This hotel definitely needs a total makeover. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite and the only thing nice is the view from the 2 balconies. The sofa and throw pillows smelled, the remotes for the 2 TV sets, and 1 AC were defective. There were stains and dirt in the bathroom. Don't even bother with the massages - completely sucks....

We had a pleasant overnight stay at Summit ridge. Our room has a balcony overlooking the taal lake. There is a Starbucks and Supermarket just beside the hotel. Just across the hotel there are restaurants with a view.

Yes, it is a hotel with a view. However, we woke up earlier than we would like to because of the noise from the cars on the highway. There was also a band playing up to past midnight, although it didn't bother us. What we liked though is the staff, particularly the security guards, who gladly assisted us (it's funny...

We stayed 3D2N at 2 Bedroom Suite @6/F, our first ever in a high-rise Tagaytay Hotel, with no expectation at all, but we ended up very satisfied with the cleanliness of the Bed Rooms & T&B, courteous Staff & even the Security Guards, fast Wifi-connection, Cable TV, efficient 2 Elevators and spacious Hotel Parking Area. We'd appreciated the Buffet Breakfast,...

We stayed there from March 20 to 22 2017. My wife and I arrived at the lobby, front desk officer did not welcome us or greet us, other employees just look at us they will smile at us when smile at them first. But in fairness to guard and house keeping they know to to greet their guest. They need...

The Deluxe King was refreshingly spacious and the balcony had a very nice view. Cleanliness needs to be upgraded though and the bathroom needs a renovation. My husband and I previously stayed here a few years back and it was much, much better then. Location is great; there's a supermarket beside the hotel with lots of restaurants to choose from....

Been here for business and this hotel is just everything. My room is so spacious with sofa for relaxation and working table. Wifi speed is so fast working just got easier. I attached a picture of the view of Taal Volcano and Lake which is just awesome! Just within the vicinity are best restobars like Gerry's, Starbucks and Josephine's etc.

We stayed for one night on the 7th floor and our room faces the beautiful Lake Taal. The early morning sunrise scene was awesome. However, my husband and I were disappointed with the hotel service as a whole. When we checked in, we had asked for a room with a double bed. We were given one with twin beds and...

The first time I drove to Tagaytay I was smitten when I saw Summit Ridge. It looks upscale with restos just nearby. Convenient if you want to grab meals. There is also a small hardware and Robinson’s supermarket. Last December 2016, since Hotel Monticello where I am billeted is just nearby Summit, I went there and explored the place. Loved...

Stayed for two nights while exploring the Tagaytay area. We lucked out with a top floor suite which afforded incredible views of Lake Taal. The rooms were spacious and included a living room with dining table and two bedrooms. Amenities included reliable wifi, cable TV, coffee maker and fridge. The shower is also stocked with shampoo, soap and toothbrushes and...
