If you are just looking for a place to sleep in which is very very very very affordable this is the perfect place for you. The rooms have a gpod space and the location very strategic. Don't expect much for it is a 2 or 3 star hotel/hostel but you will definitely get more than what you pay for. It also has a pool and offers a bfast buffet. You will never go hunger cos its right in front of jollibee

Generally the hotel was nice, the staff are nice, but they don't have a guard on the parking area, anyone can come and go because the parking is shared with Jollibee customer. What I really dont like on the hotel is the room walls are so thin that you can hear the footsteps on the hallway and the noise on the other room. Worse is that I woke up by the noise of the other room. So if you like to relax, this is not the place for you.

I booked a room for 2 pax for P1,300 and they provided us with a family suite room with 3 beds (2 queen sized and 1 single sized). There's a system for hot shower + a bath tub. The room was clean as well and the beds were so comfortable!

Check in dec 31 and the rate is affordable compare to nearby hotel . We just need a place to sleep . This place is ok. When we enter the room there the smell is old furniture smell. We don’t expect much but the amenities (parking, pool and gym) is ok. Staff are very helpful. No water in the room but there is guest kit.

Walk-in check-in. Arrived early but they allowed us to settle in. Staffs are polite and showed us their promotional price upon inquiry. Wi-fi is good and stable. There's a pool which is open from 8am to 8pm. Massage is available upon request (on-call service). The hotel is quiet, room is clean and toiletries are provided except from slippers. TV channels are tolerable. There is hot and cold shower. The AC has some maintenance issue (we moved the bed to avoid water dripping from the AC). Hotel is accessible to parks, malls and restaurant and is very easy to find. Free breakfast at Jollibee.

You can get a large space room amounting to Php 2000 only. unlike other hotels in Tagaytay that ranges Php 3500 to 5000 per night, I consider this the cheapest one yet decent. If you just want to feel the breeze and take a break from the city this is a good deal. Free buffet breakfast included, but don't expect too much good food. They only serve simple breakfast and does have limited time. The hotel has it's own mini Jacuzzi and pool

Southward, just after the Mendez-Tagaytay crossing, behind a Jollibee standalone branch. Hotel parking is adjacent to the fastfood drive through lane. Expect the lot to get filled if more than 20 visitors come with their vehicles. The hotel has a small entrance to the right of the building. It opens up to a spacious lobby and reception area. Room rates range from 2000php all the way to 6000php. The 2000php option had two single beds, with soft, clean, comfy beddings. One might wish there were two pillows per bed but fold the one available and you're good. Toiletries, and breakfast for two included. There was adequate supply of water and the shower heater was working properly. Amenities include a dresser and 1 meter wide 2.5 meter tall closet; breakfast table and chairs for two, 18 inch TV. No thermos or free bottled, or mini-bar. The AC kept the room chilly all night but it was silent and could hardly be heard while it operated. Wifi was not fully functional and mobile data does not work in the inner rooms, which is what we had. Forget surfing or sending updates if you're in one of these rooms. Better go to the dining hall at the 4rth floor, where the signal was lots better. A gym is available but not sure if the equipment are in top condition. The place has its own walkway bridge to Jollibee in case you're ready for some fastfood. Staff are friendly and eager to help. They served the free breakfast tapsilog, watermelon and coffee, with a smile. Overall, not too posh nor very low end, just good place to stay for those who wish to have a good night's sleep.

This hotel is the worst. Paid for a family room of 6 adults. We were given a room at the third room and there was no elevator. Well its ok to take the stairs but no one was there to assist with the baggage. Arrived at the room. When we turn on the ac it's like switching the ignition of a motorcycle! The noise was so loud. The shower heater was not working! We were given 2 complimentary bottled water when we paid for a family room of 6. When i ask the reception she said " that's how it is sir". AMAZING HOSPITALITY. guys don't be tempted with the pictures on the website. It is totally different! Indeed a nightmare hotel!

The location of Tagaytay Haven is perfect. There's a Savemore supermarket, 711 and Mercury drug walking distance from the hotel. Jollibee is located just in front of the hotel and there's a bridge at the second floor connected to Jollibee. There's plenty of parking space. We got the deluxe room for P2800. We choose the smoking room because my husband and I smokes. We ask for an ashtray from the front desk but they don't have one. At the balcony we found a pale filled with cigarette butts so we figured that's their ashtray. Lol. The tiles of the balcony needs to be cleaned, the rusty tables and chairs I think needs to be replaced. The bathroom is neat but the rusty shower, bidet and sink same as the tiles needs to be replaced as well. Don't expect too much from the room because it's so plain. It doesn't have a mini refrigerator, no free bottled water, wifi access is only available at the lobby, no kitchen facilities like utensils or coffeemaker/electric kettle though I know that the amenities that I mentioned varies each hotel (now I know why the lady at the front desk did not answer me when I ask her about amenities because there's none, first I thought she didn't hear me.) but knowing that there are plenty of fancy hotels nearby they would want to stand out so guests will choose staying with them.

Choose this hotel for its location very close to the venue of the wedding I attended. Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel itself is basic. Rooms are small. Bathroom dirty. The breakfast is awful had to eat at Jollibee for breakfast. No available 24hrs food service. What annoy me most was I booked online via booking.com gave all my credit card details to keep my reservation only to be told on check in that they do not accept card for payment only cash basis. I had to go out and get a money from the cash machine so inconvenient. Staff are nice though. Wifi is non existing. If I will go back to Tagaytay, I would prefer to stay in more central area near Ayala Mall. However, if you're into "Jollibee diet" then this hotel is for you, it is located just behind Jollibee. I would still recommend this hotel to all budget traveler.
