Room is very clean. Staff super friendly. Near 7-11 and city market. Free breakfast with brewed coffee. On clear day you can view Taal volcano. Places to eat nearby. Short drive to most restaurant and coffee shops. Not far from Catholic church. Attended wedding.

It was a very noisy room with hard bed. The shower was awful. The breakfast so small. The worse: I ask for a indication to my next destination... only 31km far... They tell me a wrong way to go... I spend more that 6h to arrive... i’m so angry with them!!!

Here's what i have to say during our stay at Jacob's Hill: Good points: 1. Your reservation comes with free breakfast. You can have Beef tapa, Pork tocino, Turkish Sausage for breakfast. Comes with fruits and brewed coffee 2. Room Rate is cheap. It can accommodate a family of 7 with minimal fee for additional bed. 3. Has a great view of the Majestic Taal Volcano 4. Just 10 meters away from No. 1 Tourist Spot: Museo Orlina 5. With Free Wi-Fi and Has Friendly staff 6. PET Friendly: We have 3 Shihtzus. They enjoyed their hill playground Bad points: 1. Parking is quite a challenge because its a typical Hill Side location 2. Room rented with Clogged Sink is 2 thumbs down for us. There were no available rooms at this time so we cant transfer. 3. Risky when going out the hill. There's no one to guide you except you can" Manong Tricycle Driver" to assist when you cross the streets 4. Towels need to be changed because its already worn out…

This place is so easy to find, and has an amazing view. However I am so disappointed by their record system. We're already in Tagaytay, sitting in a restaurant 2mins away from the hotel. We checked online and found available rooms (2 rooms left) in this hotel on that date. We went to the hotel and inquire, however when we ask if they have vacancy they said they are fully booked. WHAT???? I checked again on my phone and saw the available room on their hotel but the receptionist said there is no vacant room. I am so disappointed, at least they must update their records so people will not waste their time going to their place.

Low priced, good view. We stayed here last 2014 (different name). The AC leaked and there was no proper reception to check in and out. The place was clean though, the utensils in the kitchen dated, but over-all it was priced very low. The view of Taal volcano was perfect.

Jacobs Hill is a lovely guest house overlooking the Taal Volcano. It offers good sized bedrooms with a large bed & hot en-suite shower. It is a bit out of town but easily accessible by Trike or Jeepney. Good value!
