Spent 3 days and 2 nights here for a wedding. Booking was easy & efficient, done online. Our room was ready by 2:30, even if the official check-in time is 4pm. Room L210 had a great view of mountains and water, beautiful at any time of the day, and even at night. The pool was lit up and so pretty at night. The room was very clean, and amenities adequate. Room L211 had issues with the electrical wiring though. Food at Bellissima restaurant was good- pizza, karekare, adobo, dulce de leche cheesecake. There are musicians who perform nightly, which adds to the elegant ambiance. Breakfast buffet is extensive, with an egg station, waffle/pancake station, fresh fruit, salad station and several meats and fish. There were no fresh-squeezed juices however; I wouldn't have minded paying

I booked my reservation weeks ahead for a quick getaway to celebrate my fiance and I's 2nd year anniversary. We decided to book the Prestige Room for a relaxing stay and yet the minute I booked my room, it has been a complete DISASTER. I have paid and confirmed my reservation for the Prestige Room and the hotel is insisting to place me in the Family Prestige where they have 4 BEDS in ONE ROOM. I do not need 4 beds as it is just going to be me and my fiance. I asked for an alternative room with a king bed and yet they keep offering me other rooms with more beds. I have been trying to get a resolution from both Escala and Agoda for charging me 26,000 for a room that they don't have available on my stay. What a nightmare. I don't understand why the hotel can't find a solution

Had our wedding last May 18, 2022. We still can’t believe how magical and succesful our wedding was. Thank you Mam Jonabel for assisting us from the very start and for granting all of our hotel request. To Sir Rowell who turned our dream wedding into reality by his designs and exceeded our expectations, THANK YOU THANK YOU SO MUCH! We have heard a lot of positive feedbacks from our family and guest, from the designs and style, foods, super nice and accomodating staffs, quick response from the receptionist, clean and nice smell on the entire hotel and of course the overlooking view. We must say that this hotel was the best hotel we had so far. Will surely come back on our first anniversary. Again thank you so much to all Escala Tagaytay staff! Godbless!! 🥰😍❤️🥹

We just had our wedding at Escala hotel last May 16. I would like to commend Mr. Dave Canuel and Mr Rowell Espiritu for handling the event. They were very accomodating from the beginning to end. They were very hands on and made sure that all my request were granted. I must say that they really did a good job from ceremony to reception. I really liked how they style it base d on my request and budget. They made sure that everything is in place and we have all that we need. The hotel has a very good customer service and of course they have very nice and clean rooms. I even had last minute request but still they made it happen. Really love the place and the people in Escala. Im glad I chose Escala. Will never forget the place and the people behind the success of our very special

Tbh I like this hotel and the view a lot but the front desk receptionist was terrible. I booked 9 rooms under my name. They received me 18,300peso as deposit. They ask me to bring the receipt to get my deposit when check out. But when I checkout I found someone I don’t know get my deposit. Actually I keep a big room for half day and I confirmed with front desk and I agreed to pay 30% extra rate for late check out. But when I back to hotel, someone took my deposit and she signed an affidavit of loss. For the exact room that I keep. Which keycard is on my hand. The hotel insist not to give me the deposit and after I left I’m asking to get the details but the hotel don’t give me. 9 rooms for one night plus deposit totally I paid 142,900. And it returned like this. VERY

1/5 Last Nov 14 2021, Me and my husband were very excited to have our first night as newlywed couple in Escala Tagaytay as we have heard how beautiful and breathtaking the place is. However, as we were about to check out from the hotel and went to the reception to settle everything at around 12:40pm, we were hold for approximately 3ominutes to almost an hour just for the missing 1 piece face towel in our room. The reception on duty on that time was very demanding and strict and even asked my husband to check back our luggage, which we had 4 pieces since I will be going back abroad, just to look for 1 small piece of towel. She even reprimanded me to pay 1335php which will be deducted from our deposit of 2000php if the issue will not be solved. At first, I was very calm knowing

My partner and I had our 3-night staycation at Escala Tagaytay in late May to early June 2021. The Suite: Wanting to have a panoramic view of both Taal Lake and Taal Volcano directly from the suite itself, we decided to book the Prestige Room. Our most favourite part of the suite was the private balcony itself. Truth be told, we really loved the balcony to the extent that we were reluctant to leave it; thus, we decided to call for in-room dining very often. At the end of the balcony, one can have an expansive view of the hotel’s infinity pool. The Hotel: From the entrance of the hotel, you can get a good bird’s eye view of their famous infinity pool facing the lake and this also provides the backdrop of the lobby. If you stay at Escala Tagaytay just for the pool, you surely
