Everything was perfect. Staffs are really accommodating and kind. The room is so nice, 3 queen beds is perfect for family. It's really hard to look for hotel with a room that can accommodate 6 persons + kids and this hotel is perfect. Our room is beside the playground which is convenient for the kids. Food for breakfast is great, hoping that soon they can offer buffet breakfast. We weren't able to try lunch or dinner at Dekada but i think their food is good, it's good that the staffs are promoting and are proud of the food that they have at the hotel. The pool is nice and is perfect only for kids since it's not deep but they also have jacuzzi which we enjoyed. They also have the amenities room thats for reservation only with fitness equipment and billiards. Our family really enjoyed 1 night stay and we hope to stay longer the next time. We'll definitely go back there.…
Were walk-in guests in the hotel were 6pax with 4 seniors and 2 middle age. were happy because there is more available room for us and the room rate is 10k per night standard rate, the staff said we have a promo now 30% discount in the room you will be pay 7,700.00 net. Me: Im with four (4) senior citizens can you remove the 12% Vat in the room since the room is already discounted? Staff: No Sir the room is already discount we cannot remove the VAT. Me: Ms all am asking is to remove the VAT because there are VAT exemptions and they have the privilege of being senior citizens here in the Philippines. The staff called her manager over the phone she explain everything and I also have a chance to talk to her over the phone and explain to remove the VAT because my mom is senior citizen and she will be the one to pay the room accommodation and we still get no final answer meaning the VAT still there. The Manager said they will arrange tomorrow they will talk to their finance and higher management about the VAT exemption of senior citizen. Then it's time to check out and we got the final answer from top management decision that there is still VAT for our room accommodation, we felt sad because that is in the republic act 9994 defines the privileges all senior citizens in the Philippines are entitled to a 20% senior citizen discount and are exempted from VAT. This includes the Hotels: Accommodation and amenities in hotels, beach resort, mountain resorts and etc. And we left the hotel unhappy, they did not remove the VAT and mom still pay for it. I also asked for a DTI permit for their promo room, but they showed me nothing. if you have a promo, whether it's room, Food & Beverages, Services and retails and it's published, you must have a DTI permit. but they didn't show me anything. Final say: You will also grow old, we will also go there, I hope you give the privilege given by our government for senior citizens. "Republic act 9994"…
As of writing , the hotel rates during weekdays are half the price at around P2500 per night and a different rate on weekends. We made direct booking thru Ms MHAI who was very efficient and friendly. The Hotel currently accepts booking without deposit prior to check in. They also accept credit cards that you can use to pay for your hotel stay on arrival. The lobby also has an inhouse restaurant called DEKADA where they also serve (currently) plated breakfast as part of the room rate. The room comes with a 2 free bottled water ,mini ref, and kettle, a TV and airconditioning. Upon request, they also provide slippers, robes, and toilettries and coffee. A minimal corkage fee of P100 is charged for outside food. Perhaps a friendly appeal at the front desk will give you permission to bring in water for personal consumption, and no more. The hotel is newly renovated under a new management. The decor is very contemporary and youthful and the bedsheets and bathroom always clean. If youre lucky enough to be on the 2nd floor, you get to enjoy high ceilings, as well. Every room has its balcony and the hotel provides a variety of room cuts to suit your family size. It has a pool and jacuzzi open from 8amto8pm, Soon a gym and spa will also be opening. The hotel is also PWD friendly, however be sure to mention a room request on the ground floor. They do not have elevators. Kuya Guard always made sure we had parking and the hotel and Housekeeping kept the consummables stocked up well. …
This is a nice hotel. Seems newly built. It's along the Tagaytay hiway hence very accessible and near major attractions and conveniences (nearest mall is walking distance). Safe and secured with guards on duty 24/7. Parking is available. Main draw is the nice pool with heated jacuzi and surrounded by guest rooms. We stayed in a decent size room at the 1st floor with a modern industrial feel. It's clean and pleasant. Room was spacious enough for my family of four. Two comfy queen sized beds. Adequately lighted. Comes with smart flat tv that gives you cable channels and access to Netflix. Plenty of outlets to plug in your equipment (unlike other hotels) plus internet is good and consistent. Room also comes with a safe to secure your valuables. The bathroom is well stocked, with clean towels, toiletries and a working toilet (with industrial strength bidet, beware!). Staff are corteous, attentive and professional. The coffee and tea facility has no coffee nor tea, just a heater. I think the hotel encourages you to have them at their resto called "Dekada". Dekada imvibes a turn of century Filipino motif, with Warholised paintings (or photos?) of known Filipino heroes. Menu is limited to Philippine dishes (try their Garlic butter prawns, liempo and chocnut turon alamode). Coffee and sweets are available. The hotel is Taliban when it comes to food brought from outside (they will slap you with corkage fee!). Aside from swimming, theres not much else to do in this hotel. There's a game room and a small gym. But that's it. Explore outside Tagaytay if you are looking for fun. Verdict: Will probably come back in the next staycation. Tip: when booking, choose the 1st floor rooms; unless you want to climb up and down a 10 step stairs angled at 45 degrees. …
Good option for staycation in Tagaytay for family and friends since it has a fairly good pool. Decent room size (Deluxe Family room) for 4 pax but bed and linen are so-so (not a fan). Bathroom a bit disappointing, very smelly and drainage not working. Complementary breakfast is also very plain in Dekada but I think its a strategy so you order to the restaurant menu which they have good filipino cuisine. Overall stay is ok
We had a very pleasant stay at Royale Parc Tagaytay. Safety is not an issue on our stay. Check-in process went very well with their staff’s welcoming gestures. Our room is spacious and well air conditioned, clean and vibrant with its industrial themed room. There is also a sanitation kit provided. The bathroom is enormous, equipped with basic amenities. The bidet is a plus of course! Pool area is quite relaxing. Maybe a sun shade will do for a better stay at the pool under the sun. The pool water is quite cold and sands at the floor. A lottle maintenance for that. The food is good. They only provide plated breakfast, typical filipino breakfast but its appetizing. Overall, our stay went well and thanks for an hour extension. Don’t hesitate to ask, the staff are nice enough to provide your needs.…
First time to stay at Royale Parc Hotel and I totally enjoyed it. The place is clean, quiet and they have a superb staff! Areas to work on: 1. Improve the cable channels 2. Strengthen the wifi in rooms Still, I will be back soon!
We just hd to do it. We just had he best deepest sleep ever so we stripped off the sheets just to know the brand of the bed and the pillow. 😉 The price is very affordable, though we got it on discount from Agoda. King size bed, huuuuge bathroom, and everything was so clean and smelled great. This may as well be our go to stay in Tagaytay. 😍
A very welcome stay to celebrate Christmas with family in Tagaytay. Excellent facilities as the hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are in tip-top condition. Larger than expected room size and quality bathroom for the price point makes this a no-brainer for value seekers. Great location and a stone’s throw from Ayala Serin Mall as well as local favorites such as Leslies and Bag of Beans. Would certainly stay here again for our next road trip to the summer capital of the south.
1.Good place to relax, there's a small veranda while looking at the pool. 2.Clean rooms.Cable slow connection, irritating. 3.Feeling not welcome.Staffs from the lobby chatting.. 4.Inconsistent customer service. 5.Staffs,frontliner no name plate. 6.Staffs chatting,chatting.chatting. 7.Only one staff who was assigned in pool area is consistent.
