I cannot thank enough all the staff of Cliffhouse for making our stay an unforgettable one. They were excellent in everything they did - from maintaining cleanliness, serving sumptuous meals to attending to all our needs and requests. I commend Sir Jeff, Sir John and Sir Mark for answering all our queries promptly and making us feel welcome each time we visited for whatever purpose. Last December 9, we had the privilege of holding our wedding at Clear Water House and stayed at the Inn at Cliffhouse for 3 days and 2 nights. I kid you not, our stay was still not enough. It was our second time at Cliffhouse Tagaytay and definitely there will be another. Staffs has always been courteous and hospitable especially sir Jeff and sir Johnny. The room was so big and relaxing. You can't think of the time when your at the room. The view from the balcony was great. The food was so delicious especially the appetizer :) We would definitely be staying here again. :)

It was my second time in Cliffhouse and definitely will come back again 😇😃 Staffs are very accommodating and courteous. Food and rooms superb 👍 👍👍👍 must try! I enjoyed the view and super stress free talaga kapag andito ka. ☺️😌 I highly recommend this Inn.

Second time to stay at cliffhouse and it is indeed another great experience. Room is big enough for me and my friend, view from the balcony is great, food is good too, service is perfect. If you want a peaceful and relaxing weekend, this is a good place to stay. Not crowded even during long weekends. Worth every penny. Would definitely come back. 😊

This was our second stay at The Inn at Cliffhouse, and we will probably have many, many more! The place is on its 7th year, and continues to be very well maintained, with top-notch service. Kudos to the amazing hotel manager, Mr. Jeff, and his awesome staff. Our stay at the West Quoddy suite (it was the lovely red room!) was made more wonderful with a yummy surprise for the hubby: a cheese, nut and fruit platter with chilled sparkling wine as a belated birthday treat! The special treats were still there: a hand-written welcome note from Mr. Jeff, snacks and refreshments in the mini fridge, complete bathroom amenities, such comfortable beds, and Wi-Fi! Friendships that span 30 years definitely need a cozy place for catching up. The Inn at Cliffhouse Tagaytay provided the perfect setting. The spacious room and luxurious amenities were a special treat for our lovely evening. The warm Jacuzi by the veranda, overlooking Taal Lake was a novelty that we enjoyed especially amidst the non-stop chatting of the golden girls. The wide variety of restaurants nearby also provided us with choices that delighted our palette. There is no more reason to leave the venue especially with very warm and courteous staff, too.

My husband and I wanted to have a quiet, relaxing and intimate Valentine's Day overnight date. I heard about The Inn at Cliffhouse Tagaytay from a very good friend and we decided to make a last minute booking. The place was really nice and gave us what we were looking for. The staff were very courteous and friendly. We were welcomed by Jeff, the Manager and John, his assistant. The room was huge, complete with amenities, there were rose petals scattered on the floor to complete the ambiance for Valentine's Day. Booked this place for our 1st year anniversary. Even though it's a little pricey - it was definitely worth it! The place is amazing - the interiors are well-maintained, the design is very impressive, the quality of the fixtures are expensive! I have to give it to the owner for his great taste and the staff for maintaining it so well! I was super impressed by the staff, especially Jeff who was super nice and accommodating to us! oh and the Jacuzzi by the veranda - I have no words! Really amazing!! :) I was extremely amazed by the place and really enjoyed our stay. I'm looking forward to staying again! This place set up the bar reaaaaaally high! Super impressive!! :)

We had our Wedding preparation at The Inn at Cliffhouse Tagaytay and to say we were treated like royalty was an understatement. The staff could not do enough for us to make our special day as smooth as possible. They were fantastic, extremely obliging and very friendly. Shout out to Johnny Pagdato who has gone above and beyond his work to accommodate and provide all our needs (coordinating schedule of the suppliers, arranging parking for our guests and tirelessly attending to all our requirements). The hotel is beautiful inside and on stunning grounds. The whole atmosphere around the hotel was so warm and welcoming on a cold December day; we could have stayed there forever. This was a trip of a lifetime for my sister and me. Jeff, Jennifer and their amazing team made us welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms are quiet, elegant and full of everything you need to relax: beautiful views, a jacuzzi and a nice comfy couch. Aside from booking our room for the night Jeff went above and beyond to have an amazing couples massage in our room. It was a treat to spend quality time and unwind after a wild week of traveling all around. The suites at the Inn are exactly what we needed to relax!
