My wife and I were here prior to the infamous volcano eruption and fortunate to see the sights for the wedding of my wife's cousin. The private estate had lovely view of Taal volcano and the place was peaceful and had all the amenities of a city hotel with a great staff. We hope they're doing OK after everything that's happened and hope to be back again.
since we are one of the sponsor in the wedding and the venue is in escala so we decided to stay in escala hotel the room is big clean with a nice view of the lake they give us a fruits and welcome drinks the food in the reception is deliciuos breakfast buffet is good with lots of choices all the staff is courteus if were given a chance again will come back here 👍👍👍 keep up the good service
Highly recommended Escala most especially for family gatherings, couples and for business purposes. Excellent food and Approachable staff. Special thanks to Laham of Bellissima at Escala Hotel Resort for assisting us. Very accommodating and Well trained.
The design is very modern and condo theme. The staff was one of the friendliest I have ever met, from the security, bell boy, front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. The view of Taal was great. The infinity pool was very nice, but would have been better if it was heated as the water was pretty cold. Location of the hotel is good as it is walking distance to Sky ranch and the nearby Robinson's mall. Breakfast was delicious.
What makes you choose a hotel is its aesthetics, what makes you comeback is its service.. I must say,Kudos to the people of Escala!You all are the hotel's gem..your service is excellent! Shout out to Ms.Rose,who accommodated us while we're waiting for our Bride.Bravo Miss! We will surely comeback.. P.S. We were at Escala last July 5 and July 27.
