, are extremely warm and responsive with no exaggeration. The room we booked was a Deluxe Family with Pool View and it was quite spacious; it wasn't just a room for 4 people, it really was a room for a family. The beds and pillows were comfortable enough and the rain shower head makes it hard to leave the shower. I also appreciated the hi-tech bidet system and the inclusion of a sink outside of the bathroom.
I loved the hotel so much that I wish I could give it 5 stars but there are several points for improvement:
1. The cable TV never worked during our stay.
2. The internet connection was decent during the first day but as the hotel began to fill up due to the holidays, the internet became very unreliable. There were times when our phones could no longer connect to the wifi and had to rely on the data, but even the data was a little slow.
3. Several TVs kept trying to connect to our phones. It was bothersome.
4. The breakfast buffet is more on the okay side. The best part of it, though is the bread. Skip everything but the bread.
5. The outside counter with the tea service is cracked where it's attached to the wall. It wasn't an issue to us but it was quite noticeable.
6. Our room didn't come with a directory of hotel and emergency numbers or a make-room sign you can hang. If we miss the regular make-room round, we had to tell a staff ourselves that we'd like to have it done. Though fortunately, one is always available and we never had to wait.
Having said all that, I'm looking forward to my next visit here!

Our family stayed here for two nights in one of the month's two long weekends, so it wasn't a surprise when the hotel had a good number of guests at that time. Despite this the hotel's personnel were still courteous while assisting and accommodating those who needed help in checking in.
The rooms had ample space, and ours had two spacious and comfortable beds for our family of three. The bathroom though was quite small compared to other hotels but at least it had hot and cold water.
Breakfast was no big deal, but the choices were enough that one won't get stressed in choosing from so many kinds of food. One pro-tip is to have breakfast before 7:15 to get a table for your group, since the dining area fills up fast during that time.
We also enjoyed the fairly big "heated" pool even when it was raining much of the time that weekend.
Parking space though was a little challenging since it was on the other side of the building and was open to all the elements.
Also, the rooms aren't that soundproof since one can hear some noise coming from the next room or on the corridor outside when other guests are walking by.
Overall it was a great weekend stay for our family in this fairly new hotel that it's worth another visit in the future.

I was thrilled to have stayed here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and provided exceptional customer service. The rooms were modern and well-equipped, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore the nearby attractions. I could not recommend this hotel more, and I'll definitely be back!"

The room is modern and comfortable. The bathroom shower area just needs more cleaning as molds are appearing on the walls and corners, and the sink countertop needs to be cleaned thoroughly. The towels need to be replaced as they are old and gray. No soundproofing of rooms so we could hear all the noises from the hallway. The heated pool is nice, but hotel should be strict about swim attire and pool rules. We saw some folks wearing street clothes in the pool, and a group of friends arrived who played loud music pool side which made it a bit rowdy. The breakfast buffet is pretty bad, with few choices. Dimsum was raw, the egg station cook did not know how to fry sunnyside up properly, and it looked like leftover fried chicken from yesterday was served. Really disappointing coming from Enderun! Some front desk staff need to be friendlier and should smile more. Overall, we like the rooms here and the heated pool but the food quality needs to be improved a lot. There is a tipping point when it ceases being value for money, especially given stiff competition among hotels in Tagaytay.

The food is good. BUT the only problem we experienced daily in my 4 day stay here is the internet in our room. There are 2 wifi connections being offered but none of it can be of use. The hotel should improve its wifi for its guests. 2nd, the only mirror we have in the room is in the bathroom. It'a a shared room and a mirror is vital. During our daily session innthenfunction room, Sapphire, the slow internet connection makes our meeting disrupted most of the time.

The positive review
1. Staffs are all friendly
2. Room is cold
3. Food is ok
The negative review
1. No mirror inside the room, only in the CR
2. No grab bar inside the shower room, my 91 year old mom nearly slipped on the slippery shower room, on the last night she din't want to shower anymore fearing she might really slide on the wet floor.
3. Hot shower isn't really hot, it's warm only most of the time
4. Lastly, we are still eating our breakfast and my mom and sister already went on their room to continue sleeping, this waiter, removed all the soiled dishes and after removing it he sprayed table sanitizers in front of us at the table while we are still eating, we lost appetite and go up with my 2year old baby DISASTER!
I hope this concerns will be brought up in the daily mancom meeting to address this problems.

My family and I stayed at Hotel Casiana for 2 nights to celebrate a family milestone. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were satisfied.
The 2-bedroom suite has a view of both Taal Lake and the city. The area is relatively quiet. The room is spacious and very clean. It is complete with basic amenities (3 TVs, microwave oven, electric kettle, mini ref) and toiletries. The beddings (sheets and pillow cases) are very clean and comfy as well as the bath towels and robes.
The living area is cute, specially the yellow couch. The living room as well as the rooms look neat but may still be improved with some wall frames perhaps to not look too bare. Also, the air conditioning system is working well with individual switches in every area. This allows the guests to adjust the temperature in specific areas (like the living room and bedrooms).
The water from both the shower and the faucet is still hot even when set to cold or in between (hot and cold, supposedly warm). The safe in the main room isn't working.
It would be better to provide also a chair and a working table either in the main room or in the living room for guests who are on a business trip or those who simply need a small working area. Also, in the absence of dressers in the bedrooms, a full/half body mirror may be placed in the main rooms as an added fixture.
The hotel room service food is good and reasonably priced. The buffet breakfast is okay but may be further improved including portion sizes for managed buffet and choices. Also, a bread toaster will be a great addition so the guests have the option to warm the bread. Likewise, it would be nicer to provide individually packed sugar instead of having all the diners get from a single sugar jar.
The hotel staff (in the reception, restaurant/cafe, housekeeping and pool) are all nice and courteous. They gladly and promptly respond to requests.
Finally, given that it's still pandemic, the hotel may consider cashless transactions in all its services. Also, hotel guests should be regularly reminded to wear masks in common areas like lobby, hallways, and elevators.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will consider staying again in this hotel in our future Tagaytay trip/visit.

Booked a stay here because of the good reviews I read. But I guess it was a case of expectation vs reality. First the good points: ample parking space, helpful valets, spacious rooms with spacious balconies, really cold Aircon, high tech smart toilet, clean and the rooms didn't smell like air fresheners but just mildly fragrant and clean. Pool was warm and clean but too many guests swimming especially kids who I was afraid would be peeing in the pool. The not too good points: understaffed. The restaurant at breakfast had a few waiters extremely busy with the work load, that they had little time to see to the needs of the guests .the buffet was budget meal, tocino, chopped carrots and corn and peas, chicken with white sauce and pesto pasta. And it wasn't really a buffet in the real sense because we weren't allowed to spoon our own servings. The server (also lacking as they were only 2 for 6 viands) would give you quite small portions and when you ask for more they'd give you just the littlest bit more. Taste was average. No eggs served except at the last minute when we were already almost done. The front desk also understaffed at check out. It took them 25 minutes to check our room and give us clearance. No extra towels except if you paid 100 pesos more for each. Service was average to fair and not exceptional as stated in the reviews I read before booking.

We are 2 families with 1 child each, below 6 yrs old. Booked 2 rooms. rm 310 and 312.
We arrived at the hotel last Aug 28 around 3:00 pm, they weren't able to give us our room because of full occupancy and it's long weekend. We understand. Our husbands brought the kids to play room while we were waiting at the lobby. The staff at the reception were apologetic for the delay and even offered us for late check out on the following day. We got our keys around 5PM. When we entered the room, we liked it because it was cozy and spacious but not until my husband found 3 wet towels inside the cabinet while I saw chip crumbs and hair on the table and more chips on the floor and hair too. We were really disappointed. Obviously, they didn't clean the room. Maybe they just change the linens, who knows...We immediately call the attention of the housekeeping head. My husband talked to him nicely and raised our concern and surprisingly the supervisor just gave us "okay," a nod, and a poker face. My husband even asked him what he'll do. I told my husband to just let them clean the room again, a vacuum will do since we were already tired that time. To be fair, they cleaned it right away.Another thing was the toilet, my 6-yr old daughter asked me to teach her how to use the smart toilet because she would like to use it for number 2. When the nozzle came out from the toilet bowl there were poop residue around it. Sobrang kadiri!!! No more time to argue with them since it's already past 10pm.The following morning we used the heated pool, the kids enjoyed it. We ordered some snacks, aside from the long wait they served us burnt pizza, not the tolerable one but really sunog! I called the server and asked him if he noticed the burnt pizza before serving it, he just said "pwede na daw po yan sabi ng chef" REALLY CASIANA?!

We spent two nights in a two bedroom suite with two bathrooms and a microwave. We were on the 7th floor but it wasn’t high enough to get a view of the lake. Higher floors would probly be the same. The room was nice, comfortable and fairly spacious. It had three TVs but only 2 remotes, I informed the front desk but they did not provide a replacement. The shower pressure was good but the toilet bowls need to be changed because the way it flushed was weak. The bathroom and rooms also had no hanging hooks so it was a challenge to find where to dry your towels. The included breakfast buffet was delicious with a good selection of local dishes and an egg station. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and hospitable. The hotel has a weird policy of asking for a php300 “deposit” if you want an extra key card or you have to leave a government ID card. I found this odd because we were booked as three adults but were only given two key cards. It also says in the small key folder that if you lose a key card you will have to pay for it. Internet was good inside the rooms, restaurant, and lobby. Location was good with several nearby restaurants and a supermarket. Guarded parking is free. Despite some minor issues, we had a very good stay.
