Relaxing place to stay. Room is clean. They have acoustic live bands at night. Food is great and very affordable. Hotel is also very accessible. It is near picnic grove, NAPA by crosswinds, and other tagaytay landmarks. Will definitely comeback.

My husband and I recently celebrated our 11th anniversary last March 26,2023, so we travel to Tagaytay in order to relax and escape the strains of daily life. Due to our extreme exhaustion after the day's travel, we decided to stay in a hotel after visiting some of Tagaytay's well-known tourist attractions and restaurants. Then we came across the View Park Hotel Tagaytay when looking for a place to stay, and in my opinion, that was the best decision we could have made. When you are dropped off in front of the hotel, a very approachable security guard will be the first to help you, followed by the warm and welcoming front desk agent and manager who, the entire time I was asking questions, were smiling and happy to respond. A nature and earthly scenery, was the ambiance and vibe of the hotel, and more than anything else, the whole place is picture worthy. We felt relieved and able to rest as we checked into our lovely yet affordable price room because the space itself was aesthetically pleasing. Furthermore, SIGLO restaurants and café serve wholesome, delectable food. I highly highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is also planning to go to Tagaytay and have their staycation. We really thank them for the additional mileage they offer us which made our anniversary celebration extra special. View Park Hotel Tagaytay ensure that all guest will experience the best moments of their vacation and stay at their hotel and will out check happy as well as a big smile on their face. Once more, I want to thank View Park Hotel Tagaytay for having us and promise to see you soon.

The service was by far the best I have experienced in any Hotel Accommodation I went to in the past. The staff went out of their way to assist us and make us as comfortable as we can be. They always made sure that we are well looked after. Great experience! And great value for money! I definitely recommend this place if you happen to go to Tagaytaty.

The place is located just across Picnic Grove allowing easy access to this Tagaytay landmark. Tierra Maria is also a stone’s throw away for devotees of Mama Mary. Location is very good. We stayed here multiple times already especially during amihan months and you feel like abroad cause of the cool weather and windy atmosphere especially at night. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, and the best thing about View Park is the hospitality of the staff. You will feel like a VIP here. The Siglo restaurant is a haven of gastronomic delights and one of the hidden gems for food lovers. Try their Kare Kare, Sisig, Bulalo, and Sinuglaw. Will definitely stay in View Park again and again.

The hotel belongs in the blah, leave it, there are better options in Tagaytay, category. Yes, service was good. Staff were cheerful and willing to help. But that can only go so far when core parts of the hard product, in this case the rooms, fail miserably. I stayed in two rooms over three nights. The first room had a recessed light in a corner (over the air conditioner) that dimmed but never went fully off. If you want an overhead night light, that room would be for you. The pièce de résistance though was that door; the door that did not, could not, close quietly and was just about impossible to open if you didn’t know the technique. I reported the two problems to the front desk on the morning of my second day but came back to find that nothing had been done to fix them. The roon was also unmade. The second room (I asked for a new room and the hotel readily accommodated my request) looked better than the first. Unfortunately, that was only skin deep. The bathroom literally became a wet room after every shower or flush of the toilet. The glass partition in the tub did not succeed in containing water from the shower. Plus, after every flush, water seeped out from nooks and crannies around the toilet. The hand held shower also had some kind of gunky residue on its face. Yuck. Oh, and the closet! It was not deep (wide) enough to properly hang shirts in. I just laughed and shook my head at that one. The mattresses in both rooms were too firm for my taste. Reception on the TVs weren’t good and both TVs, while flat screens, were small. The towels were dismal. The bath towel was thin. Also, a solo guest only gets one bath towel. If you want a face towel, maybe a hand towel, you have to call down to reception to get one. The rooms wete also dismally lacking in the toiletries department. The water heater worked but was slow to get water from cold to hot. No in room slippers and no luggage rack. Finally, both rooms also had a number of electrical outlets that were jutting out. Other than the service, the only other good (adequate) things for me were — internet speed (via WiFi) was decent (a sustained 20 mbps or so ), water pressure was okay, and parking was free. The hotel has two pools. They looked nice but I wasn’t there to swim, so I can’t comment on that. A final note, the hotel restaurant lists tsokolate on its menu but it isn’t actually available until the hotel’s coffee shop opens. So you cant actually order it if you’re having an early breakfast. Speaking of which, the food at breakfast was decent (nothing wrong with it but nothing wowed either).

What I like the most about View Park is that they are very accommodating. The staffs were kind and friendly and you will really feel special the way they serve and accommodate you. The view is a touch of modern and Filipino culture. I feel nostalgic and relaxed because of the atmosphere the place gives. It has a good view and has a good location. I also like the food!! I want to try it again Overall, this is a good place to stay if you just want to unwind, relax and have fun with your family and friends! I highly recommend this Hotel!!

we conducted two consecutive events in this hotel within september. we were billeted at the 3/F of the new building situated at the back. a faint paint odor wafts inside the room which can accommodate 3 guests. toilet was separated from the shower area. relatively spacious but we could not connect to a stable internet connection. bummer! and the elevator was still not operational. another inconvenience for us guests especially when we checked in. we could barely reached our destined floor because of the luggage we had to carry. there was nobody from the hotel to help us. we are expecting a huge service improvement the next time we hold another seminar here.

Our stay at VPH was amazing. The food was amazing. The employees took care of every need we had while serving us with a smile on their faces. The rooms are beautiful. VPH really knows how to pamper its guests. Will come back here again if we ever visit Tagaytay.

We had a great stay here! The staff are very accommodating. They serve good food. We stayed for the weekend yet the place is not crowded. We were also able to swim in their pool without any additional fee. Plus it is located in front of the picnic grove! Overall this place is a great choice for solo, couples and especially for families wanting to have a good time.
