F8 bed & breakfast is the most relaxing stay I've been to in tagaytay. Waking up to see a very peaceful view in the morning. Rooms are clean and beautiful. Staff are kind and accomodating. I recomment this place to people who wants to have a wonderful stay and relax in tagaytay. I am sure that I will be returning to F8 bed & breakfast ❤

This place is far from the mainstream Tagaytay, it is close to Picnic Grove, People's Park, and the entrance for Tagaytay Highlands. Therefore, a car is a must. To get to Tagaytay proper is 30 minutes upwards. This place has 7 rooms, of which we got 3 rooms for our group of 9. We got a room for 4, for 3, and for 2. Their front parking can accomodate 3 cars only, with additional cars either parking at the basement (hard access), or along the main road. Its really a house, turned into a airbnb. I used the living room to watch the NBA every monring, then go back to the main dining table for breakfast. We brought some fruits and used the kitchen with the help of their staff either to add on for breakfast, or for an after dinner snacks. They even switched on the split type airconditioning for us during that evening. The rooms are mostly on the 2nd floor (4 rooms -we oocupied 3 of the 4), and the rooms on the attic 3rd floor. There is another room at the basement. If the people staying at the attic rooms are noisy, you can hear their steps because of all the wood flooring. Bed frames are very high, higher than a typical bed. Super thick mattresses, but comfortable. Very good airconditioning. Flying and crawling insects were present in the room, which is possible given that the toilet window is open and can allow insects to go in. The problem I have is cleanliness. The staff is not thorough. The upper shelves in the room cabinets were very dusty. Certain sections of the toilets were not clean. The game room at the basement 2 was dusty. Even the refrigerator in the kitchen was dirty. This is really a pity because the service was really great, the staff went out of their way for the demanding senior citizen in our group. People took turns using the main dining room. But some of those occupying the other rooms either preferred to have their breakfast at the al fresco area or they had to go there if the main dining table was occupied. Service by the staff deserves a 5. The place itself deserves a 4. But the cleanliness issues is a 3 at best. Price is unbeatable, though.

Stayed 1night to try it with family and was impressed - entrance, ambiance and staff are very friendly. Worth recommending to others if you want far from hustle and bustle, great view comfy beds and just relaxing, I just wish they had more options for breakfast but we still enjoyed our breakfast and the service was great! Also I just wish they do have curtain up on the other side of the Senator Room as it’s bright given by the light outside of the room, I was not able to sleep properly disturbed by the light outside, so I checked in the morning if there’s a switch and there is, I could’ve just turned it off but I didn’t and I have respect to the hotel so I just moved on. Overall we’re satisfied and will be coming back :)

Perhaps the friendliest price for a first class Home turned into hotel. You get a massive room all to yourself with a view of the Swiss chalets. Uber friendly staff and breakfast that is fit for a king. You'll feel like a tycoon. PS.. It's very windy, so don't try flying your drone. My DJi mavic nearly disappeared in the skies. Tip : you're very near a strip of bulalo restos that will take you to heaven

But aside from that, nothing much to do in the area so I dont recommend this for people without a car. Its good for a staycation with the family but you have to pay for use of facilities (use of kitchen, use of billiard table, use of videoke room). The rooms were very clean though and the staff very accommodating.
