Hospitality at its finest. Food was very tasty and offers big serving. Big kudos to sir Laham who exemplified excellent customer service during our dinner. Very accommodating and assisted us from order taking til end of our dinner. Escala should give him a raise.

While the view is nice, the hotel service isnt. The room is dirty and dusty. Looks like it hasnt been cleaned for the longest time. We immediately had allergies. Upon check in, aside from asking you to pay the full amount of your stay IMMEDIATELY, they want an additional P4000 security deposit in CASH. Thank God we brought cash.
