The Hotel is very clean, including the rooms. Staffs were accommodating, and even the Hotel Manager was very welcoming. Location is strategic, near to everything you'll need in Tagaytay. Worth the price and stay.

The room was very clean and so comfortable. We liked the pool so much. The staff was also amazing. They were very accommodating and kind. Thank you to the life guards, specially to Alex Darzie and to Ms. Aliah who made the birthday set-up. The pastries of Baker J are also excellent. Our two-day stay is very satisfied. Overall, it is a great place to stay.
Tried pork adobo of baker J. Very much recommended !! Also, the coffee here is great especially the cafe mocha!! Kudos to Engineer Melwin for recommending this dish. Will come back again for sure!!!!
We had an enjoyable stay in in this hotel. they are very accomodating. Super babait nila and the staff they are very approachable they're doing great service ,quick check in ,clean rooms , made us satisfy napaka sarap pa ng coffee sa Baker J, and the room is greath they have buthub , relaxing sobra sa room it feels like we dont wanna leave or check out agad , we still want to extend hehe kng wala lang pasok kinabukasan ..and Appreciation post to this very accommodating and hospitable man in the hotel we stayed in. he's very responsible , Kind and he provide us an extra ordinary service. - RANDIE - Hotel Manager.. I had a great exprience with this hotel. Staffs are so welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. I really love their bed and pillow so relaxing and comfy. Their staffs was attentive and friendly. Great experience staying here. I had an overnight stay with friends and I enjoyed the prime location - easy to drive to Tagaytay spots. The food at the cafe was good too. Overall, I would recommend Quest for a no frills stay in Tagaytay.
Staff were very accommodating and well trained. I also like how they manage the clealiness of the room and lobby. They were respectful and know their customers event and needs. I love the way they handle their organization
Dear Randie, Our stay was “OK” (for a single night). I didn’t feel it appropriate to use a word such as “fantastic” or “superb”, since there were a number of issues with our room and our attempts to get service over the phone. I was with the Boeing Integrated Defense System Company for almost 45 years and worked in systems engineering; I was responsible for customer satisfaction, risk management and process and procedures. I really needed to preface the following paragraph with my background since I would have rated your hotel as a 1, on a scale from one to five. For a hotel that is relatively new (less than ten years) I would have been forced to give the hotel a low to failing grade. What’s interesting to me, is that a cruse ship staffed with Filipino’s has always been a super treat – always a superb experience. The details of our stay at Quest are as follows: (1) The lanai door was broken and wouldn’t lock. (2) The room only had (1) bath towel. (3) There was no coffee in the room (4) The television controller was broken (5) The air conditioning controller wasn’t user friendly; even the front desk couldn’t tell me how it operated when I went downstairs. (6) Only once out of ~ 5 times would anyone (using all 5 quick-dial buttons) answer the phone. (7) The emergency flashlight was non-operative (and all rusted inside when I inspected it). So, the missing element from my point of view, is that there is very little room maintenance and evidently no detailed check list(s) to ensure that your next client won’t experience what we did. You or the owner needs to focus on these types of issues, as you’re not just renting a room, you are really selling customer satisfaction. Respectfully, Tim Stahl 0915.510.8039…
