The villa is big enough for a family of 10-15 persons; with pool and nice garden; with toiletries and towel provisions; problem with hot water though. Quiet all throughout the day and night which is good for reflection and respite from the noise of the city.

Location wise, the resort is not advisable for backpackers because it is far from the attractions of Tagaytay. Some tricycle will charge you up to Php100. The pool is not well maintained. But I love their concept and the ambiance of the resort.

It was a weekend we've been anticipating with my friends and having a great weather that day, made everything just right. We arrived in Tagaytay earlier than expected and we have to check in the usual time of 2pm so we stopped over first at the Bulalo Point where they say a must try in Tagaytay (Check my review of the Bulalo Place). We got to Tagatay Haven Ulat at 2 pm and we're really excited. The entrance of the whole place was nice, it's calming, with the trees and minimal presence of people. The hotel being in a secluded area, brought real peace to me, Nature's healing effect maybe. Okay, let's get real with the rooms. It was surprising for me that the rooms were not ready yet when we arrived. A girl assisted us to see the rooms that are still vacant, the rooms that are at the very end corner of the resort. We didn't mind, we were not expecting too much for the Php 1,500.00 for two that we paid anyway. They cleaned the room just after we decided, so we had to wait again. I think the room was not used for a long time, there were molds on the table and on the headboard of the bed, they missed wiping them after sweeping the floor.Only 1 toilet tissue was left to us which I had to request personally at the front desk the next morning. Their telephone is not working, in all the three rooms. We have to go at the reception everytime, the fact that our units were the farthest, end corner, it was a hassle. Also, the sheets have stains, I think it was newly washed but the stains could still be bothersome if you think of it. Not to spoil our trip and stay, I just set aside the idea of everything. On a positive side, the pool was clean the morning we had our swimming. The plated breakfast was also generous and good enough for me. The place is best for staycation and a short getaway from Manila's ever busy routine life.

The hotel was quite far from the main part of Tagaytay but for us, with my friend, It was actually decent. I think the hotel is a good choice if you were looking for a place where you can really relax. You can't be disturb with any noises from the city and the surroundings are full of trees and beautiful plants. My friend and I stayed at the Container room which was actually enough for the both of us since the room and beds are comfy just enough for us to have good rest at night after a long stroll at day. The area was actually quiet, other guests can have a good experience there without disturbing other guests (well that was the case for us). I think it was good enough for a 1500 per night hotel. Our experience with the hotel was 100% awesome but it was enough to satisfy us.

we went to tagaytay to shield the kids from the smell of firecrackers since its new year celebration. i got a good deal directly from tagaytay haven hotel ulat road (there's another tagaytay haven in mendez rd), we avail 7 rooms for our clan for only 1,500 each with plated breakfast included. Since its 7 rooms they still made it up - tv is not yet installed (they didnt leave the tv in the room if its not occupied i think for safeguard purposes). The place is big, they have a great landscape with beautiful trees and flowers. The hotel is not on the side of taal lake. Rooms are okay, they have tv plus blackbox. Water in the pool is very cold but we swim :P If I got another chance i will still try this place.

Our trip to Tagaytay was spur of the moment so we had no reservations. We decided to book in Tagaytay Haven after scouting around a dozen hotels in Tagaytay because of the price. We just added P300 so our two children will have have breakfast. Payment was cash basis only. The location was good because it is beside the highway and just a few meters from the Mendez junction. The room was clean but old as the tiles, the bathtub and the sink has stains. The room was surprisingly big and had a sofa, two single beds and one queen size bed which afforded restful sleep. The 32-inch flat television did not have cable and the reception was really bad. The closet was small and made of plain ply wood and not enough for our bags. Complimentary water and toiletries were available. WiFi was either non-existent or bad because we were given password reserved for our floor but we got ours from the fifth. The lobby WiFi was better. The room has a veranda but the door to it was nailed shut. A window has a view of a walled vacant lot with a grazing cow. Behind the curtain was littered with mice droppings. House keeping has never bothered to clean the window sill. Breakfast was at the function room because of the number of tenants though normally it is served in the fast food restaurant next door. The food was very simple, was no longer warm and not filling. Only coffee was available. We used the basement parking although outdoor parking is available which is shared with the fast food restaurant. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I will probably not book again in this hotel unless no other place is available.

The place is beautiful, especially the jacuzzi. The staff were very nice! I almost lost my watch (last october 2016) and they did their uttermost best to help me! They offered to review the cctv, and investigated well. They didn't hesitate to ask the one who kept the watch. Security was nice.

The first time I saw the hotel I was amazed because it's better than what I expected. It has a nice garden view and lobby area they also have function hall. Upon check- in we had a hard time because the receptionist doesn't accept our voucher. She insists that the payment should be 6,000 for 3 rooms instead of 4,680.00 that travel book offered us. I called a travel book to confirm the rate and it's all set good thing travel book answered my call promptly. Our whole stay is quite fun and great. The breakfast is delicious and the staffs are approachable and friendly.
