I don’t want to be overly critical because like the last time, we’re just staying courtesy of a member, but I would never pay for Anya if I had to. It’s a beautiful place, but service sucks. I gave them 4 stars last time because it was the height of the pandemic, but today, they have no excuse. For the prices they charge, so many insects everywhere and ants inside the room. They advertise in-room coffee and tea facilities, but no tea anywhere. But the worst for me is that it’s already 11:30am and still our room hasn’t been cleaned. I even called an hour ago to request for house keeping, but it’s no where in sight and there are ants!! The rooms are also starting to show their age. Parts of it are starting to fall apart. It’s such a shame because it really has so much potential. It’s just about the poorest SLH I’ve stayed at and I’m an SLH fan. On a brighter note, we enjoyed our meals at Samira. Special mention to Mica who so kindly acted as babysitter so we could eat in peace. We really appreciated it.

Dear Valued Guest, I would like to apologize for the shortfalls you maid encounter in your last stay with us. I am also very much grateful that you have brought this matter to our attention and have given us a chance to take appropriate actions in relation with the different departments involve. What you have experienced is not the brand of product and service we are known for and for that we are really apologetic. Much as we always strive to provide excellent products and services, isolated incidents like this still occur. Hoping you will give us a chance to prove you the service level you had experience is not our general standard, I am at your disposition to assist you during you next booking with us. Upon inquiry and booking Aj from the reservations team was very helpful and kind to assist us with all our questions and request. During our arrival we were greeted by John, he's very friendly and assisted us with our luggage and toured us around the area and even kind enough to taking beautiful photos in the best areas of the resort. (Photos were like taken by a professional photographer! Kudos!) Then Ariane welcome and assisted us for our pre-registration since we arrive early. We had brunch at Anila and food was very good! By 11am our suite room was surprisingly available for check-in. John drove us in our villa and help us with our luggage again and upon entering our room he greeted us "Happy Anniversary" then we saw the Beautiful Anniversary Set-up that their team prepared for us. It was wonderful. When we had our dinner in Samira Restaurant, Mica was very helpful in assisting us with our reservation, request and pre-orders. Then Lyca treated us like king and queen during our dinner date. Also the Executive Chef that night greeted us before our meal start. They also gave us Complimentary Anniversary Cake and the food was so delicious! Kudos to the Culinary Team! When we had our Biological Wellness Consultation, Dr. Baira & Fabie was very accommodating and helpful in our session. Lastly we end the day with a relaxing and calming massage and thanks to Che and Jane. Before we leave, Ariane assisted us with in a smooth In-Room Check-out and drove us directly in our car and bid us goodbye! So to all Anya Resort Team thank you for providing us an extraordinary service. And to all the staff that I mention their names here Thank You for your 1st class service that you have provided from me and my husband. Truly you all made our 1st Anniversary Celebration a most memorable one!

It was our second time here at Anya Resort and the experience just gets better each time! Check-in was a breeze considering we didn’t have a prior reservation upon arrival. The breakfast buffet spread was a feast! I especially loved the bread selection, was actually so tempted to bring some to our room. We were also able to use the fitness center to ourselves—with prior reservation for complete disinfection of venue and equipment. The heated pool is open until 10PM, which is a big plus for guests. Hotel staff were very friendly all throughout our stay, especially David from the Front Desk who even took photos of us in scenic spots of the resort. Rate is a bit higher than other hotels in Tagaytay but you will definitely get your money’s worth! Sulit!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Anya Resort (Garden Suite) because of the following: - Very friendly, courteous, and attentive staff - Wide space for the suite room; comfortable couch, bed, and pillows - Clean room and resort space - Good breakfast food especially the ala carte - Quiet surroundings as it is not located along the main highway; but also not far from the center
