We stayed last December 3-5, 2016 for our 4th Year Wedding Anniversary. We reserved De Luxe Room for couple. It was nice. However, the beds are twin beds and cant be converted to Queen or King. The hotel room is average and has no special feature but we were fortunate, the view in our room is half of taal volcano location. The pool is very impressive because of the design, it was infinity indeed! I might say that it was their advantage from the other hotels. With regards to customer service, they need to train their staff especially guards attending the incoming guests, the housekeeping staff and the food attendant. I understand that the hotel was still in soft opening period but it is not an excuse as first impression is very important. Good Luck to Escala! Thank you..

This has the potential to be a wonderful vacation hotel, the pictures looked so classy online... but when we booked this place we did not realize it was a "soft opening"...this means there is still ongoing construction noise during the day and construction workers walking around at night totally running the classy atmosphere. No business center set up yet, but to their credit they totally assisted me in checking my email so I could print a much needed business email. Also for a hotel that is aiming to serve the upper class, they had nothing set up for drivers nor any recommendations whatsoever for accommodations of drivers. They need at least get a list going for nearby housing options for drivers. Now on to our breakfast experience in the morning, the views are just

We got a premier suite for a family of 3 adults and 2 kids. Beautiful view of the lake! - bathroom: spacious and perfect for tall people ( international standards) including the hangers and closet space - decor: sleek and modern, spacious feel. A lot of the light switches are incorporated like the mirror has a light on the mirror theough touch, USB charger plugs by the night stand are to name a few. - amenities are ample. With a hot pot and coffee/tea service. It has a safe and hair dryer....look in the closet. Slippers also that are nice and cozy. Shower has the telephone and rain shower option and water pressure is

This hotel is one of the best in Tagaytay. It's beside Sky Ranch. They have two spacious parking lots. Very welcoming lobby and the rooms are perfect! Great view and almost all areas are Instagram worthy esp. their swimming pool. The hotel staff is very accommodating. You will enjoy every minute of your stay! It's a home away from home. Will definitely go back!

Still a new hotel. It has a nice view of Taal Lake and Volcano. They prepare delicious food. WiFi is a bit intermittent but fast most of the time. Choose upper floor rooms since telco provides bad to no signal on their lower level floors like L3.
