We spent our 1st year Wedding anniversary here.. Excellent property and even better service from Jeff (the manager) and all the staff! Everything was just perfect. Everything was well thought of and everyone was keen on making our stay even better!

The rooms were great. I couldn't personally have asked for more - nice comfy bed, big bathroom, amazing view of the Taal Lake, and the outdoor Jacuzzi

Hats off to the management for such an amazing experience... There is almost nothing that I could recommend to further improve on! We've found our HOME in Tagaytay! :)

Our suite room was very clean, well maintained. We were warmly welcomed by the GM Mr. Mancao. His passion reflects of what the Inn have for the guests.

We had a breathtaking view from balcony.

The breakfast set up was perfect. Simple and elegant. Just the way my husband and I prefer usually.

We booked 2 rooms and the Clearwater Resthouse for our wedding, although we have'nt seen the place before hand because it was booked by our wedding Planner. The given description didn't fail us. The room was large and cozy, decors and wall paints are awesome. The staff are nice and accommodating. The breakfast is well prepared and there is a homey feeling of the place. Well recommended, everyone loved it! We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely going back! :)

There are many spots in Tagaytay that offer a great view of the Taal lake and volcano. But for my husband and I, The Cliffhouse is the best. The deck is wide and spacious with gorgeous white chairs where you can lounge. There are paths with trees and flowers where you can take nice pictures. And when you get hungry, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Best part: It's free!

It was a relaxing trip to Tagaytay. Since I know that I'll be spending time with my family, i didn't even notice the traffic that they're saying. We were given warm welcome by Jeff, the inn's consultant. He's very much hands on and I appreciated the fact that he tried to make my life easy despite my so many requests... you know how it is to travel with an infant. Boy, he really worked fast, I was just trying to tell him about the washroom sit cover and the next thing I knew, it was fixed already. Of course I understand some limitations that he'd be bound to but nevertheless, we just worked it out together. Ai and Jovy, the restaurant servers were very attentive to us and I looked forward to our daily breakfast, thinking what Chef Ramo will prepare next. Had the privileged to chat with him. He used to be chef of luxury liners cruising north america and europe. Think of Princess Cruises and Royal Carribean CruiseLines. Perhaps he could have already cooked for me in one of my mexican riviera or alaskan trip before. Very soft spoken cook but he certainly delivered one of the yes,t if not the best baked potato with soft boiled egg inside - I ever tasted. Johnny, the resident manager, a hardworking young lad serving as housekeeper and porter as well, would help you carry even just a bottle or a plastic bag that he sees on your hand. I would definitely come back but this time i'll ask for big discount. Calling the owner Jenn, please extend me more freebies and discounts. The Inn at Cliffhouse Tagaytay sure knows how to make guests enjoy their stay. - J. Lu

Let me start by saying that this is perhaps one of the best places to stay while in Tagaytay. The place has 4 suites, each boasting of the perfect view of the famous Taal Volcano. Tucked at the lower levels of the Cliff House restaurant complex, this is a hidden gem that not a lot know about.

The rooms are all suites. Very large, and designed with quaint touches. The bathroom is oh so large, one of those with twin sinks! How often do you get that?!

Each package comes with breakfast. It is more of the American-Continental kind. Absolutely beautifully prepared and quite good too. I love it that a newspaper is given at breakfast with a personalized note on weather, etc.

Oh turn down service is quite adorable too. With a that comes a little beanie animal (we got a rabbit and a puppy) wishing you a good night's rest.

What didn't I like, if any? None! Sure it's quite pricey but you do get what you pay for. :-)

My family and I had a wonderful time at The Inn at Cliffhouse Hotel. We spent 2 nights there and our stay was one of the best we've had. The personalized (handwritten too!) notes seems a small gesture but it made us feel important. The rooms are huuuuge! The view spectacular, and the heated jacuzzi was a very considerate amenity given the weather. Coco (the Innkeeper) was very accommodating. She made sure that we feel special and that our needs are attended to immediately. I looove this hotel and I will definitely be back SOON!

I loved the place so much, the suites was so nice, clean, comfortable to stay and with a beautiful view of Taal Volcano the fact that price were expensive but it's all worth it,They offered good services like personalized touch of the management, kind and accommodating staff. I also loved the delicious full breakfast they prepared for me & my cousin.I really want to go back here with my husband next time. Got the chance to stay here for the complimentary certificate we had during our wedding at Clearwater as the venue.Try to visit this place for sure you'll have fun and experience complete relaxation so hurry up ! :-)

We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner adds a personal touch and was very accommodating and goes out of her way to assist in the bookings.

My husband and I still plan to return numerous times since we are very much satisfied with how the staff makes sure you feel comfortable and makes sure all your needs are addressed.

I find the rates to be ok since it is expected with the huge rooms. There are only 4 rooms available which maintains the exclusivity of the place.

I am sure there are a lot of cheaper and smaller places in Tagaytay for accommodation but for special occasions and when you and your partner/family would want to experience private and VIP living, The Inn is the best place to visit.

The Inn is also the perfect place for Wedding Preps, huge rooms where your photo-video crew, make-up artist and family can all fit together.

I stayed at The Inn just for a night with my mother and sister. It's a pity we didn't stay longer! The rooms, or should I say, suites at Cliffhouse are hidden below a quaint set of restaurants/ice cream vendors, which made my first experience entering my room all the more exciting! We were greeted with "welcome ice cream" which was plated so adorably! If you can, get a room with an outside jacuzzi-you can enjoy the beautiful view from there (or from just standing on your balcony.

Breakfast is amazing! It is a delicious, full, three-course sitting and the food quality is superb! During my stay, my breakfast included coffee/tea, juice, yogurt parfait, eggs benedict with salad and this amazing, carmelized apple!

Although the trip was short, it was so enjoyable! The staff are so pleasant and the style of hospitality at the Inn is so personalized (due to their limit 4 rooms). The next time I am in Tagaytay, I will be coming back to The Inn, no doubt!
