Celebrated my birthday there. Put it on the the special request but they didn’t seem to notice. Pros: - Staffs are courteous especially the attendants at the restaurant and the security guards at the parking area. there are some that are accommodating, some are not. - unobstructed amazing view of Taal lake. I guess this is what you pay for in this hotel. - Buffet breakfast has a lot of options. I enjoyed it very much. - the hotel itself is good for photo ops. Cons: - Didn’t recognize my special request. - Pool is super cold. No heater option. - Walls are super thin. You can hear anything from different sides of the wall. Our Room is located at lower 2nd floor and I could hear the stomping and moving of furnitures at the upper floor. The people walking and kids screaming

I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. From when we first arrived till the morning we had to leave, the entire staff could not do enough for us, to make our holiday enjoyable and memorable. It is only a short walk to a couple of the local attractions and the supermarket where we got our essential supplies for the week. The front desk was always very helpful in the booking of tours and shuttles for us, or providing helpful information about local venues. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast each morning and had dinner there on a few occasions too. The menu featured local and international
