Korean Hotel with Amazing View . A quiet and romantic place to stay with your love one . Hotel seem to be newly opened and the only major facility lack is there is no TV in the room. Friendly Service there was great, they have Korean BBQ Buffet kinda cool with the chilly weather over there.

The view from my hotel room is panoramic, overviewing the taal lake and volcano. May be because I booked for family room. The pool is great, also overviewing the taal volcano. There is no telivison in every room. There is also no cabinet to hang your clothes. Buffet breakfast is not good..If you want a good breakfast avail of their korean food or better yet dine at Breakfast at D'Antonios. But its little bit expensive. If you want a quiet place to stay, I would recommend this hotel.

Actually for me this hotel was good. I like the view that they had to offer. And the swimming pool itself is satisfactory. Price is cheaper than any other hotel that offer the same view. But perhaps, they should remodeled their bathroom. It felt like i was showering in hostel not in hotel. The deluxe room was great, again it come with the great view where i can see sunrise and taal lake perfectly. Lastly, the food quite good. With our buffet dinner, everybody seem to enjoy it.

We were given a room with water turned off.Upon putting water on,we could hear the water from back of toilet leaking into drain all night.When asked why we were given a room with a "problem",the front desk clerk lied and said "we were checking the lines". In the morning,they offered NO brewed coffee,only instant.When asked why,we were told,"we ran out of stock".What kind of restaurant,"runs out of stock",and does not replenish for their guests? TOTAL INCOMPETENCE!!!! We left a day early because we had enough.No refund issued.

Far from everything, nothing special for the price. Breakfast are not really good (especially for western). The room was small. The swimming pool dirty so cannot use. Only the staff is good as most of the place in PH. Not recommended, there is better place to stay in tTagatay.

The view is great. My kids enjoyed the pool with their unicorn and ice cream floaters. The program for the Easter is good and they gave away prizes. However, the rooms have no TV, poor WiFi connection. The staff are not professionally trained. The ladies in the dining area during that night seemed at a lost with her services. Seemed reluctant in giving us stove to cook our BBQ. We ordered 6 buffet for adults and they gave us 2 stove only, when we asked for another one she seemed very hesitant. The ice tea for the buffet tastes like water with pale colored brown. The buffet is overpriced considering that they have few variety. There's really nothing much to do at night. The TV in the dining area is ridiculously small for a big open space.

We already changed our router for strong connection. And we are also planning to install TV's in the room soon. :) We are sorry if our staff made you feel bad. We will report your feedback to our human resource dept. to train them property for better service. Actually, we give 1 stove for 4 pax, but staff attitude was still not good. we are so sorry madam. Last, we will check our food and drinks to improve its quality. i love the room and the bed. I slept well. The selection of the eat all you can buffet is not that inviting. I liked the bbq but it is not exceptonally great. It is ok but if there is a choice i wont eat there. The dining area is small and could be filled with flies since the door is open all the time. The pool is not clean as i expected. it looked brownish blue.

We were driving around Tagaytay, looking for some place to eat. We saw Bikyeong and decided to try it.
Their staff, Kim, is super accommodating and helpful.
The restaurant has a nice view.
The food taste really good!
And the price? Superb!

This hotel looks impressive but physically not very accessible for old aged people, no elevator, the terrain is challenging but the lakeview is magical.
We were put in the suite room ( because there is no elevator in the hotel building) which is very nice lakeview, very cozy, just few steps to the front desk, dining and swimming pool; have no complaints until we used the toilet, our stay was ruined. Toilet bowl leaked, smelly, floor wet all night..Staff came to address the problem off and on but still not working right..We left the next morning and declined to use the toilet and shower room ( both in a small cubicle)..
Room service dining is pricey, nothing spectacular in the menu really, free buffet breakfast which didnt measured up to what we paid for overnite stay.
One remarkable note is the effort the staff to please us, to make us comfy knowing the hotel itself lacks the characted of a nice, customer oriented vacation place..be short or long term stay.. Thank you hotel staff..because of your sincere effort we did not complain to the hotel owner/management re condition of the toilet..and gratefulness to the night supervisor letting us use the other rooms toilet..I found out next morning the hotel owner would have not approved it..
