We've had the best experience at the resort not just because of the amenities but also because of their staff. Everyone is very kind and polite and welcoming. The air is fresh, the scenery green. The food at Anilo is awesome. We loved it there, and we're probably going back soon!
It was a spur of the moment and we were very satisfied to stay in a place that was private enough for our needs - great restaurant and service that was not too clingy but definitely attentive. it was too short -- should plan a trip back!
At buenavista, it is near the Santa Rosa road, in which Callax id just nearby. So from Quezon city, it took me around 2 hours of leisure driving. The service and rooms in Anya is so good, as they fetch you from parking lot directly to your room. Coffee n tea can be provided for free to your room. The weather in the morning was good, but it was rainy by 1pm. There were 3 wedding parties booked with Anya during my 3 days stay, but there was no problem. I also book the library for my virtual meeting with my family abroad and it was fantastic. Thanks Coleen. From Anya, going to Tagaytay to try different restaurant was ok even during weekend, as long as you do not go with the crowd, I had 11 am lunch.
Peaceful resort close to Tagaytay, overlooking pineapple fields. Wake-up in the morning with the sound of the birds. Big rooms, good service in the restaurant. But due to Covid not all outlets were open, no breakfast buffet yet.
I don’t want to be overly critical because like the last time, we’re just staying courtesy of a member, but I would never pay for Anya if I had to. It’s a beautiful place, but service sucks. I gave them 4 stars last time because it was the height of the pandemic, but today, they have no excuse. For the prices they charge, so many insects everywhere and ants inside the room. They advertise in-room coffee and tea facilities, but no tea anywhere. But the worst for me is that it’s already 11:30am and still our room hasn’t been cleaned. I even called an hour ago to request for house keeping, but it’s no where in sight and there are ants!! The rooms are also starting to show their age. Parts of it are starting to fall apart. It’s such a shame because it really has so much potential. It’s just about the poorest SLH I’ve stayed at and I’m an SLH fan. On a brighter note, we enjoyed our meals at Samira. Special mention to Mica who so kindly acted as babysitter so we could eat in peace. We really appreciated it.…
