Place looks like it was once a glamorous place but has not been kept for a long time. Needs major renovation and maintenance. Rooms was dark and damp. Common area has lots of mosquitoes. The staff was very friendly though.

We were fooled by the pictures in the internet. Upon getting there we were disappointed to see an old abandoned B&B, without any front desk. Not even a warm welcome nor welcome drinks. Only a caretaker which asked us for the payment of our child's breakfast for the next day. The Executive Room doesn't look like it, but looks more of a boarding house. No refrigerator, no tea maker. The beddings smells moldy and dusty. The floor wasn't even tiled, just a smooth cement. The drainage in the cr was soo clogged that it flooded when I took a bath. The bidet was leaking. Omigosh, why have we ever been to this place... will surely never come back again!

i booked for 4persons in celebration of mother's day with my mom and my family.3150 less 600 b'coz of the voucher code that traveloka sent to me.when we arrived at the entrance we're shocked becuse the place was like an abandon house upon entering the our so called suite room we felt so much dissapointed,to the point that i wanna go home and ask for refund.no complementary bottled water, when i asked for it, the staff gave us a pitcher of water,3colgate toothbrush,1twinpack palmolive shampoo,1twinpack colgate toothpaste,2small safeguard soap and 1roll of tissue.1 toilet bathroom with lighting problem and heater that we can't use because the water is not flowing from the shower head.ending we took a bath using timba at tabo.the water is also dirty, some blue particles and sand came from the faucet.also the water smells like it has a chlorine on it.for the breakfast they served few pieces of tocino with egg and rice or 1pc.spam wth egg and rice, instant coffee or concentrated juice.we ate at the garden, beside is the small kiddie pool.the place needs renovation, more cleanliness and get rid of the kulob smell inside the room.i dont want to give even a one star because everything is disgusting.my husband said charged it to experience and don't look for a unique place next time.its for my mom surprised mother's day celeb but she's also dissapointed.

Casa de Corazon (L&J Bistro) has a rooftop al fresco cafe that offers delicious Pinoy comfort food that is easy on the pocket. Experience foggy mornings at the balcony while sipping brewed Barako. A few steps away is their garden which is suitable for weddings and debut parties. Guaranteed / secure parking. Also offers "all-u-can-eat" grilled foods on weekend nights. Fast wi-fi access. They also have spacious family/barkada (good for 16pax) rooms for overnight or weekend bonding staycations.

Staying in a place with your fur baby is the most sweetest moment to have. Thank God, the owner allows pets in their place. The room is spacious and cozy with spanish style bed. Breakfast is so yummy specially the brewed coffee. Friendly staff will welcome you and entertain your needs.

We stayed here a night before our stay in a different hotel (our main anniversary celebration venue), just to save our time from travelling, and of course to spend more time in Tagaytay. We have chosen the place because it has average reviews online and it looks different from other hotels in Tagaytay. Based on their website, it has this vintage, Spanish interiors. We booked thru Traveloka, and having a coupon of Php600 off for their new members is a good deal. We got the executive room for just Php1570 with breakfast. Not bad for a few hours stay. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: - the place is isolated from the other hotels, but it is not hard to find. The ambiance will make you feel you’re in the old era. - the staff who welcomed us is accommodating, he was the only person assisted us from check-in, to check-out, he accommodated our request even he looked exhausted. -wifi is okay Cons: 1. RESTAURANT IS NOT OPEN ALL THE TIME: -we arrived around 0730PM, tired and hungry and the first thing that I asked was the available food to order but that staff told us that “Maam sorry, wala na daw po”. 2. BREAKFAST: - “Maam spam lang po available bukas for breakfast” one first the things the staff told us while assisting us going to our room. We didn’t mind because we were planning to have a buffet breakfast somewhere else the next morning 3. THE BED - comfortable BUT damp and it smells “kulob”. We even requested an extra bedsheet to cover up the smell. 4. NO WATER SUPPLY AT 7AM - not sure why Overall our stay was okay, we were not expecting too much for what we paid. How I wish I was able to give tip to the ONLY staff who assisted us but he disappeared after he opened the gate. I hope the management will try to save this hotel because it is one of a kind. Do a little renovation and a general cleaning.

Room- We stayed here on a Monday so we were the only guests. I booked suite 3 for Php2990, which has a 4-poster bed (double) and another double bed. Room capacity is 4. Additional Php250 per person above 4, including bedding and breakfast. There were 6 of us so 2 had to sleep on a mattress on the floor, which they said was a double but was too narrow. The room itself was spacious. You can see cupboards filled with various kitchenware (locked) and bookshelves full of different reading materials. There is even a dining area, a fridge and cable tv and airconditioning. They provide towels and toiletries (soap, toothbrush, toothpaste). The bathroom however was a nightmare. It was too small for a room that big. The faucet on the sink was just sprinkling water so we had to use paper cups while brushing teeth and dipper (tabo) for face and handwashing . Their shower has a heater but I did not try it. Outside- I love their garden, where the meals can be served. There were different flowering plants and trees. I loved that there were pine trees. There was also a swing and slide set for small kids. Definitely photo shoot material Food- Breakfast was included in the room rate. It consisted of rice, your choice of protein (tocino, longganisa, bacon) and egg (sunny side up or scrambled), salad (mostly lettuce and tomato with thousand island dressing) and either kapeng barako (brewed coffee) or tarragon tea (harvested from their garden). The restaurant serves other meals but I thought it was too pricey. One dish ranges from Php400-600 good for 3 people. One cup of extra rice was Php70. I liked that there was a billiards table (can be used free of charge) and piano at the restaurant. Staff- They were nice and accommodating. We even asked them to reheat leftover food that my mom packed from home. Location- This hotel is not very near the Tagaytay rotunda. It's actually nearer the town of Mendez. We got here by private car so I don't know how you get here via public transpo. There is a nearby grocery store (Savemore). The hotel is inside Las Brisas de Tagaytay, which I think is a residential area but it was a very quiet neighborhood. Overall- I would like go back here but ask for a different room with a bigger bathroom

Get your P1,900 overnight room worth with breakfast. We reserved a room by calling the number on their FB page or website. The owner or the son's used to be owner Gian Carlo answered -- just asked for our name and never asked for any deposit. Take note for those who will drive - your landmark will be the SM SAVEMORE Tagaytay-Nasugbu Branch We arrived 2pm and hungry! We wanted to rest and instead of eating out, we originally planed to order food inside Casa De Carlo but they said their food will take 2 hours to prepare. So we just ate at Mer-Ben's Bulalohan (one of our favorites). Dinner came, we wanted to order the Roasted Chicken from their menu and they said It will take them 3 hours because they still need to buy chicken from the market...oh how frustrating! "The Kuya (or The Guy/Boy Helper)" who opened the gate when we arrived, was THE SAME kuya who entertained us in reception area, THE SAME kuya who brought us in our room, and THE SAME kuya who served our breakfast. And for all our other needs...THE SAME kuya. The owner is visible in the area, but doesn't care at all!! at all!!! Parking is difficult. Ambiance - Spanish Feel Location - Garden Type, Events Venue Wifi: Yes Room: Executive/Suite P1,900.00 per night Door: Key Type Toiletries: 2 Toothbrush, Toothpaste sachet, 1 sachet of shampoo, 1 small bath soap No slippers 2 Thin Bath Towels No floor rags/mats Airconditioned, old window type. Good thing it's cold in Tagaytay, because their AC is not working in its good condition haayyy Flooring - sadly unmaintained..ugly! ugly! ugly! Bed - comfy TV - LCD Flat type. Cable Provider is Cignal HD. No Security box Bathroom: Hot/ Cold shower Bidet Unmaintained doors & flooring No Tissue SPA: Their Spa room is like a big tent, warm & cozy. Good for couples. It has an enclosure shower bath that works as a bath tub and supposedly bubble bath. We got so frustrated because they offered their Spa service for 630/head that was supposedly a massage with bubble bath. BUT the bubble bath is not working!!! BREAKFAST: We had Spam & Longganisa. Most Tagaytay Hotels & B&B would serve you the NativeTagaytay Longganisa, BUT Casa De Carlo served us the typical Pampanga's Best like Longganisa. With choice of coffee or Tarragon Tea Overall: Frustrated. BUT because I admire "The Kuya (boy helper)" who does all the job in Casa De Carlo, we gave him a P100 tip.

A place was relaxing. The air brings relaxing feeling which makes you want to sit and just be inlove. The place is vintage, walls are paint as if you are in other country. Every place I visit, the staffs always has a special place in my review. KUDOS! to the staff of Casa de Carlo. They always wear their Smiles. If you want to to get there but don't have a car just take the Bus from Coastal Mall in Paranaque bound to Tagaytay via Mendez and from Mendez take a tricycle to Casa De Carlo in Las Brisas. I hope on our next visit the bathroom is well furnish, I mean no extra door inside the bathroom coz I am not satisfy with the bathroom in our suite.

Me and my BF visited this place yesterday. It has beautiful garden, relaxing spa and nice restaurant with unique collection of spanish artifact. Can't let go the moment without me having pictures of those. We tried cocido ( spanish beef and vegetables soup) and it really taste good :-) also the amazing and tasty butter shrimp, you should really try it. Below are the things I noticed inside the facility. 1. Beautiful Garden- good for special event like wedding, birthday and family reunion 2. Ample parking area 3. Rooms are clean and beddings are fresh :-) 4. Friendly staff 5. They have billiards inside the restaurant - you can play while waiting for the food to serve :-) 7. They have private car for rent ( affordable price) and vintage cars for special event services. 8. Affordable price yet good quality of service and Food 9. The Garden is not that big but it is well maintained. 10. Location wise- near Savemore supermarket, Skyranch and other famous establishment in Tagaytay Overall, spending my time in this place is worthy and memorable. The unique architectural design of the house and its interior style makes this place a Romantic one :-).
